Pure Farming 2018 is a title ripe with content - five maps guarantee dozens of hours of fun, while the amount of crops to grow and the variety of ways of earning money is more than satisfying. It's a pity that the game features so few machines and suffers from some technical issues. Still - for a debut, it is pretty impressive.- GRYOnline.pl

In terms of gameplay mechanics and story progression inFamous: Second Son is like a typical sandbox game from the previous generation. The most important thing about it is the graphics - they're amazing, and Seattle in this game outshines every other virtual city. Second Son is "just" a good TPP shooter that shows the power of PS4 - but there will be lots of better and prettier games for this console in the future. Buy it only if the graphics are the most important thing for you and you need to test your expensive new equipment. Otherwise wait for a price drop.- GRYOnline.pl

Burnout Paradise Remastered dusts off the old game, but doesn't stand out in any particular way - it simply is all right. If you own a console and don't know this game, it's a great opportunity to give it a shot - it's still as great as it ever was. If you own a PC, you can just go back to The Ultimate Box.- GRYOnline.pl

Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet is a puzzle-arcade game with some shooting elements and as such is a job well done. It satisfies but does not enchant. It seems that the game would be better if the developers focused more either on the puzzle side or on the shooting side. The game's strongest moments are its looks and boss fights but you need to remember that a trip to this interesting world won't last longer than one afternoon.- GRYOnline.pl

The Elder Scrolls: Legends offers lots of bells and whistles - a story-driven campaign, lots of ways to build your deck, and pretty graphics. But it lacks character; the game feels too mundane. Buying this collection can be recommended, but only to people wanting to get to know Dante's origins and experience a still fun slasher legend or to those players, who somehow have missed Devil May Cry's original debut. Black Desert is a fully fledged epic MMO that can compete with the biggest and the best in the genre and is absolutely the prettiest one of them all. Act of Aggression is a typical, old-school, good quality RTS with base building and constantly expanding your army. Don't expect a complex, long, interesting story like the one in the Red Alert saga - there isn't one. This is a game for people who like to look for different strategies and like to discuss whether the tanks are too strong or the infantry is too weak.- GRYOnline.pl

There is much to complain about The Outer Worlds - it is mediocre from a technical standpoint, has tons of outdated features and its story and companions are acceptable at best. Fortunately, Obsidian's new title is a well-made RPG - this is a game for those who enjoy being a nameless hero who either saves the world or destroys it without any reason whatsoever, wasting time on pointless side-quests just for the XP.- GRYOnline.pl

Ghostwire: Tokyo doesn't tap into all of its potential. There's nothing wrong with it per se (save for some repetitiveness) but there's nothing really unique about it either. The Cave isn't meant for fans of platformers or adventure games. It's a casual title "for everybody" that has some flaws. The most tiring thing is the necessity to go through multiple screens with many characters separately. What is more, many of the puzzles are based on simple lever pulling, as if there were no more interesting ideas. Fans of classic games and Ron Gilbert don't need to be persuaded. If you're not one of them and want a relaxing game for two nights, you should give it a try - it's good, but not exciting.- GRYOnline.pl

Warframe isn't anything special. It's not revolutionary, exceptional or timeless. Still - every time I returned to the game, it kept playing for at least an hour (without regret). Digital Extremes has made an enjoyable, engrossing, spectacular game. Especially, when you find yourself a team or - even better - invite some friends. Evolve is a game with an interesting, original concept and good execution that suffers from lack of diversity. The game has enormous potential and playing with a team of good friends should provide tons of fun - the battles are really intense. Shadowrun Returns meets lots of expectations outlined during the Kickstarter campaign. It's an atmospheric story based on the Shadowrun universe and its adaptations. The game looks like a good "analog" RPG session, with a clear goal and epilogue. Unfortunately the campaign is a simple, one-shot experience, and not a deep RPG system. Don't expect a complex, multi-threaded game with lots of important decisions to make - Shadowrun Returns is not like that, but a really good story makes up for it. And there's the editor that allows to create great things, but requires suitable and talented people.- GRYOnline.pl

I'm disappointed with the new Forza, but not because it's a poor game or one that doesn't meet my expectations. It's a really good game, but there's no big ambition. You play it and you put it away. The first admiration fades away quickly and later on it is evident, that the developers lacked ideas for filling an open world with content. It looks as if the new Forza is a framework that will be filled by the means of DLC. How else can you think about it, when all the game's secrets can be revealed by using real money? It can be done using the game's virtual currency as well, but it will take more time. Playground's new game is a technological gem and nothing more.- GRYOnline.pl

