Generous in terms of fan service, equipped with complementary scripted modes and gameplay ideas that blend well with the style of the original work, Rise of New Champions is a good Captain Tsubasa game, but in some ways it forgets to be a good soccer game.- Jeuxvideo.com

It's hard not to be charmed by Naraka Bladepoint. Its refreshing approach to the Battle Royale genre will convince the bravest, while the less patient will probably not have the temerity to go beyond a few hours. When we see the game design choices made by 24 Entertainment, we can only salute the nerve. It is therefore all the more regrettable to face a monetization unworthy of a paid game, present at all levels, and which will ultimately reward relatively little those who decide to really get involved.- Jeuxvideo.com

By stuffing the title with content to justify its unattractive business model, Final Strike Games loses sight of what makes its game salt. It’s nice to chain clashes in Deathmatch, but the rest of the content goes astray and transforms the experience in chaos that is often unreadable and sometimes frustrating. Too bad, because its concept and its mixture of influences hit the target when the stars align.- Jeuxvideo.com

Dawn of Ragnarök outlines a new era for Valhalla. This DLC brings relevant and consistent novelties that really change the gameplay. Add to that an engaging epic narrative, a spellbinding new world, and a healthy dose of Norse mythology, and you have the best expansion Eivor has ever seen. Ubisoft had a nose in betting on the power of Odin and Nordic myths. However, we would have just liked a little more scope to enjoy a mythological epic worthy of Valhalla.- Jeuxvideo.com

White Shadows contains a seductive architecture and a perfectly disturbing atmosphere which owes a lot to its sound design. Crash Team Rumble is definitely a friendly, fun to play and accessible multiplayer game, no doubt about it. This new formula in the universe of the saga works rather well and we play games with pleasure, before coming face to face with content that is a little too thin to last over time: a single game mode, it's ultimately too little despite the specificities of each card and characters... we would have liked more of them too. So no, Crash Team Rumble is not a failure at all, but we especially hope that it will become denser over future seasons, because its potential is just waiting to be exploited more.- Jeuxvideo.com

From the outset, we cannot welcome the bet launched by The Diofield Chronicle. Carried by divine music and gameplay as ingenious as it is interesting, the Square-Enix game is undeniably generous. Regulars of the genre and lovers of tactical role-playing games risk succumbing to its "retro" charm and its various incantations. Rhythmic, pleasant and more surprising than it seems, The Diofield Chronicle struggles to keep up the pace over time. The objectives are repeated, the free phases do not bring much and the staging lacks the energy to widen its audience. Nevertheless, for those who want to discover something other than the usual blockbusters and who is not hermetic to the genre, here is a work that could become cult in a few years or, at least, find its letters of nobility among enthusiasts.- Jeuxvideo.com

Here is a game that will divide. For some, Miitopia will be this bizarre and vaguely funny RPG, lacking in depth, challenge and diversity. Hoa asserts itself as a nice little independent parenthesis, at the crossroads between the gameplay of Ori and an artistic direction at studio Ghibli. The latter is also a success in every way, whether in terms of sets, chara design or animation. A colorful dreamlike epic galvanized by Johannes Johansson's musical composition. Unfortunately if the visual is inspired and inspiring, it just lacks a dose of challenge and innovation in the gameplay to make the platform unforgettable. Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is riddled with flaws. Not very pretty, not always very precise, a little sparse in content, the dubbing of the original cartoons are absent ... However, the fighting game of Fair Play Labs exudes passion. We don't recommend it to everyone, as NASB is targeting a very specific niche. By mimicking the physics of Super Smash Bros. Melee and implementing one of its advanced techniques, this atypical brawler manages to seduce those nostalgic for the early 2000s. Those will see it as a good way to immerse themselves in the licenses of their childhood while by rediscovering familiar sensations and a solid competitive environment. Hopefully the studio's follow-up will be good, as Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is holding something.- Jeuxvideo.com

