MainFrames is a good choice for those who want a simple and challenging game to kill time. The little over four hours of the campaign passed without weighing too much, and even though there are some clear points of improvement, lovers of the platform genre will certainly find themselves in the game.- The Enemy

Josef Fares' biggest project to date puts him among the industry's biggest names as a developer we should keep an eye on. After the 2021 GOTY, the Swedish-Lebanese has outdone himself with a project that once again shows his growth as a creative mind. Split Fiction may not reach the trophies that its predecessor won, but it will end 2025 as many people's favorite game.- The Enemy

Dragon Age: The Veilguard plays safe in a lot of aspects, specially its combat mechanics and by adhering to multiple, separate maps instead of a huge open world. That may seem disappointing coming from a franchise that used to have high complexity in its entirety, but the excellent narrative and great companion development are more than enough to hold the game together.- The Enemy

Phoenix Springs is, in its entirety, an artistic experience. You might not be certain of the artist's intention throughout the game, but you're sure to feel something in this point and click adventure. The Leo Dormer mystery is very difficult to crack open, and you will probably find yourself running in circles during some segments. Echoes of Wisdom is a great send-off to The Legend of Zelda's most successful era. The game is the ending point for a very clear path started by Breath of the Wild and continued in Tears of The Kingdom, of games that have an unyielding faith in the player's ability to solve problems in very creative ways. In conclusion, The Final Form is a redemption for Bungie and a closure in style. A great story, interesting activities and plenty of content for any type of player are available in this new expansion. However, what was once a reason to make players hopeful about the future, at least in the near future, of Destiny 2 or the franchise itself, in this case the much-talked-about Episodes, is nothing more than a different name for content that doesn't offer anything all that new. The closure of the ten-year saga was exquisite and makes it clear that there is much more to explore in the universe, but if the game continues without more radical changes or any major revelations from Bungie that offer something to look forward to, this expansion could be marked as Destiny's last major event.- The Enemy

By fixing what needed improvement and keeping what was already good intact, Nintendo gave the Switch the definitive version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Hellblade 2 embraces the cinematic experience and never looks back, which is sure to be polarizing. Despite having a lot of references that are far from subtle, Stellar Blade still finds its identity in greatly designed villains and, mainly, excellent, flashy combat. In Dragon’s Dogma 2, every system, every combat and every companion teaches us that there is weight in our decisions. Choices bring consequences. When something changes, it changes for good. Therefore, when we enter this final stretch and our will is not only capable of reshaping reality, but also the very tool through which we can bring the game to its end, it is also necessary to recognize the excellence of the game. This is also why frustration leads to admiration. Yes, I wanted to go back. But that would go against everything that makes Dragon’s Dogma 2 special. I can create another game, another reality, but that one was definitive. And what better way to leave a world real than to make it definitive?- The Enemy

It's difficult to think of Rise of the Ronin as an epoch-making game. Perhaps it will even leave its influence on future soulslikes with its difficulty selector, but it is easier to predict an impact similar to that of Ghost of Tsushima: a game that will be well received by the majority of players, but should not aim for higher flights in terms of awards and lists of required titles.- The Enemy

We Are OFK is a truly multimedia experience. The game is enough, however, consuming the music in my day to day life, kind of forced me to write this review even almost two weeks after its release. Go ahead. Try this adventure. Or at least listen to the music - if you enjoy the sound, you will definitely want to "play".- The Enemy

NBA 2K23 is still the best possible product for basketball fans and the best thing you can ask for in a sports simulation game. The additions of historical content are jaw-dropping and have clearly received plenty of love. However, the online experience that makes the game so long lasting is highly compromised by the absurd need to spend even more to stay in the competition.- The Enemy

Having the feeling of watching a new episode of the anime or being immersed in pages of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure manga while controlling your favorite heroes and villains is priceless, and being rewarded with even more self-references is a delight. However, there is no appeal for those who don't already know the story and its characters, and it is impossible not to miss a modern, more refined online mode.- The Enemy

This remake is the definitive version of The Last of Us: prettier, better to play, technical features in a state-of-the-art, new extras, and it's completely true to the original. Apparently, Sony's plans are to try to reach a new audience that will seek out the game because of the TV series that premieres next year. But the $70 price tag of this re-release prevents me from recommending it to everyone.- The Enemy

The Cowabunga Collection unifies all of the best Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games from the 1990’s in just one pack, bringing back all that nostalgia and hitting hard on our hearts. Digital Eclipse did more than just create a collection of emulated ROMs with a nice selection screen. It goes beyond what many fans thought and adds an excellent documentation job, bringing lost content to a wider audience which, maybe, would never know about its existence. If you are a person who likes all these nostalgic feelings, this is a must have compilation. It is a journey through time in digital form that is worth being experienced for everyone.- The Enemy

Midnight Fight Express is definitely worth your time. With a total of nine hours of gameplay, the game provided me with a super fun experience. At its highest points, Midnight Fight Express provides super satisfying combat, honoring the modern beat'em up format. On the other hand, the game has poorly developed narrative and a soundtrack that I particularly didn’t like. But it's worth remembering that the game was developed for the most part by a single person – if I didn't know this beforehand, the possibility would never have come to mind. Overall, it's a very well designed game, both in terms of level design and artstyle.- The Enemy

