Yakuza 0 is a great point to enter the series. It has a lot of content waiting to be explored and while at its fullest, it manages to tell a great, dark and gritty story with some really charismatic characters.

Adding not much to its predecessor, Styx: Shards of Darkness forces the player to use the stealth elements. Once you get out of these stealthy bounds, the experience becomes overwhelming. If you like stealth elements and you have enjoyed the first game, you may like Shards of Darkness as well.

Nier: Automata could've been a really good product. While it can just tell this great story directly, it forces the player to finish the game a couple of times, just to get to the True Ending. This is not a game for 2017. These mechanics are just old.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is visually one of the best games in the market. Moreover, it offers great gameplay, a huge open world, and a joyful co-op experience.

Horizon: Zero Dawn starts as Aloy's personal story and then turns into a bigger, wider experience. Thanks to its fantastic and stuffed open world, its one of the best games of 2017 already.

For Honor has really solid fight mechanics and it really delivers on its promises. But the lack of content here turns this game into a short-lived hype fest. For it to stand tall and keep its popularity, developers should focus on keeping it fresh by adding new content.

Nioh really managed to hold up to its promises and turned out into a great product. It has solid fight mechanics and a branching story. Its main and side quest variety offers a long lasting experience.

Resident Evil 7 brings back the old horror and terror feel once again. It really turns the series back to its roots. Its for both die hard and new fans of the series.

Detention 返校 is a gorgeous representation of human nature. It has both horrors of mankind and the paranormal worlds. It grasps you by your ultimate weakness, your mind, and lets you escape this nightmare through the controlled character, Fang.

Gravity Rush 2 is THE sequel we've been waiting for. It really lives up to the hype and gives an immersive gameplay. Its gorgeous design makes it even more magical and pulls the player inside.

Lara Croft Go manages to go with the series' essential features and becomes a great puzzle/adventure. It has its ups and downs but it really is a fun game to play.

Space Hulk: Deathwing is a great fanservice but aside from that, it's not a fine product. It needs a little more polish.

Steep could've been a much better game if it had developed a little further. It's still playable but after a little while, things start to get repetitive and therefore it turns into an annoying grindfest.

It may not be the very masterpiece we were waiting for, but despite all its flaws, FINAL FANTASY XV manages to be the ultimate JRPG we've needed for a long time.

Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 is a fine experience for long-time Dragon Ball fans. It may come a little frustrating if you're not used to the series' structure.

Containing the classic Team ICO dynamics, The Last Guardian lives up to the hype and turns into a fairy tale imbued with adventure. When you eat a cake, and you are left with the desire to eat more you get a feeling similar to the Last Guardian.

Watch Dogs 2 really adds up to its predecessor and comes up as a solid, entertaining product. It has a really nice set of gameplay mechanics and this time the city feels very alive. It truly is a great experience this time.

Titanfall 2 is pushing the limits of players with fast game mechanics. If you're looking for a fast paced shooter, you should definitely give a try To Titanfall 2, before going for other products.

Just like its predecessor, Dishonored 2 is another masterpiece. It has a great atmosphere, hundreds of different gameplay mechanics, a gorgeous presentation and therefore a flawless mainline.

DICE have really done it this time. Battlefield 1 has a great, documentary type story. Like most of its predecessors, its multiplayer is flawless. Graphics are gorgeous and the game looks like a top notch visual fest.

Resident Evil 4 is still a great experience. It still is one of the best entries of the whole Resident Evil franchise. 1080p and 60 FPS turns the game into a smooth thriller even if it is still not a full remake.

The first few hours of Mafia 3 are great. It really feels fresh. But after a while, it starts to get boring as you realize you are doing the same thing over and over again in order to reach the main story-line. And visually, it doesn't look like a game from 2016.

Gears of War 4 is the best possible sequel to Epic's trilogy. It's a whole new start and a breath of fresh air to the series. Its fantastic graphics turn the game into a top-notch visual feast.

FIFA 17 is like the first step of a new genre with The Journey mod, we are probably going to see more sports games with a powerful background story.

ReCore is unexpectedly big and its modest amount of content turns this huge world into an empty one. It has solid action gameplay but after some time, it turns into an annoying grindfest. The company could have made a better game if they hadn't focused on Mighty No 9.

NBA 2K17 is truly one of the most intense basketball games ever made. It has some glitches, but still, those factors are not enough to make this game a bad product. It truly is a must-play.

The Tomorrow Children has a great potential, yet it is a wasted potential. It should have been a much better game but in it's current early access state, it's not worth paying.