Dice Legcay has a surprising concept and offers a tense and pleasant management experience, which during your first steps could put your nerves to the test. However, once the mechanics are assimilated, the progression is done in a fairly natural way, but does not manage to engage the player over time, Dice Legacy struggling to renew itself and contenting itself with offering constrained variants on the same card. , that only the most sensitive to the approach of the game will want to explore from cover to cover. Transforming a historically linear formula into an open world is not easy, and the Sonic Team is doing it without managing to avoid all the pitfalls that such a change imposes, starting with the repetitiveness of the adventure, a perfectible technique and a camera in difficulty. Last Stop gave us an overall pleasant experience by concocting three distinct plots with fair flavors. Precise rhythm, convincing characters, story that keeps us in suspense: there is no doubt that the Variable State studio masters its pen. Let's break the brick: LEGO Horizon Adventures does not perpetuate the exceptional transmitted by Horizon Zero Dawn. However, it has the merit of being very accessible, like the story with a completely offbeat tone. Its six-hour campaign allows you to quickly learn without fuss what is going on in the original game. In the same way, the gameplay offered takes little advantage of the original concept and may quickly tire video game regulars, and especially Horizon aficionados. Something that is felt in the content at the end of the game which offers the same missions in a loop, but necessary for anyone who is a fan of customization / decoration. Boyfriend Dungeon is worth the detour for its very catchy concept alone. After all, what other game will have you dating half-man, half-weapon people that you can wield in dungeons? The first hours of the Kitfox Games title are very eye-catching. But the studio struggles to keep the fun going. Disney Dreamlight Valley has a hybrid concept that works well. Couple that with the wonderful world of Disney and you have two very good reasons to immerse yourself in it daily. In essence, the Zone Zero Buried Treasure DLC is perfect for fans. As promised, it offers a new Pokédex to fill out: it will therefore be perfect for seasoned collectors, especially since the new activities offered in the Indigo Mask give a particular but very pleasant flavor to the gameplay. Conversely, it does not offer anything revolutionary: the story is not particularly worth the detour; the technique is identical to the previous ones and the fights are not particularly striking except for the small seed of challenge that they offer to unprepared players. In a few words, The Indigo Disc is an excellent DLC for fans whose ideas are too little exploited to make it essential for the uninitiated.- Jeuxvideo.com

Contra: Operation Galuga finally allows the series to reconnect with its origins to once again become a staple of “run & gun”. Even if its artistic direction spoils part of the experience, we definitely find the original spirit of the franchise. Weapon management has been completely redesigned and the game is now teeming with multiple bonuses and improvements to unlock. The frenzy of Arcade mode playable with 4 players in coop compensates for the lack of readability specific to certain levels as well as the lifespan 100% focused on scoring. And if the feeling of déjà vu is sometimes tenacious, it is it which makes the link with the mythical origins of the saga.- Jeuxvideo.com

If we have to compare Madden NFL 22 to one of the two quarterbacks on its cover, the latter is more Tom Brady than Patrick Mahomes: he becomes thinner and more complete over time, but still idles like his last years. The game is running out of steam from a technical point of view, and the difference between the next-gen and the PS4 / ONE versions is not so obvious on the visual, especially as the online and solo bugs are still also common. On the other hand, Madden does not fall into the trap that made Opus 21 a failure, namely to give a second youth to Franchise and Career modes via cool additions (Momentums, coaching staff talent tree ... ). A more than successful first for Blizzard with Warcraft Rumble on mobile lands. This first game in the Warcraft universe dedicated to smartphones transcribes with panache the universe launched by Orc & Humans 30 years ago. Enough to attract initiates without losing “simple” fans of mobile games since Rumble does not take itself seriously. However, its gameplay is mastered and is aimed with agility at fans of action, strategy and customization games. The game plans are numerous and we take great pleasure in tinkering, that's really the word, with each war troop linked to them. The massive single-player campaign really allows you to vary the playing styles in the same way as the dungeons, the most interesting mode of the title although repetitive. Warcraft Rumble is very good for anyone who wants to get into video games without spending hours on it. That’s good, that’s often what we ask of a mobile game.- Jeuxvideo.com

Going straight to the point, at the risk of seeming sanitized in its form, the title signed Imagineer succeeds in making us sweat energetically on a very rhythmic soundtrack. Styx: Blades of Greed shines with its mastery of stealth game conventions, its original fantasy world, and its art direction, but this alone isn't enough to make it the undisputed master of the genre in 2026. By leveraging the power of the franchise and accessible gameplay, Pokémon Unite has established itself as a successful MOBA. Simple without being simplistic, it can be a perfect entry point for newbies. However, it's pretty clear that Tencent's title will need to inflate its content in the coming months to keep players engaged. As it stands, the low number of Pokémon limits the situations encountered and may make games boring. Still, Pokémon Unite already has a solid foundation and is just waiting for content to evolve into a staple of its kind with the general public.- Jeuxvideo.com

