Justice Chronicles is a simple turn-based JRPG made in the style of its 16-bit era counterparts, no more no less. It's very competent at what it does and fans of the genre will find plenty of reasons to enjoy themselves around its world. The threshold should not be set too high, as it does not go beyond that. Its visual environment needs to be brought to our time and its plot can overextend itself too many times.- FNintendo

Corpse Party: Blood Drive can be summed up as an experience that both thrills and frustrates. If the gameplay often feels maladjusted, with a lack of guidance given to the player and the unexplainable use of 3D models being very difficult to justify, the plot and writing easily stand out as exquisite and very likely to grab the player's attention and concentration for long hours, two absolutely vital elements for a visual novel.- FNintendo

Dusk Diver acknowledges its inspirations and does it right, presenting a slick visual environment and quality animations. At the same time, its too simplistic and repetitive combat system is sub-par, aggravated by fluidity problems that make the experience less enjoyable and the overall sense of linear progression make Dusk Diver on the Nintendo Switch an average effort. Perhaps more time in the development process would have made Dusk Diver a more enjoyable experience.- FNintendo

While it does a good job at being a Space Invaders' contemporary variant, it also suffers from some flaws which end up harming the experience, namely the lack of flexibility at offering quick game sessions and its rather frustrating difficulty level, which risk drawing the public away to other retro-inspired shoot'em ups in the Nintendo Switch eShop.- FNintendo

FoxyLand does not try to reach new heights, it's a simple platformer that's not afraid to present itself as such and it's a competent game at what it does. While it may please those looking for a quick experience, its lack of depth, short lifespan and simplistic nature makes it less enjoyable on a longer term basis and those looking for a more involving experience should take their expectations elsewhere.- FNintendo

Temple of Yog has some interesting mechanics and it presents a gameplay that is simple, yet effective for a game of its kind. Legendary Eleven tries to capture the spirit of football's previous eras in a moment when the World Cup is about to start and while the intention is good (it certainly manages to do part of it), the execution throws its ambition on the ground. Due to a control system that makes the players feel like they are not in control at all and to a series of bugs and other technical flaws, the experience of Legendary Eleven is harmed beyond the levels of what is acceptable and the result is a game that is completely inadequate to what it proposes.- FNintendo

While its gameplay is obviously based on the games that inspired it, Alphadia does not provide anything groundbreaking which could set it apart from other games of the genre and the lack of development of the characters or of any other of its elements condemn it to being a rather shallow effort which would greatly benefit from one or two new gameplay mechanics.- FNintendo

Puzzle games need to be easy to learn and difficult to master but Blok Drop U doesn't leave much space for that, as its short amount of levels and lack of a scoring system don't leave much room for the players to appreciate it. Castle of Heart may seem appealing when looking at its still pictures but once the game starts moving, a more unpleasant reality kicks in: it's hard to control, the difficulty level is forced and at the same time, unchallenging and the game suffers from several design flaws that make this experience really difficult to enjoy. With an official license that allows the game to feature plenty of real vehicles involved in actual, this will be a good added value for followers of the sport. Other players will find some variety of game modes but not much more that stands out, despite its sharp gameplay. Asterix & Obelix XXL 3: The Crystal Menhir does a good job at capturing the classic spirit and humour of the comic book series, thanks to its fun dialogues and well polished visual environment, adding to that a marvelous vocal work. Where The Crystal Menhir does not live up to the highest standards is when it comes to its repetitive structure and mechanics, its drab plot and too simplistic gameplay. Last Encounter joins the ranks of roguelike games on the Nintendo Switch and as a twin-stick shooter, it does a good job at presenting ideas regarding the ship's upgrading and an approach to combat that forces the player to think carefully. This is a low-cost, low-ambition, low-achievement title - there are no significant problems, but its margin is so narrow that there's no space to do anything else other having a short-lived entertaining run that won't take long to finish.- FNintendo

The game falls short, however, when it comes to its gameplay experience, not only due to performance problems but especially because the gameplay experience feels disconnected from the player and a constricting interaction with the game contributes to make this experience one without much enthusiasm.- FNintendo

With a disappointing selection of series and characters available, a poor visual environment, faulty controls and a soundtrack that would need a complete overhaul, this is a passable game that will not satisfy anyone.- FNintendo

The overall difficulty level is low and will not pose any problem for players with a bit of experience, which inadvertently ends up throwing the game against the expectations of its target audience of players longing for RPGs from the early 1990s. Chronus Arc ends up falling significantly below its potential in several fields.- FNintendo

My Style Studio: Notebook takes its attempt to recreate a school notebook a bit too far, so far that it ends up with an unpractical experience which does not feel intuitive at all for the player.- FNintendo

