While Epic Mickey struggles with a few camera problems, it's a great and kind of unique platformer. The mood is great, mixing both nostalgic disney with a little darker steampunk elements to create an interesting world with a truly good soundtrack and enviorments. You are also able to alter the story in the game in a way rarely seen in games like this.

Aside from being a given purchase for fans of the Band this Green Day flavoured Rock Band edition is actually quite a nice package from everyone else as well. The main caveat is that Harmonix haven't really put in an effort to truly capture the look and animations of the real life band members, a feat they pulled of beautifully in The Beatles: Rock Band.

The "Lego Star Wars"-games were fun and entertaining with great co-op features. Unfortunately Lego Indiana Jones isn't as great, simply because fighting Germans isn’t as fun as battling Darth Vader, puzzle solving isn’t as fun this time around and the video sequences aren’t as funny. Despite being a lesser game, this is still a great gaming experience.

Uefa Euro 2008 is probably EA’s best effort this far when it comes to soccer games. Gameplay on the field has been tweaked to an overall better flow and the Captian your country mode is really fun. Charging full price for a game that loses its relevance after the championships is the only major flaw in this otherwise great soccer experience.

With platforming games being somewhat of a rarity these days The Maw is a welcome addition to the Xbox Live library. The game is both charming and fun, especially the main character Maw. If you look beneath the charming surface you'll find quite an ordinary platforming adventure though. But with a reasonable price tag we can't but recommend this title for those in the mood for a new platforming experience.

In this third iteration, Rare has morphed the platforming roots of Banjo-Kazooie into a racing game where player imagination is the main tool of the game. You build your own vehicles and in that process you decide how to tackle an obstacle. The main problem with this game is that a lot of the challenges simply aren't that much fun and there is too much emphasis on building vehicles. Nevertheless, this is a solid title.

This title, as the name implies, offers you the chance to take the reins of a trading empire during the 17th century trading wars. You'll get to use diplomacy, trade and warfare as your tools in your quest for trade monopoly. The campaign mode is very meaty and will let you trade, wage war and use your strategic wit for hours on end. The only major drawbacks is the lack of land based warfare in the campaign mode and being limited to naval warfare only online. Nevertheless, this is a great game for trade junkies everywhere.

To grade a game like this is as difficult as it is irrelevant. The appeal of this game is solely based upon you personal preferences in games. If you're into fast paced action games this not a title for you. If you're into intricate battles and spending obscene amounts of hours collecting loot this is definitely well spent money on your behalf. Resonance of Fate features an impressive combat system requiring good nerves and strategic thinking, but is found wanting in other areas. But despite the lackluster list of new features we can't protest that this is still a very deep and engaging adventure with tons of hours for those who simply got to catch em' all. With a stunning graphic style and an impressive combat system, Platinum Games take on the Transformers license is a must for Transformers fans. In some ways it is apparent that the development time has been limited, but that does not prevent Transformers Devastation from being the best Transformers game yet.

As a flight game from developer Project Aces of Ace Combat fame there are many reasons as to why this could have been a competent flight game for the Wii. Unfortunately you'll get a limited amount of hours out of this game and the motion based controls don't do anything to improve the experience. Add to this a confusing storyline and presentation that's decent at best and you get an overall experience that'll leave you unfulfilled.

This is as close to a realistic Ferrari experience you can get on a home console right now. Unfortunately the developers haven't focused enough on everything else which means that there isn't enough to be exited about apart from the Ferrari experience. The gameplay lacks variation and the multiplayer mode lacks depth. This is nevertheless a great driving experience that grows with your interest in Ferrari cars.

The second entry in the Sanctum series continues exploring the odd mix of tower defense and first person shooter. The mechanics in the sequel are solid if a bit too simple to invite a deeper engagement. Still as a co-op game it excels in places that few games do.

Loads of content wrapped in an attractive presentation and multiplayer to boot, this is a game that’ll give ATV fans everywhere a lot of bang for their bucks. There are some flaws though, the vehicle physics is a bit dodgy and the learning curve for beginners is a bit steep. All in all, this is still a great game for those who desire portable ATV-action.

Metro Last Light improves on several of the originals shortcomings but also has a few of its own. Mainly the artificial intelligence needs lots of work otherwise Metro Last Light with its hybrid of quality action and engaging storytelling would maybe have been one of the best games of the year.

All major box office movies must be accompanied with a movie tie-in game, and usually that leads to a less than poor gaming experience. Kung Fu Panda actually manages to steer clear of that trend by offering a great and fun action experience. For the seasoned gamer this is on the easy side, but for the intended age group this is a great offering.

Galactic Adventures add a whole new dimension to the Spore experience. Now you can beam your creatures down to other planets where they can go on various missions. You can upgrade your hero with armor, weapons and social abilities. This combined with the ability to create your own adventures makes the Spore experience even more vast than ever before. Unfortunately the overall experience is heavily plagued by some really nasty bugs.

It's a really beautiful game with lots of nice touches and a co-op mode that is great fun. But the level design is bumpy and the boss fights are crippled.

Building on top of the creative concept of MySims and adding a flavor of adventure, MySims Kingdom adds up to a compelling adventure in the same vein as the Lego adventures. The humour is charming and funny, the puzzles are interesting and the characters are lovable. MySims Kingdom is a really great game, but there are some major flaws hampering the experience, such as potentially game breaking bugs, which ultimately leads to a lower score.

Fans of the Ghostbusters movies from the 80's will be happy to know that this videogame adaptation has managed to capture the charming and geeky atmosphere found in the silver screen source material. Once you've acquired enough weapons and upgrades the gameplay becomes really entertaining and you'll also find a multiplayer mode that acts as entertaining bonus material, at least for a little while. Annoying flaws, such as grotesquely long loading sequences and sudden inexplicable deaths, do hamper an otherwise great experience well worth checking out.

The games themselves are pretty good, (especially Sands Of Time) but these games features only slight improvements i the graphics. As a result, the game still features pretty old and the controls and the camera could have been polished. But even if you won't feel like playing them all in one turn, it's a good deal for three good games.

With charming graphics and a great control scheme, this title is a premiere example of WiiWare titles that are all but cheap hand-me-downs. Controlling your character by manipulating the wind is great fun and easy to understand. This is a short experience though, easily being beatable in one sitting. No replay value whatsoever lowers the score of an otherwise great title that is definitely worth it's price tag.
