The original release of Metro: Last Light was already a solid experience. Redux doesn't make significant changes to it, but it is still a very stunning post-apocalyptic experience.- LevelUp

FIFA 15 takes two steps forward and one step back in almost every component of the game. The presentation is as sleek as ever, but it still lacks some realism in terms of gesture and animation. Tactical accessibility, on the other hand, came at the expense of thoroughness, and mobility feels more realistic but also heavier. Despite all of this, FIFA 15 remains the deepest, most addictive and fun football experience out there.- LevelUp

Hyrule Warriors is a great tribute to The Legend of Zelda thanks to the large number of characters and references included. Unfortunately, as a game it suffers from basic design flaws such as awkward artificial intelligence, poor level design and repetitive missions.- LevelUp

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call consolidates as a quality product due to its extensive list of songs and characters ―over 220 and 60 respectively―. It also has perfect functionality in terms of game modes, solid controls and it provides a delightful sense of gratification. It is, without a doubt, a musical love letter destined to be among the best music titles of 2014.- LevelUp

A good crossover, although not the best adventure of this 2 geniuses by a long mile, the game offers exactly what the old fans of visual adventures want.- LevelUp

Tales of Xillia 2 combines the best of eastern and western cultures and consolidates itself as an RPG that appeals to hardcore fans of the series, thanks to its compelling story, attractive combat system, the decision-making mechanics and its anime-like aesthetics.- LevelUp

Bungie's new IP is a noble effort to escape from the ghosts of the past, an opportunity to succeed and leave its old franchises behind. Destiny offers a solid combat experience, challenging boss fights and a never ending progression system; however the world is not engaging and the story and lore bits are forgettable or absent, which is a shame given the magnitude of the project.- LevelUp

A very decent effort that still feels slightly less engaging and powerful than it ought to be, Crown of the Old Iron King never feels condescending or diluted, but it lacks freshness, interest and brilliance.- LevelUp

Dead Rising 3 is still the same fun, over the top, zombie slashing, open world game we learned to love on Xbox One. Unfortunately, unless you have a high end PC gaming rig, you will have frame rate and gameplay issues. But if you do have one, you will have a blast killing everything in sight.- LevelUp

Risen 3: Titan Lords disappoints on even the most basic elements, which perhaps with a little more time could've been fixed. It's a shame, because we can tell that deep inside lays a game that tries to offer hundreds of hours of fun. Sadly, though, the only surprising thing about this is that it found its way to the shelves.- LevelUp

Despite the fact that it keeps the same core pillars from the astonishing first entry, which are raw situations and tough choices, Season Two of The Walking Dead falls a bit short in the writing department. The experience remains unique and emotional, just not as much as the first one.- LevelUp

2033 Redux is the definitive version of the 2010 misunderstood cult title. It now gives players the option to play it their way with the new Spartan and Survival modes, which will broaden its thin audience.- LevelUp

Crimsonland is fun at the beginning, but it won't stand out from other top-down shooters in the genre. The campaign turns very repetitive and despite its conspicuous love for classic dual-stick gameplay, the formula feels a bit dated in this day and age, especially when compared with the likes of Dead Nation.- LevelUp

Extremely faithful to the original, Shadowgate brings back everything that made the 1987 release a cult classic, but it doesn't add anything to the formula. In other words, it lacks the innovation value to remain relevant by today's standards.- LevelUp

This is one of those rare cases in which removing game mechanics results in a more consistent, fun and dynamic experience. First Light is a wonderful introduction to the inFAMOUS franchise or a good way to expand the Second Son experience.- LevelUp

Madden NFL 15 won't break the mold in terms of gameplay innovation, but its new looks coupled with a much-needed improvement on the defensive side of the ball and the Gauntlet mode, add some freshness to the formula and, most importantly, make this the first truly next-gen iteration of the series.- LevelUp

Garden Warfare pays a lot of attention to detail; its game modes are well designed and well implemented, thus being equally fun for all players regardless of age or skill level. The 1080p and 60 fps are also a welcomed improvement.- LevelUp

Authentic, visually stunning and with one of the best soundtracks of the year, Hohokum is definitely a surprise. It's a shame that below that colorful surface, lays a dull game with confusing elements that undermine an otherwise great experience.- LevelUp

The concept behind Metrico is both innovative and unique in the platformer genre. Most of its puzzles are clever and quite satisfying to complete. However, others become physically uncomfortable due to the game mechanics related to the unique characteristics of the PlayStation Vita.- LevelUp

Yes, it has some great reimagined graphics, and it represents a solid return to the Oddworld universe when it works as it's supposed to. However, New 'n' Tasty lacks some precision in the analog controls, it has almost no replay value and lacks imagination on the cooperative front, so this isn't the perfect remake by no stretch of the imagination, nor it stands close to great representatives of the platform/stealth genre, such as Another World or LIMBO.- LevelUp

While it may not seem like much, 1080p resolution and 60 fps are very welcome improvements for a nearly perfect game. Naughty Dog managed to do a flawless technical adaptation for the PlayStation 4. We would have loved a bit more extra content, but we can't complain, as the game already is one of the best ever created for a Sony platform.- LevelUp

It doesn't matter if the game explores an interesting yet unknown aspect of WWII, the Warsaw Uprising, its lack of presentation and good art direction, along with tons of bugs, overshadow some interesting design ideas and good level design. The lackluster multiplayer doesn't help much to improve the game, either.- LevelUp
