The only downside to these packs is the fact that they’re pretty expensive for what’s in them. You may only play the content and mini-games once or twice and they aren’t very lengthy. Some modes offer additional difficulty settings after you beat them but $15 for just the second add-on is pretty pricey. If any of this sounds appealing to you, you may want to wait for a sale or just buy the season pass which will include all future content.

Obviously a significant problem from the start is improving the controls. The constantly-changing camera angle and sluggish movement would make it difficult for many gamers, regardless of disability. It’d be great to have more auditory cues in the soundtrack as well, to improve accessibility for gamers with vision loss. Although it might detract from the aim of creating a tense environment—which I’d argue isn’t present anyway—a map of the house that fills in as you explore would make the game instantly much more accessible.

Renegade isn’t an innovative title. Not only does it keep itself very traditional to the past works of Vector Unit, but it also remains very traditional to the conventions of arcade racers. We Are The Dwarves is a different experience from what you’re probably expecting. Many people who are looking for a Diablo-like game will be disappointed because it’s more along the lines of The Banner Saga. The title takes awhile to acclimate to but it’s a rewarding game. Ride 2 is a huge improvement over the original and is now comparable even to the genre’s titans. Though Ubisoft could have easily played it safe by focusing on any of their existing franchises, in choosing to develop a new IP, they created an admirable fighting game with thrilling action. Its single-player campaign is satisfactory at best, but it works as a great training tool to familiarize yourself with the characters and controls. Where For Honor truly shines is in its savage battles and multiplayer, as rough as the servers may be.

A remarkable achievement for Rebellion. It’s an expansive and detailed experience which pushes the stealth genre forward. The gameplay is exhilarating and in order to properly complete the game, you can easily spend around forty hours on it. The sheer number of collectibles and the stories they tell is incredible. New World Order serves as a great middle episode that starts off a little clumsily but ends on a high note. Telltale’s compelling writing of this cast of well-known characters is commendable and I can’t wait to see how their story unfolds.

A great experience and a technical marvel when it comes to the visuals. However, it needs updates to fix balancing and performance issues.

Kyurinaga’s Revenge is not a good game. While it is a lot more competent than it’s hack-and-slash predecessor, developers Recotechnology have created a sub-par, unfinished experience with terrible co-op gameplay and slapdash level design.