The developers have put too many different ideas into Lords of Shadow 2, and the end result is a bit messy. We have a great combat mechanic that is flawed in a very important place. There are cool special powers that are useful only in certain parts of the story. Stealth gameplay bores instead of being exciting. Still - for every mediocre idea there's a great one. Assassin's Creed Syndicate is an uneven game. Victorian London is great, there's some well executed evolution (running around, jumping and using stealth is getting better and better) but there's still some very stupid AI and tiring combat. Syndicate has some excellent missions proving that this type of gameplay can be exciting but unfortunately they are in minority. What's more - the story is weak, and the final battle is horrendous.- GRYOnline.pl

Stasis is a well made adventure game with a great atmosphere and an excellent setting, reminiscent of Alien movies. It's a game that doesn't try to revolutionize the genre or to compete with classics - it should simply deliver a decent amount of fun to adventure and sci-fi horror enthusiasts. The new Indiana Jones is a game that would rock my world in 2014. Today it’s a game that struggles technologically (Uncharted 4 looks better) and gameplay-wise, with some additional issues. Still, I can’t help but like this game. I see all the flaws (some were really irritating), but I liked the puzzles, the protagonist and some very cool scenes. I had a lot of fun, and my main issue – regarding the immersion-breaking AI – is very personal.- GRYOnline.pl

The new Master of Orion can glue you to the screen for many hours. It has things executed very well - from designing ships, to diplomacy, to combat. Pro Cycling Manager 2013 is a well done and playable sports manager, but it won't revolutionize the series or the genre. The biggest issues that the developer has to address are the economics and stability. The game is technically flawed and many times a well thought out tactic lost to a crash to desktop. It's difficult to grade games that are as good, as they are bad (and vice versa). You need to consider how certain good and bad parts are important to you. In that case Sang-Froid looks better, than you might think. You need to keep a blind eye for the graphics, some unfortunate mechanics and take long breaks between sessions - then the game can be pleasant. Of course it's still not a AAA game, but it should provide some satisfaction.- GRYOnline.pl

Slender: The Arrival is the most intense interactive horror I've had the opportunity to play recently. It's terrifying, extremely atmospheric and difficult enough to make encounters with Slenderman and his ally really satisfying. Unfortunately - the game is really, really short and a tiny bit of randomness doesn't fix that. F1 2012 is a very uneven game. Some decisions in terms of game modes are really strange - scaling down the career mode and removing the Grand Prix are not the things one would expect from such a game, and challenges can't be considered a real substitute. Far Cry Primal on the PC looks like a well prepared conversion - stable, pretty and optimized. Minecraft Legends should provide a lot of fun in small doses because most of the gameplay mechanics are superb. What’s more, the game will receive a multiplayer mode in the future, which should offer a completely different experience.- GRYOnline.pl

Sorcery is a good game that - despite low expectations - brings a fresh breeze into the genre and perhaps will become a source for new solutions in arcade games in general. PS Move's potential is used almost in its entirety and hopefully it will mark the beginning of high quality games for this controller.- GRYOnline.pl

Lords of the Fallen is a good game with some interesting ideas that falls short in some (really important for the genre) areas. If someone made me choose the best soulslike of 2023, I would lean towards Lies of P.- GRYOnline.pl

If you don't like playing online, don't buy Shadow Fall just yet - either wait for a serious discount or forget about it entirely. The game isn't worth buying just for the campaign, which turns out to be poorly designed, kind of boring, uneven and unoriginal. New Killzone is really pretty, but its biggest asset is a well designed, engrossing multiplayer mode.- GRYOnline.pl

Forza Motorsport 5 is a truly great game burdened with very bad marketing choices. It has an excellent driving model and superb graphics, but lack of some basic elements and the publisher's greed, that makes gamers pay lots of extra money for something that should be free, are really serious flaws. In case this extra content is made available for free, I will happily modify my opinion.- GRYOnline.pl

Zero Sum Games has created a worthy addition to the 4X genre. What is more - modders are already creating more and more cool modifications for StarDrive. Ergonomics and gameplay rules should be more user-friendly, but the game itself is far from boring or tiresome. 4X fans will be pleased.- GRYOnline.pl

Tempest Rising is a classic RTS with a campaign, a spiritual successor to Command & Conquer that painstakingly remakes all things we know from the past. It won’t make the publishers want to give us more games like this, but it is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy sky above RTS land. One that will make fans of C&C smile.- GRYOnline.pl

Prototype 2 is a solid game, but I want for it to be the best. Sandbox games tend to keep me entertained for a long time, therefore I like studios that are up for the challenge. Radical Entertainment did their homework - the game has seen a lot of work, but too few good ideas. What really works is the strength of the Prototype itself: it gives the player unique abilities in exchange for some invention.- GRYOnline.pl

This SimCity expansion freshens up the concept of building a metropolis, adds new buildings and solutions, but the game itself is still the same - well known and questionable mechanisms still rule, the building area is too small and some engine errors can irritate all the same. If you've been satisfied with SimCity, you should be happy with this expansion. If you want bigger and more complex changes, you won't find them here.- GRYOnline.pl

