Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Mobilized tries to be like his big brothers on the consoles, but doesn’t pull it off completely.

Missing persons isn’t something to joke about, but it makes for great games. Especially when the game controls well and the presentation is spot on. This is the case for Mystery Case Files: Millionheir. The game might be boring at one point, because of the lack of innovative elements, but we can assure you that solving a crime has never been such a lovely thing to do.

Superstars V8 Racing is a good game with a lot of detail for realism. There are enough races and cars available to entertain you for a while. However, due to the lack of game modes, the game doesn't achieve the status it could have reached.

Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Skies is a nice arcade game which brings a lot of action. It is too bad you see the ending credits after three hours.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is completely innocent and light entertainment. It doesn't make any steps forward though and new elements aren't introduced, but that never really quells the fun. Accessible gameplay and lots of Marvel make this a pleasant and charming game that can keep you busy for hours on end. The world isn't a technical marvel by a long shot, but that's not a concern for our brave super heroes.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 is pretty fun to play, but if you played the first installment, you could get disappointed. The game has a lot of heroes, but since you can switch between them whenever you feel like it, you won’t create a personal connection. The story also comes in short compared to the comics. However, it is still really cool to fight against all the different enemies, especially with a friend on the couch!

This game is not the sequel the world was waiting for, but that does not mean it is not entertaining. The fans can finally finish the American chapter of the game and get to experience the story from the Templars point of view. The gameplay has not changed, which is unfortunate as the franchise could use a freshening up.

Tokyo Jungle is as crazy, weird, bizarre and unique as you've ever dreamed. The game has some rough edges and can be a little monotonous at times. Yet Tokyo Jungle is without a doubt an unique game that can't be missed. It's not everyday you get the chance as a gamer to make your pet dog the king of the jungle.

Hohokum is a calming experience that will start to rub you the wrong way after a while. At first you’ll be able to enjoy the amazing soundtrack and imagery to the fullest. But you won’t escape treating the game in a very pragmatic way to progress further in the game. A bit weird for a piece of art that is so big on atmosphere.

The Sims 4 takes a few interesting steps forward, like the Create-a-sim-tool, cartoony graphics, the modular building system and the improved gameplay within your Sims’ house. But the game also takes a few steps backward due to unnecessary loading times and a reduced amount of content. The end result is a decent game, but not an convincing new entry in the series.

Grim Fandango Remastered is a successful attempt to make one of the best games ever playable on current gen PCs and consoles. But that is about all, as the improvements on the source material are minimal: the reason to buy this game is only because of the comments of the makers and the big collection of artwork.

Monaco: What's Yours is Mine is mostly fun when playing with a well put together team of criminals. It's weaker when playing with unknown accomplices or when stealing alone. The game is just a little bit too unclear and chaotic to be a great stealth game, but as a party game Monaco is an excellent choice. It's mostly the charming style that'll steal your heart, not the chaotic action.

On the New 3DS Hyrule Warriors Legends is a surprisingly entertaining port of the Wii U-game. It misses some detail, but there are new characters and missions to make up for that. The game is still repetitive and on older models the frame rate is very bad, but if you own a New 3DS, this is definitely worth playing.

It doesn't matter if you're playing Epic Mickey 2 by yourself or in split-screen, there is a lot of fun to be found in walking around the magical worlds created by Disney. It is a shame that some sloppy mistakes and the often not ideal camera kill the mood. The story is also somewhat lacking, which makes Epic Mickey 2 far less impressive than its predecessor.

King of Fighters XII looks good, has great sounds and plays really good, but isn’t a top game. The arcade mode is entertaining, but a little to short. The rest of the modes are boring or missing. In the end we can say that King of Fighters XII is only interesting for the few hardcore players who aren’t satisfied with Street Fighter IV.

Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice is a very decent RPG for everyone with a shitload of time on his hands. The deep and tactical turnbased gameplay can give players up to a hundred hours of strategic battles and bizarre humor. The only major downfall is the graphical quality, or lack thereof. Though Disgaea 3 doesn’t offer completely new content, it is definitely worth your time.

Chariot is a morbidly funny platformer that is especially nice to play on the couch with a friend. Playing Chariot all by yourself gets boring quickly, we miss background music to make the puzzle elements and colorful levels more lively.

Don't get me wrong, Uprising offers a lot of hours of extra fun and gameplay, but at the same time there are so many things they could've done to make this DLC more refreshing. It's good, it's just not surprising in any way.

Life is Strange is still a great game in this second episode. The feel, the dialogues, they are great. The gameplay elements are a nice extra in this movie-esque game, but they are not always as well done as the rest of the game.

Shaun White Snowboarding: World Stage manages to convince on the looks en variety part but seriously lacks on a distinctive gameplay-style. The controls in combination with the Wii Balance Board are a bit hard to master for those who are inexperienced boarders. Luckily the Wii-controller on it’s own works just fine, which is a big plus for anyone looking for a snowboard experience on the Wii.