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 reflects all of the maturity accumulated throughout the last 12 years by a franchise that struggled to survive since its very first game, which was released by Nintendo in the West only after fan petitions. The game streamlines the action, gets rid of juvenile erotization and tells a story with heroes that talk like actual human beings, while simultaneously refining the exploration and world-building that already shone in its predecessors.- The Enemy

Stray draws attention, stands out and it deserves just that. Annapurna Interactive's game is far from perfect, but the impression created here is that it will take a long time for such a unique proposal to be as well delivered as the kitten simulator. The game is perfect for those seeking a different experience without leaving behind clichés that are welcome in video games of the genre.- The Enemy

As Dusk Falls does nothing to reinvent the genre, but playing it feels like watching a groundbreaking crime show — one of those that stays in your thoughts and makes you feel like diving back into the story as soon as possible. While it struggles to make sense as a multiplayer experience, the game nonetheless has an unique art style and brutal story about family and its influence on our lives. Being INTERIOR/NIGHT's first release, the studio deserves praise for its merits, especially in terms of plot and art style.- The Enemy

It's really impressive what this game manages to do with long-time fans of the survival horror genre. Puzzles scattered everywhere, a relentless pursuer, inventory management, track and wonderful sound effects. If you love survival horror, you should try it at least once.- The Enemy

F1 2022 is a simulator with a straight objective. Clearly, Codemasters decided to bet on what it does best and abandon some interesting features for the casual player, in exchange for possibilities and seriousness whose appeal to enthusiasts makes the game a must-have Formula 1 fans.- The Enemy

With far more hits than misses, Capcom Fighting Collection does what few other collections can really do: satisfy gamers who feel some nostalgia for the titles in question, while at the same time presenting titles with real potential to capture the attention of the fighting game fan.- The Enemy

Dolmen is one of the most ambitious projects in the history of the Brazilian gaming industry. The detailed world building, the challenging combats, as well as ability customization possibilities. You'll probably want to play some more even after you finish it for the first time. After years of working on the title, Massive Work can be proud of the result. There is no shortage of reasons to be excited about the future of the studio.- The Enemy

There's no shortage of reasons to praise Trek to Yomi. The aesthetics, the combat, the soundtrack, not-so-complex puzzles that come up in the second half of the game. We're talking about a fundamental title for fans of samurai stories, despite the fantastic elements.- The Enemy

Overall, the experience with Switch Sports is extremely positive and fulfills its role very well: meeting and having fun with friends and family - something that has really been missing up until now on Nintendo Switch after all its existence. And, despite having other games with the same purpose like Smash Bros., Mario Kart and Mario Party, none of them are equally accessible to people who aren't video game fans. That's why Nintendo Switch Sports is amazing and necessary nowadays.- The Enemy

Like any good skateboarding game, OlliOlli World has a soundtrack that perfectly matches the atmosphere of the world in which it is inserted, although I personally don't like the chosen musical genre so much, I can't deny that it worked well with the cartoonish and even bizarre visuals. OlliOlli World has everything to be one of the best indie games of 2022, which combines the single-player experience with an extremely competitive multiplayer experience, with a scoring system and that you'll want to compete against your friends to see who can score the most in each stage.- The Enemy

Undoubtedly, KOF XV is an evolution over XIV. But I feel like this game is too stuck to its roots of the past and abandons mechanics that were introduced in previous versions. I don't know if I would go so far as to say it's the best game in the franchise – long-time fans would hardly agree with that, even. However, it is a fact that we are talking about another fighting game that is totally worthy in this era of good fighting games in which we live. Could be better? Yes. But it's alright. Maybe next time.- The Enemy

Horizon Forbidden West is, above all, more Horizon. And, I would say, more refined in many ways, but still with the fundamental elements of its predecessor. And that's a good thing. The world full of secrets with many things to explore and more secrets to discover. The Forbidden West is big and wild, but finding out more about it, its people, and its past is quite rewarding.- The Enemy

Sifu is a challenging, brutal and, at times, extremely frustrating game. It had been a while since I screamed with anger the as I did with my TV these past few days, death after death, beating after beating, cursing the world, the enemies, and my own incompetence and lack of reaction time being knocked down again and again. But it's also an extremely rewarding game to evolve your character, not only through unlocking new abilities but also through your own understanding of its mechanics, movement, going through the different combos, and even the different ways to block and avoid the various types of blows coming your way.- The Enemy

Gran Turismo 7 is a saint without miracles and has Lewis Hamilton, Igor Fraga and another legion of professional players as apostles. With an iconic Formula 1 driver and the Brazilian Gran Turismo Sport world champion advocating in its favor, who would I be to say a single word against this title? Well, I have several words for what Gran Turismo could do to be a better racing game, but nothing that could tarnish the reputation of this letter to motorsport fans. It's a game with impeccable gameplay, incredible graphics, and makes an ode to the history of motorsport, with the potential to suck up thousands of hours of gameplay (playing alone or online), this year and beyond. If you're a fan of racing games, you won't regret playing it and having it in your collection. Perhaps my biggest mistake was creating expectations for this title. I swore that this was the ideal time for the Gran Turismo series to go back to being revolutionary as it was in the past, but Kazunori Yamauchi chose to just follow the teachings of your old testament.- The Enemy