Witcher: Monster Slayer is an app with a big potential that still waits to be properly realized. The gameplay is very engaging, but there needs to be a bigger goal - collecting trophies is cool, questing while walking is cool, but the lack of any group activity (raids?) is not cool.- GRYOnline.pl

Gord is an alright game. But that’s it. Nothing more. I had more fun playing this than, say, the new Settlers, but there’s so much unused potential here that a hypothetical sequel could be infinitely more interesting.- GRYOnline.pl

Four years have passed since the debut of SnowRunner and I definitey wanted more from Expeditions. What we got is a quick variation of the previous game that enables you to make everything faster with a mini-game. I'm not feeling this "expedition" - this is a dispencer of missions.- GRYOnline.pl

Even debutants could have done a better job, but still Dreampainters' game is engrossing and does so without much trouble – if you become annoyed by a puzzle and leave the game for a while, soon enough you will find yourself trying again. Anna has a great, scary atmosphere – and there are no cheap jump scares, the game slowly makes you have goosebumps. Unfortunately, there are flaws: occasional lack of logic or a fairly short story.- GRYOnline.pl

The Evil Within is an unoriginal but interesting concept that keeps the player on the edge of his or hers seat and makes the blood flow faster. It's a shame that outdated gameplay mechanics surfaces fairly quickly (and begins to frustrate shortly after). The game is quite easy to be memorized move by move, room by room - and that kills all the horror. The Evil Within is not bad at the survival part, it's quite good as a stealth game and mediocre as a shooter. It has an interesting story and dull characters - all of that can be fun, but I think expectations were much bigger.- GRYOnline.pl

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD turned out quite good. A purely acrade gameplay has aged well and modern looks leave little to be desired. A small amount of content can be painful, but if you haven't had the opportunity to discover this great series – THPS HD makes for a great beginning. In case you are a veteran – this game works like a nostalgic time machine and a couple of minutes is enough to feel like it's 1999.- GRYOnline.pl

I'm a hardcore pokemon fan and it pains me to admit that Pokemon GO is an unfinished product that still requires some work. It's hard to fairly grade such a social phenomenon so soon, especially when it can provide real fun. Walking around your own city, meeting other players and pokemon is really cool but right now Pokemon GO is just a good idea that has not reached its full potential.- GRYOnline.pl

Destiny has an interesting, original idea for an online shooter that is wrapped in some excellent production value but stands on really weak legs. Bungie's game has a potential to be adored by many, but it depends on their tolerance for repetitiveness. In time, all of this will probably be extended and built upon, but right now this is just a dream. I quite like Destiny, but I won't be spending many more hours with this game.- GRYOnline.pl

Just Cause 3 is a good game, but it should be better. The open world is phenomenal, chaotic fun makes you smile and graphics are extremely pretty. Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One is a good game but not in the same league as it's predecessors. I believe it wasn't supposed to be like that but it seems that Insomniac put less effort into it. Perhaps making two big games at the same time is too much for this team?- GRYOnline.pl

Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter is an uneven game. Making Sherlock younger and having him take part in action scenes was a good idea but the execution is poor at best. Still there are some excellent mini-games, interesting investigation and a truly great deduction board. If only the game handled it's characters better it would be glorious. The end result is ok but the potential is far from being fully realized.- GRYOnline.pl

The Solus Project - an interesting space survival adventure - has a truly magnificent, magical, diverse and very interesting world. It's definitely the biggest asset of this game. Sniper Elite V2 is a well-made game that suffers from some flaws. The biggest one: artificial intelligence. It's hard to overlook it's mistakes if they happen almost constantly. But other that that we get a meaty campaign with good co-op and multiplayer modes. Balistics - although a bit limited - gives a lot of satisfaction.- GRYOnline.pl

Battleborn is a complete gaming package - it has 25 interesting characters, tons of things to unlock and cool story-driven missions. It is a pity that it tries too much to be a game for everyone - there's something for fans of single-player games, something for fans of cooperation and something suited online competition. Overwatch focuses on one thing and is well polished, Battleborn more or less fails in every aspect and is only OK, nothing more.- GRYOnline.pl

This free-to-play shooter from Ubisoft looks quite good, when compared to its competitors - Ghost Recon Online has great quality and a fresh, engrossing gameplay that is full of emotions. Unfortunately - good impression is damaged by a lack of polish. The game is imbalanced and clearly favors those choosing to pay, and these things can throw some players off. A few more months of testing would do this game good. In time it will probably be better, but right now it's a bit mediocre.- GRYOnline.pl

For now this add-on can be recommended only to die hard fans of turn based games and people, who are naturally equipped with a high resistance to technical issues. Other players should put their purchase decision on hold until some patches arrive.
