Legends of Eisenwald is missing this elusive, magical "something" that keeps you glued to the screen. Despite that this is a pretty good game that should appeal to fans of Heroes of Might and Magic - they could easily add some points to the final grade. Legends of Eisenwald is a good example of its genre.

Mass Effect: Andromeda deserves a high overall rating thanks to a multithreaded storyline that picks up the pace further into the game, thanks to a new combat system and some interesting characters and dialogues. There are some issues (animations and AI are among them) but overall Andromeda is a worthy addition to this acclaimed series.

The Sinking City feels more like it is based on a Sherlock Holmes novel rather than a game inspired by H. P. Lovecraft's work. The part of the story focusing on supernatural elements is pretty weak, but side-quests more than make up for it. This game has a very strong "one more place to visit" or "one more conversation" vibe. It's clunky but effective.

Little Nightmares III is not a bad game, despite many flaws. It is a middle of the road, proper game that provides a few hours of fun. The problem is that this series used to be much more than that. First two games were bold and full of ideas that stuck with you for a long time. I will forget about this nightmare very quickly.

Transport Fever is a game with lots of strong features - it has a great array of well made vehicles, the single-player campaign is interesting and the joy of creating a complex transport organism is great. Then why almost every part of the game had to be burdened with issues of different kind and magnitude? It's a cool game that never lives up to its potential.

For me Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts is one of the biggest surprises of the year. I was prepared for a rehashed Ghost Warrior 3 - a very tiresome production. Fortunately, the length and diversity of the new installment maintained my interest throughout the entire game. Contracts is definitely the best game in the series, far more enjoyable than Ghost Recon: Breakpoint.

No Man's Sky is a very interesting experiment and a boring videogame. First hours are really pleasant but the magic disappears pretty quickly and you're left with a repetitive and uninteresting obligation to explore new planets. In time it could be something really good but right now it's flawed both on the technical and gameplay side (and the finale is disappointing to say the least). My expectations were shattered.

Beat Cop is a splendid mix of pixels, old cop movies and interesting gameplay. I finished this game with a big smile on my face - the return to the cinema of my youth was spot on. Blades of Fire has two faces – at first the game irritates with nearly every little thing, but after a while the pieces seem to fit quite nicely. I wanted to discover new mechanics (that were extremely poorly explained) and really get to know the game. But that does not change the fact, that it is tiresome and demands frequent breaks.

Sniper Elite III has some flaws - the AI works in mysterious ways and the storyline is silly. These minor issues don't cloud the complete image - the game is a well thought-out package with a good single-player campaign (full of semi-open missions), satisfying co-op and a solid, original multiplayer mode. You should definitely give Sniper Elite III a Chance.

Assassin's Creed III: Liberation is a game with a dual nature. On one hand - we finally have a true, big game from AC series on a handheld console with a lot of new and interesting ideas. On the other hand - the end result is mediocre. You could complain about almost everything: a weak storyline, a faulty fighting system, boring side-quests and some minor technical flaws. All in all - it's nothing special. I don't regret playing this game, but I can't say that it was spectacular.

Dead Rising 3 should appeal to people enjoying short, simple fun in a world full of imaginary possibilities (especially when they do it in cooperation). The game definitely will be fun for fans of zombies (it's pretty much a must buy for them). All in all, Dead Rising 3 is a good but monotonous game that had some bad luck. Football Manager 26 has the potential to be one of the best installments in the series' history. But right now, I'm torn between enthusiasm for the potential and frustration with the current state of the game. The exciting new features are frustrating when the core usability of the game is problematic.

As an avid fan of stealth games, I wanted Serial Cleaners to be much more than simply a prettier and more diverse version of the first game with a cool storyline.

Seven: The Days Long Gone is a truly unique RPG. It's a comic book-stylized stealth isometric adventure in a techno-magical world. Seven can generate tons of fun but only until you encounter one of the many strange bugs and issues. You should wait for some serious patching and buy the game once it's done - it has a potential that deserves to be fully realized.

White Night could have been one of the best horror games in recent years. It has a great, creepy atmosphere, demanding puzzles and an original look. It's a shame that after only a few moments everything stops being enjoyable due to some very questionable gameplay solutions. Camerawork, saving system and a weird play style don't make the player more scared, they make him more frustrated.

The LEGO Movie Videogame is a really decent game that will charm only the most hardcore fans of Danish bricks. The mechanics are well-known, there's lots of things to do and find, but you'll find almost no novelties - if you've given up on the series, you won't come back. If you simply can't get enough of LEGOs, then buy it. But watch the movie first - you'll avoid spoilers.

