If the open-world concept had been better utilized and if the writers had added more interesting characters to the story, Infinite could have easily been one of the best Halo games ever. The game is fun to play, the combat is fun, the plot is fine, the twists are unpredictable, it’s functionally consistent (it can be used as a gallery of good practice examples when teaching game design), and it beats like a well-stitched heart made of several mammals inserted into a robot with a human head and an endless sense of humor. It's still a mix of platformer and shooter, but some missions are focused on combat, figuring out ways to advance, surviving in a diabolical arena, painting giant statues, sneaking around, finding keys, and even using your weird sidekick to activate and deactivate various mechanisms. You'll be easily drawn in by the incredibly addictive gameplay and rules, which may not be revolutionary or surprising, but they are meticulously thought out. The meat here is the fun gameplay in the style of one more try. Lovers of the rogue-like genre or simple but precisely polished short games will not be disappointed. [Issue#325]

The developer cleverly uses an unsettling, nerve-wracking soundtrack that does the most to flush adrenaline into the bloodstream. The Trenches is a short but very substantial horror game, not for everyone, but it has a lot to offer. [Issue#325]

Robots, humans and cyborgs look beautiful and believable. The environments are wonderfully detailed and cartoonish. The sound design is of course brilliant, as it is one of the cornerstones of the whole concept. In addition to original music, the game features famous band names such as Nine Inch Nails, The Black Keys and The Prodigy. [Issue#325]

A relaxing, well-designed card roguelike. Simple, complex with clever mechanics. Beautiful and sleek in appearance, pleasant to listen to. These are all attributes of Dungeon: Faster & Deadlier. If you're looking for a casual game that doesn't require a commitment, but is also very happy to entertain and joke around, make you think a bit about where to click next, and which of the unenhanced cards to use experience points on, you've found it.