The Last Guardian might feel timeless, it did arrive way too late to the party. Even though the game looks great, there are not many reasons to buy this game for the full amount. It just feels outdated.

WET has some fantastic moments, but is plagued by some annoying deficiencies. It’s really cool to swing through the levels with the well formed Ruby and at the same time shoot some nasty enemies to oblivion. But after a while playing this game, you find yourself doing the same thing over and over again, and the controls aren’t that precise. It’s a fun game you should get when it’s budget priced.

Layton’s newest legend entertains with smart puzzles and a somewhat standard story. It’s too bad it’s very much stuck in its old ways, but it does offer some very clever puzzles that’ll ask the most of your thinking capacity.

We would rather have seen the option to travel to work with our Sims from the release on, but thankfully the start-your-own-store-mode makes up for that. Running your own shop makes this a challenging and worthy expansion for the fans, especially as the animations are brilliant.

Watch Dogs 2 is a lot better than the first Watch Dogs, but the story, the raison d'etre of the group and the reason for their behavior are all a bit vague. This game, full of bizarre missions and diverse gameplay is a very good solid game for the series though.

Get Even is so much more than just survival-horror and that makes things very interesting. Sometimes you have to do a lot of searching and backtracking, which can be frustrating, but mostly this is a thrilling catch-you-by-the-throat-kind of psychological video game.

Just Cause 3 offers a lot of options to go ballistic, but there are many technical errors like long loading times and a dramatic framerate. If you can handle that, the game is big enough to keep you going, and there is a lot of fun in there like using the wingsuit, crashing helicopters and blowing up tanks.

SteamWorld Dig isn’t the most expansive and deep game, but great for blowing off some steam. The game is best played in one sitting, when you can’t let go of the urge to go deeper and discover more.

Angry Birds Trilogy is exactly what you'd expect: the Angry Birds fun you're familiar with, but in high-definition and better controls. The addition of Kinect functionality doesn't really do the game any good, but the controller is more than enough to have your share of Angry Birds fun.

Couch-co-op games are just the thing for you, but The Stretchers are a surprisingly nice addition to your collection within its genre. The cheerful gameplay, clumsy characters, and silly humor will certainly enhance the atmosphere in your living room.

Trauma Center: New Blood is an entertaining game with a fun and efficient control system. The combination of actual medical work and a more spiritual view works, although the ‘healing touch’ is perhaps a bit far-fetched. Operating on patients hasn’t changed much since the last game, but is entertaining and challenging, both alone and in co-op. Unfortunately, the storyline is less impressive, despite some good voice acting.

Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe is a decent arcade fighting game, but has its flaws. The limited content and fighter line-up adds up to the absence of gore and violence, which is really a shame. The game still retains the Mortal Kombat-feel though, and the cast of DC-heroes is a nice bonus. You’ll have two distinct feelings after playing Hyrule Warriors. Yes, the fan service through the recognisable characters, weapons and environments are a Zelda-fanboy’s wet dream. Yes, there was a lot of content there. But what were you doing in those countless hours? Fighting, fighting, fighting. Hyrule Warriors offers little variation or depth, but is fantastic for a nostalgic trip down memory lane.

Sea of Thieves is a bit bipolar; you have all the freedom in the world to pick where you are going, but there are also restrictions: you can't really make your own character and there is not a lot of variation in the quests.

Grid is an entertaining and sensational racing game, which unfortunately also has a lack of finish and presentation. This is nothing more than "just nice racing". For a lot of gamers, that might be enough - although the franchise has already shown in the past that there is more to it.

It is obvious Lords of the Fallen is inspired by the Souls series, but they added an interesting twist to it. Which is nice because this game has a little more mercy. It is a pity the story and setting are so forgettable.

It's also a shame the game gets far too easy half way through. Still Singularity is a great pastime in these quiet periods.

Wheelman is a relatively successful movie based game without a movie. It translates spectacular over-the-top cinematic racing action to an accessible game, set in the pleasant surroundings of Barcelona. Unfortunately its gameplay is so dumbed down that it lacks any challenge whatsoever, making Wheelman a decent – but flawed – snack that lies somewhere in-between GTA IV, Driver, and Burnout.

Disney Infinity might be the dream game of any child, but at the same time it’s the nightmare for every parent. The content the game delivers is plentiful, but the fun really starts when you start buying new figurines. A great move by Disney, but a bad one for our wallets.

The gameplay is more realistic than ever before, because EA finally listened to her community. The soccer feels slower, but winning by understanding how soccer works is finally easier than winning by understanding gameplay. However, the fact that EA still does not have its online features right is a big letdown.

