A timid recovery of this official license, which will only benefit from the bases of motorcycle games on asphalt offered by the Italian studio of Milestone.- Jeuxvideo.com

An old-fashioned Lovecraftian action-adventure game rather than frenetic Survival Horror, Alone in the Dark allows itself an interesting re-imagining of the founding episodes. Nostalgia unfortunately collides with obsolescence: even the hardcore fan of the license will have difficulty getting past systems that are too archaic. We would have appreciated that, freed from the chains of AAA with huge budgets and the need to necessarily do better than its competitors, the Pieces Interactive title tried more things, did things differently, allowed itself a certain radicality. It is not so. An adventure with a capital “AA”, imperfect in its substance as in its form, but sincere in everything it undertakes.- Jeuxvideo.com

Dead or Alive 6, with its good character roster and some nice ideas, unfortunatly fails to bring what we expect from a 2019 versus fighting game: namely, it's technicaly outdated, the TAG battle is absent from the game and it has a disappointing story mode.- Jeuxvideo.com

The absence of the Tag Battle is still incomprehensible. The most patient will surely wait for the free-to-play version, already announced, to get an opinion before signing.- Jeuxvideo.com

A refreshing experience for those who wants a tactical game set in a well-polished universe with interesting scenario and well written characters. Sadly, the user interface is limited and the fights sometimes look a bit sloppy, lacking of clarity and balance.- Jeuxvideo.com

Inspired by the greatest, Limbo and Ori and the Blind Forest to name a few, Unbound: Worlds Apart delivers a fun adventure that will keep you busy for a weekend. In particular, it offers small puzzles as well as various platform phases that are pleasant to navigate, at least initially. The rest is much less inspired, the fault of an artistic direction less and less convincing and a level-design incompatible with the different skills that Soli, our hero, accumulates as he progresses.- Jeuxvideo.com

Greedfall has some good ideas and nice writing. The player is often stimulated in a good way. But it totally falls apart in the very last third of the game, highlighting the flaws we agreed not to see until then.- Jeuxvideo.com

Moon of Madness isn't a good horror experience, mostly because it doesn't manage to keep the player stressed more than a few minutes after the game's beginning. That being said, it still has a nice atmosphere and a Lovecraft-like story that will please the fans.- Jeuxvideo.com

Medievil isn't what we could call a good remake. It's an old game, with old problems, that aren't solved by this reedition. Of course, it's nice and always funny to go through, especially with the great atmosphere, the fine humour and an excellent dubbing, but still, the game conserve all those camera and jumping problems.- Jeuxvideo.com

Although not original, the adventure is generous and the vaporisaschtroumpf, reminiscent of Luigi's Mansion or even Super Mario Sunshine, gives rise to several funny finds. Although imperfect in execution, this ecological fable should delight young and old alike. If you are in the 6-12 year old category, you can add a point.- Jeuxvideo.com

In addition to the few inaccuracies of the aim or the artificial intelligence of the allies making solo progression quite delicate, it is for the moment by its lack of content that Thunder Tier One sins. By relying on the community to enrich the game with new maps and missions, KRAFTON Inc risks seeing its game falling into oblivion, which would be regrettable given the pleasure that can be taken in completing missions in cooperation, which will require tactics, communication and planning to be carried out “properly”. A real potential that is not yet fully exploited and that fans of this singular genre might find a little too thin.- Jeuxvideo.com

H1Z1 might not have the personality, nor the same production level of as some of its competitors, the game still balances arcade and simulation well to feature all the tension required in the genre.- Jeuxvideo.com

With its arcade orientation, its cartoonish aspect and most of the 18 events that hold up, the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games - The Official Game does its job quite well, although we would probably have preferred a game more in the vein of London 2012 to name but one. However, it remains a fun game to play with family and locally, the multiplayer being deserted. The game alone will not hold you back for long once all the events have been played two or three times.- Jeuxvideo.com

Fitness Boxing games follow one another and are similar. Going straight to the point, at the risk of seeming sanitized in its form, the title signed Imagineer succeeds in making us sweat energetically on a very rhythmic soundtrack. However, the weight of its haphazard movement recognition is starting to be too heavy to bear. In addition, the timid new features of this third part, certainly welcome, do not require us to go back to the checkout. To be direct: the new iteration of the software published by Nintendo remains catchy, but it looks like a big update sold at a high price.- Jeuxvideo.com

Conan Unconquered is good fun at first but it soon shows its weakness, first in line being a real lack of content, poor AI and pathfinding. But its coop game mode is well done and offers a nice challenge.- Jeuxvideo.com

Might & Magic: Elemental Guardians probably won’t appeal to M&M fans, since it is radically different from what Might & Magic truly is. And maybe also because it’s pretty repetitive. But it’s a generous free-to-play game, loaded with content.- Jeuxvideo.com

Although it is a nice homage to the first adventures of the hedgehog, Sonic Origins could have deserved a better finish. Overall, this compilation is correct, but the options offered are not enough to make up for certain shortcomings. Despite a really successful dressing with its cartoons and colorful interface, SEGA's game constantly oscillates between good and bad. We're having a good time, but for Sonic's 30th anniversary, we were right to expect more games and surprises. Especially at a price of forty euros.- Jeuxvideo.com

Building on the two previous games, Dillon’s Dead-Heat Breakers has some new stuff to offer, and the characters and world it depicts are compelling. But still, it’s a messy and repetitive game.- Jeuxvideo.com
