In spite of this flaws the game is engaging and a lot of fun. You can almost feel the care and attention the developers put into it.

Fatal Fury: City of The Wolves marks the return of a legendary franchise with new mechanics but a classic approach aimed entirely at the competitive environment. This move worked out well but SNK's game is somewhat lacking in other aspects such as game modes and options for casual gamers. The bonus is that we can play with Cristiano Ronaldo, who to everyone's surprise, is a powerful and well-designed fighter.

The King of Fighters XV is a solid and very fast fighting game that tests your skills. It shows how such a long-lived saga can evolve without losing its essence. Although it offers little content for casual players, the graphical upgrade, new mechanics, and rollback netcode makes the difference. All these changes are noticeable and put the franchise in the right direction.