Excave II successfully addresses some of the shortfalls of its predecessor and improves on gameplay, graphical environment and variety of items. Nevertheless, its price - double that of the original game - does not seem fully justified and the lack of a structured and coherent narrative is still a shortcoming for a game that could certainly benefit from more ambition.- FNintendo

Moonfall Ultimate has some ambition when it draws inspiration from several renowned hack and slash and beat'em up games. The problem is, while its plot is minimally interesting and engaging, the game doesn't really present anything else that will strike a chord with the players and the combat system, its life and soul, is simply too dull, uninteresting and overly simplistic to give any trace of fun while paying Moonfall Ultimate.- FNintendo

Rock ‘N Racing Off Road could have been shaped into something fun and enjoyable, even if not very ambitious. Unfortunately, problems in the responsiveness of the controls – which seriously increase the game’s difficulty – and a lack of content make this a passable, frustrating title.- FNintendo

It's hard to recommend Senran Kagura Reflexions to anyone at all. Rather than a game, this is more like a collection of screens that test the accuracy of the Joy-Con movements and at that, it does work. Unfortunately, it fails at everything else and it simple does not provide the content, the sense of purpose and the structure necessary to call this a fun interactive experience.- FNintendo

The Deer God starts off on an interesting note and features a visual style that catches the players' eyes but unfortunately, it does not capitalize on its assets and quickly becomes an uninteresting, unappealing and repetitive game that could have been much more compelling, had its best elements been fully explored.- FNintendo

Darts Up could have been an enjoyable, simple game for a good time with friends...but it falls far from that goal. Its bland visual environment, lack of options and overall poor gameplay make Darts Up something to avoid.- FNintendo

Despite its accessible gameplay, within the general traits of a classic shoot'em up, Gaiabreaker does not stand out. Its control scheme, which will get the players feel like stuck in several situations and its rather short lifespan, along with the lack of an online mode make it less attractive to the crowd.- FNintendo

Touhou Kobuto V: Burst Battle has decent Arcade and Score Attack modes and the idea of playing the same plot with different characters is worthy of praise but the fights quickly become repetitive and dull, its audiovisual component is a throwback to fifteen years ago and overall, the game just feels uninspired.- FNintendo

The gameplay is too empty, the lifespan way too short and the controllers below par for this to be considered a decent effort and the lack of a soundtrack only reinforces the idea that this is not a complete game but rather a tech demo.- FNintendo

While Twisted Fusion does feature some interesting ideas at the level of its gameplay concepts, the game ends up falling flat on its face due to an overall poor execution. In some moments, Twisted Fusion is even borderline unplayable, which coupled with its subpar visual environment, an enormous amount of bugs that should not have passed quality control and low precision platforming, lead to a game that needed a serious reworking before being made available.- FNintendo

Hollow could have gone further and cemented itself as a good proposal in the growing horror genre within the Nintendo Switch and it gets the ambiance right, including the good use of sound effects. It does not succeed at all it could, unfortunately, as its heavy and cumbersome gameplay, losses of fluidity and several technical issues end up plaguing the experience, whose plot is also too generic and unremarkable to make this a memorable horror game.- FNintendo

Arc of Alchemist does one thing right: it looks like a charm. It certainly doesn't play like one, though, and its performance is anything but enjoyable, not to mention a dull and drab plot and characters that will leave any player disenchanted with any hint of joy that its visual environment might suggest.- FNintendo

Bringing Langrisser out of Japan after 25 years is worthy of praise but unfortunately it's the only thing worth praising about Langrisser Re: Incarnation Tensei. Its gameplay mechanics force the player to follow a pre-set order to move the characters, rather than allowing for a more dynamic choice, its visual environment needs a near-complete overhaul and its chapters are simply not motivating to move forward.- FNintendo

Fantasy Hero ~unsigned legacy~ tries to contribute to the RPG segment of the Nintendo Switch catalog and it features some interesting elements of progression but overall, its action gets repetitive and dull too quickly early on. The game's visuals and sound also betray its age, meaning that it's not in a position to provide a pleasant audiovisual experience either, which only gets aggravated by several flaws that should have been corrected.- FNintendo

It’s hard to understand why such a flawed piece of work would be released without at least a major revision. Explore the Dungeon Because I DON'T KNOW! tries and fails not only at being a decent playable effort, but even at portraying a popular animation series for its fans. If anything, it provides an example of what not to do in a game.- FNintendo

Poisoft Thud Card is a card game that is simple enough to learn quickly and behaves like most card games do. Unfortunately it quickly becomes dull, as its lack of content stands out after a while and the fun provided quickly runs out. For a game that is supposed to fill empty moments with fun bouts of play, Poisoft Thud Card does the opposite.- FNintendo
