A triumph of raw substance over style, Legends of Eisenwald constantly wins over the heart of the RPG connoisseur despite its incompleteness thanks to its deep battle system and well crafted adventures. A great game for strategy experts.- LevelUp

Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward represents a fairly large expansion of the world of Eorzea with huge and rich environments for the players to explore. Heavensward continues the story of the Warrior of Light in a rich and somber tone, focusing in solving the conflict rather than wasting your time with trivial quests.- LevelUp

Payday 2: Crimewave Edition offers solid and entertaining cooperative action. It is best played with like-minded friends that are willing to interact, communicate and orchestrate heists. Sadly though, the progression system demands a heavy time investment in order to unlock weapons, which may be an impediment to some players.- LevelUp

Unlike other entries in the LEGO series, such as LEGO Batman, in LEGO Jurassic World, collectable characters are irrelevant, there are just a few zones were you can actually use your dinosaurs and they lack activities. Bottom line, this game works better as a souvenir than a videogame.- LevelUp

Rocksteady says farewell to the franchise with an utter masterpiece; its best game so far. Each element feels like a love letter to fans and to Batman himself. Batman: Arkham Knight is the perfect conclusion to an excellent saga, and it departs in the same way it once came: leaving us amazed and with great satisfaction.- LevelUp

The timeless classic finally gets the treatment it deserves. This edition may seem a little unnecessary for some players, but the improvements, tweaks and new characters were a duty long past due for this action gem.- LevelUp

Heroes of the Storm successfully brings innovation to a stale genre dominated by 2 giants. Its bare-bones mechanics make it a truly fun game to play, from the beginning of a match to the very end.- LevelUp

Surprisingly good for a game mainly sold on controversy, Hatred has solid gameplay and presentation, but also a severe lack of depth and its own exaggerations often fall into the realm of parody.- LevelUp

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood represents the return of the action-packed gore and classic mechanics we loved from the 2014 game. The neo-goth and futuristic design, along with frantic gun and run gunplay make this stand-alone release a solid option for any FPS enthusiast. We loved to return to Castle Wolfenstein and to escape from it as we did in 1992.- LevelUp

An explosion of color and personality, Splatoon is brilliant as a light shooter that innovates in its genre. Having said that, Splatoon is also ridden by a chronic and surprising lack of content.- LevelUp

Pillars of Eternity stands on its own merits without resorting to nostalgia too much. Truly a CRPG masterpiece, the game offers old school, real-time strategic combat, and a vivid world to explore. Not only do you get an overall well-made experience, but also a challenge you haven't seen since the 90's.- LevelUp

Project CARS is the first true next-gen simulator. With a good variety of cars and tracks, this game is pretty solid, considering that it was mostly fan funded. The lightning effects and everything else on the track, gives you one of the most realistic feelings a sim can give you right now. Just keep in mind that it's a difficult game, so it's not intended for newcomers, only really hardcore sim fans will enjoy it and make the most of it.- LevelUp

A forgotten yet interesting setting, World War I receives its first full-fledged realistic FPS with Verdun, a solid but perhaps limited game that recreates trench warfare nicely but falls short in some content aspects. Definitely worth a try for the historical game enthusiasts.- LevelUp

Made and payed by fans, Broken Age is the best testimony of an era in which niche games go through the influence and approval of the community. The result is a solid title with calculated charm despite the lack of soul found in the classics of the genre.- LevelUp

Grand Theft Auto V offers a fairly large amount of graphical options to achieve smooth 60 fps on a variety of modest configurations and has enough options to push visual quality up to 4K resolution and beyond for those with beefy enough computers. The arrival of GTA V on PC was long awaited, but it was definitely worth the wait.- LevelUp
