Alice: Madness Returns is a great example of an oldchool 3D platformer that most certainly won't appeal to most fans of fast action games. It's a game kind of from a different age. The only modern thing about it is having to look for hidden items.- GRYOnline.pl

It’s hard to assess an excellent and very engaging game that's also fundamentally flawed with technical and performance issues. Then again, these are easier to eliminate, and probably they will be soon. Or not. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is a 9/10 game for SW fans, but for everyone else, as an experience that's not very comfortable, the score would be considerably lower.- GRYOnline.pl

The Walking Dead: Season 2 - despite being not as brilliant as Season 1 - offers an equally good and moving story. Clementine is now the main character and the developer chose to show her maturing over the course of the game, which was a great decision. The news season is a perfect interactive movie - if a very limited gameplay has put you off before, it most certainly will do it again. Of course, fans of The Walking Dead should definitely play the sequel.- GRYOnline.pl

GTA Online has great, but not fully realized, potential. The developers need to sort out problems with servers and some irritating gameplay issues, and after that we need to be given an expansion with bank robberies. Fortunately the entire online mode for GTA V is going to be updated on a regular basis (from new missions to new clothes and haircuts). And for now - get some friends together and go do lots of seemingly absurd things. The fun is tremendous.- GRYOnline.pl

Resonance is an interesting story almost to the very end. A game that challenges fans of the genre by introducing some new things into the gameplay. It's a modest, pixelated clickfest that will take gamers on a long journey and give them lots of fun. Resonance reminds us that a game is first and foremost a story, a way to deliver something, a form of expression – much like a book, a comic or a movie.- GRYOnline.pl

I don't think it's worth starting Tales of the Shire for the plot alone, or to tick off another item from the Lord of the Rings universe, but it's worth experiencing for its well-constructed atmosphere. It's a great cozy game that makes good use of its source material.- GRYOnline.pl

Quantum Conundrum offers fresh gameplay mechanics that are used to create interesting challenges. The game is constructed in such a way, that looking for solutions for problems is fun and solving them gives a lot of satisfaction. Moreover, the campaign lasts for 5-6 hours what is a rather good accomplishment for a reasonably priced, download only game. There is just one big flaw – lack of overall polish.- GRYOnline.pl

The Surge 2 is a solid game focused on combat - the fighting is superb, enjoyable and never becomes boring. The world is interesting, the technical aspect of the game was done competently (although there are some minor issues), and the level design, which was the most frustrating part of the previous game, was sorted out, too. About the biggest pitfall of the game is that it's a notch too easy for some.- GRYOnline.pl

The new, rebooted Need for Speed looks good on the PC. The game is well prepared on the technical side but I feel as if the super-smooth animation can exist only thanks to sacrificing some sharpness of the things that you see on your screen (and the image quality isn't much better than the one on consoles). If you do not own PS4 or Xbox One, take an interest in this new NFS but switching platforms just for 60 fps isn't worth it.- GRYOnline.pl

Risen 2: Dark Waters is a really well made game regardless of platform. Comfortable controls and a variety of improvements are great advantages of the console version, that unfortunately still suffers from some flaws. The biggest ones are: poor optimalization and some minor setbacks considering picture quality and saving games. But if you try to let them slide and perhaps drown your sorrows in rum, you will recieve a really good game.- GRYOnline.pl

The evolution is noticeable - Jurassic World Evolution 2 is a better game than its predecessor. The Wandering Village is a lovely game with an interesting mechanic of travelling on the back of a giant creature. While its visual style severely restricts the freedom of building, it adds to the mood very well and sets the game apart from “ordinary” builders. The developers had a vision and didn't shy away from realizing it. It's a shame that the campaign is a huge disappointment for me.- GRYOnline.pl

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are no revolutions, nor do they alter the idea behind the originals. They, however, have managed to give me lots of fun. I'm hoping that the sequel will get developed. I hope it's equally pleasant and full of ideas, but more focused. Anno 117 is, as a whole, a fine game that will allow fans of the series to enter a new era and enjoy mechanics that are more complex than those of its predecessor. The soundtrack is great, and the graphics are very pleasing to the eye. However, I feel that Ubisoft has played it a little too safe and lazy. Although I personally love Anno 1800, I didn't necessarily want the new instalment to be so similar to it.- GRYOnline.pl

You should take a look at The Witcher Battle Arena not only because it's a free game. The Witcher MOBA has this illusive "something" that pulls you in and generates lots of fun. Primordia is a nice little s-f game. It's ugly, classic and short, but at the same time intriguing, well thought-out and quite literary. A game that tries to tell something about important things, but does so without being pompous. It's a modest game that has a huge spirit. An adventure game without impressive graphics has to rely on content, smart script, atmosphere and style. Primordia does well in almost all of these things, but definitely is not a breakthrough game.- GRYOnline.pl

