Modnation Racers is in many aspects the best kart racer we've played. The controls are spot on, building tracks is easy and fun, the presentation is playful and attractive and the overall tone of the game is a pleasing one. With support for twelve players online, or four players locally on one console, this game is above and beyond the competition in the multiplayer arena. The only major issue to be found here are far too lengthy load times, an issue that shouldn't deter you from experiencing this excellent kart racer.

Even though the adventure genre nowadays is filled with great games, Grim Fandango feels almost as good as it did 1998. The remastered version has some technical flaws that should’ve been taken care of and the puzzles aren’t always on top, but besides that this is a game that no one should miss. Easily one of the best adventures of all time.

On the surface Trials HD doesn't seem to offer all that much. Somewhat shoddy bikes and exaggerated physics are supplemented by over the top trial and error obstacle courses. Making your way through these courses is no walk in the park, but the overall gameplay is so fun and addictive you'll try to beat them over and over again. This one of the true gems available on Xbox Live.

The story might be pale and the characters are bland and boring, but it is easy to forgive since it is so damn fun to free Kyrat. It does not matter if you prefer to sneak around and hide in bushes and trees, or just charge into an enemy camp on an elephants back. Far Cry 4 will not be a classic that people will talk about years to come, but it will entertain you greatly while it lasts.

When it comes to playing soccer with your friends at home, few games can rival this version of PES. The tempo is higher and the player movement is a tad bit more realistic that it's new gen console counterparts. But with few additions and a lot of licenses lost it's hard to recommend this to anyone. Shame on Konami for basically letting us pay for the same content as last year.

The portable version Shovel Knight is in any ways as good as the others, even better as the both the graphics and the mechanics works perfect on a small screen. Plan, build, fight and repair. Those are the four fundamental parts of Lock's Quest, an unexpectedly demanding game for the DS. It's surprisingly addictive, but due to some parts of the game not being blessed with the coat of finish they need we can't bless this game with a higher grade.

The 360-version of this popular pc-game looks and sounds amazing, but certain mechanics as well as the presentation are somewhat lacking. It's a game that tries a little too hard to be different.

The third installment in the strategy franchise Hearts of Iron is, like it's two predecessors, a game made for the hardcore strategy enthusiasts. This is about as heavy as it gets when it comes to strategy depth, and if you're a member of the intended audience you won't be disappointed.

Broken Age is a polished and charming addition to a forgotten genre. Even though the puzzles and story could have been a bit better, especially during the second part of the game, the stunning environments and delightful characters makes it a journey well worth taking. Just do not expect any revolutionary elements.

The Evil Within returns to the horror genres roots and becomes a rather surprising breath of fresh air of action in a horror climate where the players are usually mostly helpless. The game may be more cozy spooky than terrifying but the problem lies more in its graphical shortcomings and the flat story. Likewise Shinji Mikami is still a better game designer than most even when he's not bringing his best.

The eleventh installment in EA's Tiger Woods golfing franchise is yet another competent installment like the games that preceded it. New features, such as the true aim gameplay mechanic, work great but they're not fully implemented throughout the game. Some features are available offline but not online. Some features aren't available in the career mode. A solid but not fully realized addition to the series.

Sunset Overdrive is a colorful adventure that offers great and fun combat against a crazy amount of enemies. Unfortunately many of the missions feel like a chore, and both the city and especially the survivors are uninteresting. Despite the flaws Sunset Overdrive is still a good game that entertains while it lasts, but it isn’t a very memorable experience.

The apocalypse has come and only animals remain. Choose one of many different animal races to hunt, breed and survive. There is a ton of unlockables, but the gameplay feels unpolished and gets repetitive after a while.

A side scrolling space puzzle shooter that borrows a lot from Pixeljunk Shooter-series. A bit clumsy equipment system and sometimes hard to know what to do, but still a great cozy experience.
