If Tour de France 2020 looked like a small category 2 pass in the history of the license with its small novelties, Tour de France 2021 would be a false flat descending. The new title from Cyanide is really stingy in novelties, does not change its interface or the graphic aspect of the title of a gut. It even removes the online multiplayer mode and the challenge mode to further impoverish the content, despite the many support races available to the Tour (Critérium du Dauphiné, Paris-Nice, Flandrian classics ...). We will simply retain a slightly clearer MyTour mode and very coherent AI opponents compared to reality. For the rest, Tour de France 2021 is still as accessible for any cycling fan and fun in split screen, but not really worth it compared to last season.- Jeuxvideo.com

Based on a strong concept, Yokai Watch Blasters is a solid game with beautiful visuals and many things to do. But the action may be chaotic at times, and the whole thing is really repetitive.- Jeuxvideo.com

Teased in the base game through several documents, Alan Wake plays a central role in AWE. Unfortunately, beyond the act of diving back into the world of Bright Falls and the pleasure of reuniting with an old friend, this content highlights a certain looseness of Remedy. Less inventive than The Foundation, too busy sprinkling the fan service adventure from start to finish, to the point of neglecting most other aspects of the game, AWE is proving to be disappointing in many ways.- Jeuxvideo.com

With its impeccable artistic direction, ANNO: Mutationem houses an animated universe that is very pleasant to browse for its superb pixel-art in 2.5D and its bluffing depth. Too bad the storyline it houses, though prominent in experience, is so disjointed and hard to follow. The experience makes up for it with a good RPG dimension and its correct combat sequences if not fully sensational.- Jeuxvideo.com

If you are well aware of the nature of the game and what it offers, it is possible to have a good time in the heart of Submerged: Hidden Depths. Thanks to its absolutely delightful universe, its peaceful rhythm and its neat soundtrack, the title of Uppercut Games does not claim to be anything other than what it is: a simple experience of exploration and of contemplation. Despite everything, drowned under a ton of dispensable collectibles and served by an optimization not always perfected, Submerged Hidden Depths certainly does better than its predecessor, but does not completely manage to embark us in its universe.- Jeuxvideo.com

This Switch version of Gal Gun: Double Peace inevitably disappoints with its lack of new features. Six years after the European release of the PlayStation 4 edition, the only argument of this port is based on the integration of the costumes that were offered at the time in DLC. That being said, the creation of Inti Creates remains this wacky, sometimes embarrassing, often funny video-lubric rail shooter, which is sure to appeal to fans of Japanese oddities.- Jeuxvideo.com

Surely, Death’s Gambit is a beautiful game. Music is great, story-telling is great, and there a significant challenge. But Sorun’s animations and many glitches are too much to bear.- Jeuxvideo.com

To prepare an excellent Visual Novel cocktail, we particularly need a very good writing quality, varied narrative paths and the ability to transport ourselves to a world with a unique atmosphere. On these points VA-11 Hall-A is very convincing. But where the recipe turns sour, it is in the inability of the game to renew its gameplay and its sequences.- Jeuxvideo.com

Overall, Capcom Fighting Collection is a decent compilation. With its various bonuses, options and new modes, it appears to be an ideal companion for lovers of 2D fighting games. On the other hand, some choices (Cyberbots, Red Earth) can challenge and the Darkstalkers saga represents half of the titles available! A daring bet that will not please everyone, but we must recognize that the Street Fighter trilogy, with the anniversary edition, the Super Gem Fighter and the Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, is worth the detour. Depending on how attached you are to the ten games in this compilation, this one will have a more or less pronounced interest.- Jeuxvideo.com

With a robust gameplay, nervous sequences and decent content, 8 To Glory show all the good intents Three Gates AB had when they shipped this game. Nevertheless, it’s technically weak and obviously repetitive.- Jeuxvideo.com

Disappointing ! Milestone was off to a good start with its pretty MotoGP 20, full of promise with finally a career mode worthy of the name. But instead of polishing it, the Italian studio has put the diamond in the next-gen's garage this season. MotoGP 21 is stagnating in the gameplay, the fault of the sets and animations still unchanged and quite dull, an AI that falls back into its faults causing too many accidents and the absence of a split screen mode. Worse, the title regresses in content, puts the historical mode to oblivion and brings no notable novelty to the career. Even the shimmering visual identity of MGP20 has given way to a dreary ersatz menu, enough to assure us of one thing: the next installment in the series will be expected around the corner.- Jeuxvideo.com

We would have liked all the charm of the African legends of Tales of Kenzera ZAU to also be found in a level design that was both inspired and inventive! Outstripped by a plethora of competitors, the first software from Surgent Studios lacks the depth and precision to establish itself in the domain of the Gods. However, it does not lack assets: with its low price (20 euros), its dynamism and its enchanting universe, this Metroidvania, less labyrinthine than the others, has interesting arguments to help you spend 8 entertaining hours.- Jeuxvideo.com
