Earth Defense Force 2 is not the best game that we have on PS Vita but undoubtedly has a very good execution on its gameplay elements. Leikir Studio's work offers us a good combination of the classic elements of Metal Slug and the strategic approach of a tactical RPG. The roguelike system allows for experimentation to be essential, and the progression makes this adventure as long or short as you want it to be. Two contrasting ideas merge in a way that seemed impossible, and the end result is fun. However, the game's performance is terrible. It's a bad joke to have to wait after doing something as simple as moving a unit. While it is true that Metal Slug Tactics is a good game, it is likely that many will not see it that way after witnessing its terrible performance, and will pass up one of the most fun games of the year.

Zombi is a great game that, sadly, suffers from the absence of what many people believed was its greatest flaw: the Wii U Gamepad. Even though the main campaign retains the gameplay basics that made the original game shine, the additional tension and stress derived from the use of the screen controller made the port feel as something incomplete and not unique. Despite this, it’s a title that those who have interest in it or didn't have the chance to play it in the past will enjoy.