While it can't live up to its predecessor's success, Mankind Divided still manages to be a great cyber-punk experience. Micro transactions and graphical optimization are a little absurd but still, give it a go if you want to continue Adam Jensen's story.

Trials and Blood Dragon combinations are little bit confusing. Bike sections fun but there are imbalance and difficulties in the physics.

Overfall has roguelike dynamics, well drawn graphics and balanced turn based combat system. It doesn't offer a big change but it does a lot of things right for the fans of role playing games.

There is almost nothing good to say about Umbrella Corps. Seeing the classic Resident Evil maps was the only good aspect of this game. It's a pure mistake to release a game like this. Having a 'Resident Evil' title is not enough for a game to be good I'm afraid.

Cliche story and awful storytelling, boring open word design, gross fight system and far from fulfill expectations… In brief; fans wanted a better Mirror’s Edge game, and DICE couldn’t it.

The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine is the glorious ending both Geralt and the whole series always deserved. Toussaint is gorgeous and it has so many different aspects to discover. New gameplay mechanics and the improved FPS makes it a marvelous example of a great expansion.

Warhammer's enormous universe brings a fresh angle to Total War's slow and steady gameplay style. It is possibly one of the greatest ideas ever seen by the whole gaming industry. It has it's ups and downs but still, it's a great experience.

I can't believe I am playing Overwatch, again, and again. I can easily say that, I'm addicted to its well-made characters, fun gameplay and charming atmosphere. Graphics are well polished with remarkably good performance on all platforms. Keep up the good work Blizzard.

After 24 years, Aarbron comes back with detailed graphics, interesting story-telling and an appealing atmosphere. With its new Hack'N slash elements, Shadow of the Beast brings back the feeling of old school side-scrolling platform experience.

DOOM is like a love letter to its two predecessors. It is an action-packed roller coaster with big fluffing guns, badass monsters and lots of blood. The multiplayer might get boring after a short while but thanks to the SnapMap, players will have their chances to try some new stuff anytime.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is the best game you can experience in the action/adventure genre with its amazing storytelling, fascinating characters and entertaining gameplay mechanics. Good job Naughty Dog, good job.

Quantum Break has its own beauty with its TV Show. If we are talking about storytelling, Remedy nails it. Apart from that, Quantum Break is a technical disaster with bad gameplay mechanics and old fashion visuals.

As a Reboot and a Remake of the first game of the series, Ratchet and Clank presents a promising adventure with charming graphics and fun gameplay. With its new story and characters, Ratchet and Clank is a must play game for PS4 owners.

Dark Souls III is almost perfect as an ending to the series. Miyazaki and his team did a great job in storytelling and gameplay mechanics. But unfortunately, if you're a veteran Dark Souls player, it hardly surprises you in the sense of gameplay.

You can feel the Underground soul. The live-action scenes are a great idea but it's a fail. If you like customization and you love Need for Speed series, you must play it.

Hitman Intro Pack is a good start but we didn't like Hitman's new episodic approach. However it comes with the risk of reducing the perceived value of the Hitman franchise. But if we're talking about gameplay mechanics, Hitman nails it. You can play a mission over and over without getting bored at all.

Gears of War returns with its never-ending action. It's technical problems make the game unbearable and unplayable. It's broken and disappointing.

Even though Kholat presents an horrific experience with breath-taking atmosphere and Sean Bean's narration, it wasted its potential with fps drops and insufficient A.I.

One of the most ambitious games we've ever seen. The Division has done a great job in providing players fluid gameplay mechanics, awesome visuals, softcore RPG elements and one of the most detailed open worlds we've seen in this generation.

Layers of Fear is one of those games which has great potential but later on, is wasted. It could have been a great game but thanks to the cheesy jump scares and horror clichés it makes itself an ordinary game.

Fallout 4 has a huge and detailed game world. In terms of atmosphere, the game totally nails it. However all the bugs and glitches are annoying and affect the game experience from time to time.

Despite the fact that it has a personality problem, Black Ops 3 is the most full-featured and content-rich Call of Duty to date. It feels like 3 individual games in one.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is a magnificent return to the rebooted series. While it looks, feels and plays great, Crystal Dynamics kept the formula the same. Sadly, there’s not much change or any big add-on here. It’s a better looking and better version of the previous game.

Not the best in the series but not the worst either. If you can look past its flaws, it's a great game for Heroes fans. But fair warning: It is not short of flaws.

New guitar offers fresh mechanics and combinations. Live-Action style looks pretty (at the same time;so cool!). But the new microtransaction stem can ruin everything.