For less money than an average pencil set you’re getting a realistic drawing simulation. Drawing on the GamePad feels as close to real life drawing as you can get. All the different tools feel exactly like you expect they would. Unfortunately it’s not possible to quickly erase mistakes and there aren’t any layers to play around with. This might improve the realism, but it harms the usability of the simulation.

Lips isn’t the SingStar-killer it could have been. The game offers some original and new gameplay-options, which are fun to some degree, but ultimately lacks the polish to make it a worthy competitor for its equivalent on the PlayStation 3. People who have never played SingStar and are looking to add some spice to an otherwise boring party, are sure to have fun with Lips though. The microphones are wireless, contain a motion sensor, and look way more flashy than their PlayStation-counterparts. Thus, Lips seems like a decent step-up for more karaoke-gameplay on the Xbox 360 in the future.

PES 2019 is more about individuality and fluent gameplay than ever before. Especially when you play online it is noticeable, but it is a let-down when you play offline. And offline is what PES players love best.

Stealth Inc. can be horribly frustrating, because you can't know what'll happen in advance to you hitting that switch. A quick death is therefore always lurking around the corner. Ironically it is at its funniest when breaking the fourth wall and rubbing your mistakes in your face. Whoever won't blow up from dying time and time again, and has the patience to learn from their mistakes, could have a lot of fun with Stealth Inc. A Clone in the Dark.

After only two hours the mystery about Tacoma is solved, but the personal stories about the crew members definitely stick. The story might not be as brilliant as Gone Home's, the original way of storytelling is excellent.

Alice in Wonderland is an example of how movie tie-ins should work. The game manages to capture some of the magic seen in the film and most importantly, it doesn’t suck.

The frase ‘Hi, I'm Wolle! Watch me!’ is heard at the dramatic start of Stoked. Luckily the game gets better because of the diversity and difficulty. Some tricks may go wrong, but with a little faith in your self, you can become king of the hill. Unfortunately you are being confronted with the physics and graphics, that aren’t that great. Despite of that Stoked stays a entertaining game.

A dictator usually needs a lot of charisma and preferably no people that dare to stand up to him. Tropico 6 is just like it. As city builder it's not bad, but all those statistics, menus and the weird system for building are not awesome. But hey, Tropico is still one of a kind.

Outlast II is a good game, if it does exactly as you please. Unfortunately, that is not always the case which makes for a very frustrating game.

We appreciate Moon Studios' attempts at creating something unique, but not all of their attempts were uniformly successful. The ambiance is what makes this a great game as you want to explore everything about this beautiful world. Too bad the platforming bit is too dependent on luck.

Thus, FUEL never manages to impress, making it nothing more than an average off road-racer inferior to competitors like Pure and Motorstorm.

Jak & Daxter are back on another great adventure. An adventure that should have stuck with the fighting and platforming that defines Jak & Daxter, instead of all the unnecessary extra gameplay elements. Not the great comeback we had hoped it to be.

Styx: Shards of Darkness is a classic stealth game with a stunning graphical style, but the key character is dreadful and the story is very disappointing.

Mario Party 10 is meant to be for every player, and therefore it has lost some of its evil ways. That does make it more accessible for new gamers. The Amiibo mode is more classic, but unfortunately you need the figurines for that.

The Godfather II is a technically flawed game. Glitches, pop up, framerate drops are quite frequent and the soulless sandbox world isn’t too appealing either. The upside is the strategic element of the game. It’s fun to coordinate attacks on rival families and to take over businesses by using excessive force. All in all it’s great fun if you’re not turned of by the technical issues.

Darksiders III shows there is still room for linear action gaming. Especially the boss fights are amazing, but technically speaking we expected a lot more.

It isn’t the most interesting remake; it’s just a great collection of good (old) games. All the games have aged and know their problems, but there is enough fun to be had.

At first there is way too much stuff happening on screen, but after finishing tens of quests, the repetitive side of Kingdom Hearts Unchained X shows. The theme, including the graphic style and amazing soundtrack are cool, but you will have to be extremely patient if you want to give your characters those much needed upgrades.

The Touryst is a fun day out, but ultimately not much more than that. The game is a bit short and manages to evoke quite a bit of irritation due to the sometimes very annoying (optional) mini-games.

Harmoknight combines platform action with musical and rhythmic gameplay, and does so successfully. It's a shame that the game's concept is too limited to entertain players for long, because before long, you'll be doing the same thing over and over again. It's good, but HarmoKnight just doesn't hit all the right notes.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories is a decent PSP-title, with some scary moments. The only problem with the game is the length of the adventure, which is very short.

We love H.A.W.X. and we hate H.A.W.X. For every good thing there is something bad. We’ve played it for a long time, but never got really excited. Collecting experience points and unlocking stuff is cool, but the gameplay gets repetitive. H.A.W.X. looks really good, but has a bad storyline. The game is good, but at the same time disappointing.