Some scars from the previous opus - physics engine and dated collisions, AI enemies still very strange - come here to temper our enthusiasm somewhat and show all the imperfections of Legion, but it has enough qualities to convince fans of the license to dive back into it again.- Jeuxvideo.com

This shallow attempt to transpose the beloved franchise on mobile clearly does no justice to the Tekken series. Worse, it multiplies small mistakes and obviously bad game design ideas.- Jeuxvideo.com

The mix of story-driven game, history and RPG gameplay elements is working pretty well but The Council Episode 2: Hide and Seek is never surprising nor impressive, for it is riveted to its base formula.- Jeuxvideo.com

Frankly stunningly beautiful, Atomic Heart opens with stunning architecture and a catchy pitch before unfolding a story that struggles a little to convince and lets out dozens of dialogues that can make you wince. Remains a rather decent gameplay divided between classic and robust combat, hyper clever puzzles and barely decent platforming.- Jeuxvideo.com

It's beautiful (if you like colored pixels), it moves well and lets off steam, with a big dose of challenge. Too bad this compilation took the easy way out because with more games and a bonus section, it would have had a lot more going for it. But fans and the curious will appreciate it.- Jeuxvideo.com

Behind its colorful neon lights, Soul Hackers 2 remains an "old-school" role-playing game that strays from more recent titles in its franchise like Persona 5 Royal or Shin Megami Tensei V. Beyond its cyberpunk anime aesthetic, the Atlus' game relies on an ever-effective and proven SMT-like combat system, but also on its friendly cast of characters who stand out for their original designs. Unfortunately, the experience is served by a story that is ultimately quite simple, with some technical shortcomings, but above all by its far too basic and repetitive dungeons which struggle to stimulate the player. A title that has something to please experienced role-playing game enthusiasts.- Jeuxvideo.com

More seductive in its first part, The Gunk offers a pleasant exploration in sumptuous settings which lose their luster a little over the course of the journey; it also fails to renew itself in the challenges and puzzles it houses. This short adventure of 6 to 7 hours only is appreciated in the tranquility of its experience, its narrative potential and its beautiful dubbing. But difficult to be fully excited after spending long hours sucking up to abundant parasites.- Jeuxvideo.com

Vampyr is both amazing and irritating. Yes, the fighting system is very forgettable and the level-design is frustrating, but the world and the NPC are so great you’ll have a good time anyway.- Jeuxvideo.com

Below is an experience where survival and exploration are the keys to success in a narrative and well-polished environment. Unfortunately, the roguelike aspect is sometimes too repetitive, and the lack of visibility messes with the pleasure that we take.- Jeuxvideo.com

In space, no one will hear you scream... with joy or anger? Building on the rock-solid foundation of the first Dead Space, The Callisto Protocol dodges the photocopy with its intense, difficult, but not as precise melee combat as we would have liked. Despite a certain lack of audacity, Striking Distance managed to steal Saturn's rings in order to slip them on the ring fingers of sci-fi horror lovers. Fasten your asteroid belt, the Space Mountain gore will shake you up, even if the trip turns out to be as imperfect as it is classic.- Jeuxvideo.com

Highly relaxing, sometimes too much perhaps, Lake offers an escape of a few hours that is not refused when one seeks a purely restful narrative experience. The interactive story shaped by Gamious also benefits from a great deal of authenticity and choice of dialogues that allow the player to feel truly engaged. Too bad the adventure is based on a pattern that does not evolve enough, a too languid pace and a scenario that fails to touch us fully.- Jeuxvideo.com

Ride 3 is better than the previous entry in the franchise, in all respects. Moto handling is good and content amount is huge.

Madden NFL 23 is as usual greedy in number of game modes, faithful to the level of modeling and the show offered, but is still slowed down on certain points. The American football simulation is still not translated, decided this year to offer a career mode without a scenario, and is unfortunately not spared from certain visual bugs. EA Tiburon will still be able to rely on the small changes made to its gameplay with Fieldsense technology for the next games, full of potential.- Jeuxvideo.com