The Crew 2 is a whisker away from being a great game. You can spend an entire afternoon just enjoying the cars and driving without a specific purpose, while taking in some of the marvelous views, and it feels really good. Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series is a game build according to rules existing ever since The Walking Dead became a huge success. This six episode story is engrossing, offers lots of emotions and forces the player to make difficult choices but the illusion of non-linearity disappears during replays. And, of course, there is very little interactivity in this "interactive series" but fans of the genre, HBO's TV show and of George R.R. Martin's books should be happy.- GRYOnline.pl

Splitting White March, the Pillars of Eternity expansion, into two parts was a mistake. The final DLC for Borderlands 2 has two faces. One is that of many new things: interesting maps, different from everything we got to know and a variety of completely new, well designed opponents. That's the "good face". The "bad face" is presented by the means of the shortest and most dull single player campaign yet. Learning the story of Kara, Connor and Markus in Detroit: Become Human was a pleasant and engaging affair. I really grew fond of the heroes and I pondered over every decision. Quantic Dream's new game is a really good interactive movie, and the degree of non-linearity is amazing. Midnight is a solid but safe follow-up to the direction set by recent WoW expansions. Blizzard is not trying to revolutionise the game, but instead is developing existing ideas and focusing on greater accessibility. Retribution is worth your time under one condition –you like online shooters, you don't get carried away with emotions and will treat this game as entertainment and not a fierce match to the death. Brink definitely doesn't live up to our high expectations and hopes but it's still a game worth checking out by all shooter fans. Gamers who prefer single player experiences won't find anything for themselves here but online matches are really interesting. Despite all the setbacks, the developers have managed to create a unique game with its own identity that doesn't resemble other popular first person shooters.- GRYOnline.pl

The launch of a brand new Ninja Gaiden game after more than a decade has created great expectations in me, even more so, because this time it was a Platinum Games production. But such a long break could have created an image that is simply unrealistic. The finished product has a great combat system, but making Ryu a guest in his own game is a big problem.- GRYOnline.pl

Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team isn't a game that will be remembered for a long time but as an advertisment it works great. It'a a fairly difficult game that encourages you to try out all 4 avaliable characters and play in co-op mode (but unfortunately only in local network). It's biggest flaws are: it's short and has some ridiculously placed checkpoints. Other than that it'a s pretty solid shooter, developed so we could impatiently wait for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine.- GRYOnline.pl

The Following, a big expansion to Dying Light, is a quite interesting game that will make some fall in love with it, and some will be left with a bad taste in their mouths. The story is more interesting, character development - deeper and driving the buggy is extremely fun. Unfortunately The Following makes parkour almost redundant and changes the unique gameplay model. There are good parts, there are bad parts, but all in all Dying Light looks more like Far Cry than ever before.- GRYOnline.pl

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue isn't impressive in terms of content when compared to others sets but it's a good example of a 3DS game ported to a big console. It will please the fans; everyone else should steer clear - casual gamers won't understand the phenomenon of this Disney/Final Fantasy hybrid.- GRYOnline.pl

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is not simply „Polish Skyrim”. It’s a well crafted RPG that surprises with great atmosphere, interesting story and the developers’ ingenuity when faced with limitations of the technical or budgetary nature.- GRYOnline.pl

The Technomancer is a very pleasant surprise. Studio Spiders has learned a lot from their mistakes and is on the way to joining the best RPG developers in the business. The game proves how big the quality leap is in terms of gameplay mechanic, graphics, atmosphere and storyline. If The Technomancer sells well, the developers will be able to put more effort and money into upcoming games (and that will be good for everybody).- GRYOnline.pl

Frostpunk 2 is different from its predecessor. It too experiments with gameplay and tries to create a thrilling system of making difficult decisions, but the bigger scale of governing an entire region looks a bit unfinished. Great potential to create a giant world was squandered, and the thing that generates the most fun is the political system, not building your city.- GRYOnline.pl

The developers of A Plague Tale managed to create an emotional story seasoned with stealth elements - not very demanding, as the game is really easy. Nevertheless, the title remains a very compelling experience that I finished overnight - which might be the best review I can give. Also - it's insanely pretty.- GRYOnline.pl

Silence is an enchanting tale that will make you cry and laugh with its excellent atmosphere, storyline and graphics. Even though everything looks and feels great, the difficulty level is very low and there are no demanding puzzles. You need to ask yourself what kind of gamer you are and what you find most important.- GRYOnline.pl

Serial Cleaner's highlights are: a terrific 70's atmosphere, an original theme, cool graphics and music. However, when you take a closer look, it turns out to be not original enough - it's simply a well made game with some issues that don't spoil all the fun. Fans of not-so-obvious stealth games should be pleased.- GRYOnline.pl