Ten years later Patapon is still an original game thanks to its rhythmic and strategic gameplay methods and the beautiful visual style.

Sleeping Dogs doesn’t change our opinion about the original: this is once again one of the most fun open world games out there. We do mind that after two years, there’s still a lot to improve on. The best version of this game should’ve been much better.

The Cave is an interesting mix of platforming and adventure with the typical charm and humour that Double Fine is known for. The game drops the ball on every now and then, but the quirky characters, ludicrous puzzles and cartoony world – which unmistakenly sprouted from the mind of Ron Gilbert – are worth venturing into.

The Conduit tries to be special, but it isn’t. It is just a shooter, with some weapons and some puzzles. The story isn’t long, but the multiplayer brings a lot of fun. However, the action feels good and that's what counts at the end of the day.

Toki Tori 2 might seem like a kiddy game at first, but turns out to be a complicated and often intelligent puzzle game. Every puzzle can be solved with only two moves! It lacks some explanations and subtle hints, though, that can turn those ingenious puzzles into a game of frustration and trial-and-error. The map attests to this, which a 17th century cartographer wouldn't even be able to decipher.

Maxis fill the empty shell that The Sims 4 is with an original add-on. The Sims really get to go out of their suburban life, into the woods. Especially the new skill, Herbalism, is big in this game and it takes a while to figure it out, which is a nice challenge. This Game Pack is not gonna rock your world, but it will definitely stir up the lives of your Sims a bit.

The game falls short on too many points to really earn a top score, but Omerta: City of Gangsters is by no means a bad game. Building your criminal empire is entertaining, but not as exciting as you might expect.

Despite the graphical glitches, poor collision detection, and frustrating (lack of) integration of the world map, Rise of the Argonauts is simply a good game. Both story and dialogue are well-written, the action is awesome and gory, and the skill-upgrading system is thought out really well.

EndWar is also a good game on the PC. The game looks good, the controls work as you would expect and it is fun to play. We also want to give credits to Ubisoft to do something original. However, we give the PC-version a lower grade then we did with the console-version. There are simply more RTS-games on the PC and a lot of them are better then EndWar.

Don’t be misguided by the haunted house vibe: Gone Home uses traditional adventure elements to tell the tale of a young teenager. It’s an interesting and innovative combination, that is held back by conservative gameplay and storytelling.

Sonic Classic Collection is a decent collection of four good and old Sonic games. The chances however are that you played all of them on some way before which makes this Collection nothing special but decent in the most literal sense of the word.

The short and shallow story fails to make Automatron a must-have. Making your own robot is awesome, especially as you can customize it totally to your liking. Automatron is a nice reason to pick up Fallout 4 again, but it is not a totally new experience at all.

The MotoGP franchise is back on track with 13. After years of disaster after disaster we finally have an installment of which the base works greatly. There’s enough to do in the career mode and the racing sensation is quite strong. There are technical imperfections that’ll drag you out of the experience, along with a meager appearance.

Fat Princess is like a fairytale book, which tells the same story over and over again. Fun at the beginning, but it will get boring over time.

Dragon Ball Fusions combines RPG and pinball. The combat might take a bit long, but the rest of the game is a lot of fun. Many, many hours of fun.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is definitely a game for anime fans. If you are not familiar with this franchise, you will probably not enjoy this game as much. However, if you are a fan, this game is filled with everything we love about Goku and friends.

Kingdom Hearts 3 Re Mind is not surprising. No new Disney worlds or characters, just a repetition of the last world from a different perspective. When it comes to boss fights though, Re Mind really gets interesting.

Adding another Yarny makes this game feel less personal than the first. It is fun to play with someone else, though its not the puzzles that steal the show: the amazing journey through Scandinavian nature is what really makes Unravel 2 a joy.

X-men Origins: Wolverine manages to rise above the low standards of licensed videogames by presenting spectacular fights without complex button combinations. The monotonousness and some small technical difficulties make Wolverine a game that can only be recommended to the fans of the anti-hero or anyone else who enjoys simple but enjoyable popcorn entertainment in a videogame.

Andromeda was an opportunity to give the franchise a new impulse, but BioWare did not fully take it. The story is badly written and the amount of bugs is high. Other than that, Andromeda is an amazing Mass Effect journey.

We really enjoyed Kirby Triple Deluxe, even though it only kept us entertained for six hours. It's pretty and charming and has a few fun extra background puzzles. It's just a shame that it's so very easy.

The mobile version of F1 2016 is especially suitable for pick up and play sessions, but it does not really shine, especially for that cost.

Two years after its release State of Decay is still a strong and unique game. Surviving together and help everybody out is a great thing to do, which is why we love the Breakdown and Lifeline modes. Unfortunately the technical issues are still part of the game, which should not be the case on a powerful console like Xbox One.