Steelrising presents no challenge for veterans of the soulslike genre, even complete beginners should do just fine. The game itself, apart from pretty graphics and a cool idea, doesn't offer much - world building is so-so and the story promised in the promotional materials is absent.

Yooka-Laylee doesn't try to reinvent the wheel. It's an extremely classic 3D platformer yanked out from the Nintendo 64 glory days and as such it doesn't quite fit into today's standards. But it's not a bad game - despite an old soul, Yooka-Laylee can provide lots and lots of fun.

Car Mechanic Simulator 2015 isn't an expensive DLC for the previous game. It's a big, standalone product with lots of interesting changes that diversify the gameplay and eliminate the feeling of being shown what to do at specific times. We get many new parts and cars, and a sensible experience system smoothly introduces the player to new things. And even if there's still some boredom here and there, the sequel looks just fine.

The newest expansion to Men of War demands tons of patience and some knowledge about military equipment. It's one of the biggest strengths of this product, but at the same time its biggest flaw (nobody likes a boring game, no matter the theme). The developers put lots of work into a strictly military aspect (weapons, ammo, multitasking, various difficulties) and it paid off - it is the essence of Assault Squad 2, you just have to like it very much.

Telltale's Batman is quite an attempt at refreshing this sub-genre - I had fun and was surprised a couple of times. Unfortunately, the thing that was lacking were strong emotions. Also, the technical side leaves a lot to be desired. This Batman has everything in the right places but that doesn't translate into something truly inspired.

War Mongrels is a great game with a raw vision of World War II. Fans of Commandos series should be satisfied, history buffs will find some interesting facts, and all gamers will get an original story about redemption and a really solid gameplay.

The Cave isn't meant for fans of platformers or adventure games. It's a casual title "for everybody" that has some flaws. The most tiring thing is the necessity to go through multiple screens with many characters separately. What is more, many of the puzzles are based on simple lever pulling, as if there were no more interesting ideas. Fans of classic games and Ron Gilbert don't need to be persuaded. If you're not one of them and want a relaxing game for two nights, you should give it a try - it's good, but not exciting.

The new, rebooted Need for Speed looks good on the PC. The game is well prepared on the technical side but I feel as if the super-smooth animation can exist only thanks to sacrificing some sharpness of the things that you see on your screen (and the image quality isn't much better than the one on consoles). If you do not own PS4 or Xbox One, take an interest in this new NFS but switching platforms just for 60 fps isn't worth it.

It's really hard to grade Trine 3. The mechanics are good but less complex than before. A few hours of fun are really pleasant but the game is unfinished and the price tag is definitely "full". Buying this game right now would be foolish but it's still a gorgeous and playable product that should generate a smile on your face. Wait for discounts.

Fable is as charming and playable as ever, but the anniversary version is a technical disaster. The developer should have waited till September and use the time to polish this pearl. This game deserves a much higher grade. If you remember loving Fable a lot some years ago and are a forgiving person - buy it. In any other case playing the original will do just fine.

The Evil Within is an unoriginal but interesting concept that keeps the player on the edge of his or hers seat and makes the blood flow faster. It's a shame that outdated gameplay mechanics surfaces fairly quickly (and begins to frustrate shortly after). The game is quite easy to be memorized move by move, room by room - and that kills all the horror. The Evil Within is not bad at the survival part, it's quite good as a stealth game and mediocre as a shooter. It has an interesting story and dull characters - all of that can be fun, but I think expectations were much bigger.

Lots of things in Battlefield 2042 does not work the way it's supposed to. There's a lot of issues, and that's to be expected, unfortunately. Still, the foundations are solid, and if everything worked well, the final grade would be higher. After a few months of fixes, the game will work better. However, even now, I'm having tons of fun.

The developer clearly didn't want to enable too many people to conquer space. The Long Journey Home is a game for few. This cosmic roguelike demands angelic patience and understanding - without it you'll perish in the coldness of space. The journey was supposed to be memorable but there is too much punishment and too little fun.

It's a really pretty and atmospheric platformer that lacks ingeniuity and something new. I have been waiting for something exceptional to happen, for a situation that would make me understand that I just did something intriguing, uncommon and difficult. Instead the game offers uneven scenes, frustrating parts and a somewhat disappointing ending. The game should be bigger and perhaps a little more daring. Right now Deadlight is a game for people heavily interested in a zombie apocalypse and platformers in general.

It is really rare to play such an uneven AAA title. Mafia III has some amazing moments that exist next to some really bad ones. The most important thing for this series - the storyline and atmosphere (by the way, totally different than before) - is truly great. But in order to enjoy the game you have to forgive a metric ton of issues, ugly graphics and some repetitiveness.