The newest add-on, unlike its predecessors, introduces new things in a well balanced way throughout the entire game. New emotions, new needs, new opportunities don't pile up on the gamer. On one hand it's a good thing that we don't get everything at once – exploring the game takes some time. But on the other hand some people might not like the fact, that it's all scattered… But that's not the purpose of Generations.- GRYOnline.pl

Adventure and survival parts of The Alters were reduced to a minimum, so that the story, choices and interactions with alters could serve as the main course. Unfortunately this particular meal left me feeling hungry, but that is due to my personal preferences. If you want something new and fresh among games that make you manage a base with a little exploration, and a little survival, The Alters looks bold and original.- GRYOnline.pl

Resident Evil 6 is a game full of opposites. On one hand there is an interesting story, on the other - it has lots of cringe-worthy moments. There are excellent boss fights and clever puzzles, but there are some really boring and repetitive shooting levels as well. I don't regret over 30 hours (RE6 is long!) spent playing this game, I can't recommend it to everyone. But all in all Resident Evil 6 is a good game and deserves a chance.- GRYOnline.pl

The developers should be yelled at for giving us an Early Access game disguised as a full release, but their fans are used to it. I have no doubt that, over time, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will get new content, fixed bugs and an overall boost in quality.- GRYOnline.pl

Bloober Team definitely know their onions. Blair Witch introduces some minor tweaks to a tried and well-known formula, but there's no trace of true revolution. This horror is fun and scary, but there's also much room for improvement. It's a solid game that makes the future really exciting for the team and their fans.- GRYOnline.pl

Biomutant gives you a chance to experience a unique adventure but only if you'll turn a blind eye to some flaws. The pretty, original, and very colorful world with a great artistic style is paired with not-so-pretty gameplay solutions and a handful of technical problems.- GRYOnline.pl

I can recommend this add-on to everyone, especially the ones who have finished the game and would like to spend more time in Albion. It is a pity though, that the decision making mechanic isn't extended – the developers kept what was in the original game.- GRYOnline.pl

A prettier, more interesting and better-made almost-sequel. The developers have taken many critical opinions into consideration and the result is this: many of the flaws of the original game are now a thing of the past. I had a good time, but all in all there are too few new things and revolutionary changes to consider giving a higher grade. If this had been the game released almost 2 years ago, the overall impression would have been better.- GRYOnline.pl

Yooka-Laylee doesn't try to reinvent the wheel. It's an extremely classic 3D platformer yanked out from the Nintendo 64 glory days and as such it doesn't quite fit into today's standards. But it's not a bad game - despite an old soul, Yooka-Laylee can provide lots and lots of fun.- GRYOnline.pl

The console version of Torchlight seems to be a very well made game – as long as you don't expect a deep, nonlinear story and tactical challenges during fights. You get what is best on Xbox: comfortable controls, cool graphics and the opportunity to gain achievements and awards for your avatar. Unfortunately, one element that grants a long life to similar games is missing – lack of multiplayer is Torchlight's biggest flaw.- GRYOnline.pl

The Bard's Tale IV isn't a game for everyone. Brian Fargo's new production is very old-school, but not archaic or outdated. It respects its heritage and the genre's rules. Still, the fans of modern RPGs could be unimpressed if they don't keep their expectations in check.- GRYOnline.pl

Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream has all the charm of the original Tomodachi Life. Thanks to the quality-of-life improvements and creative tools introduced, we have more control over our island than ever before. Unfortunately, the game also takes quite a few steps backwards, preventing it from reaching the full potential of the franchise. Although it left me slightly disappointed in places, the expansion of the core mechanics ultimately still makes it a better game than the original.- GRYOnline.pl

The new version of famous Worms isn't as original as it's great predecessors from more than a decade ago. Fortunately it's still a good game that shows its full potential during multiplayer matches. Single player isn't as exciting, but neither this, nor mediocre graphics change the fact, that playing Worms is fun. Revolution introduces some well thought out innovations, but that's no true revolution.- GRYOnline.pl

Far Cry 5 is a baffling case - some things have been greatly improved, but numerous elements feel neglected. This gargantuan, exciting sandbox packed with activities provides lots of satisfaction, but it's hard not to feel like the developers have missed a good opportunity to make some statement with the game - both the plot and the campaign itself feel undercooked. It's most definitely not a bad game, but it would be nice to finally redefine madness and make something better than the excellent Far Cry 3.- GRYOnline.pl

Ninja Gaiden Master Collection is a nice, chunky package full of satisfying and very difficult gameplay that the new generation of gamers ought to know. While the remaster brings 4K60 gameplay, it's hard to deny that some corners were cut, and that a lot more could have been done in terms of revamping this classic.- GRYOnline.pl

Lords of the Fallen has an intriguing idea for itself and as a result is simply a good game. The developers have borrowed Dark Souls' essence and modified it for a regular gamer. The game is smaller but more "to the point". Well thought-out but plagued with minor issues. Fortunately, most of them could easily be fixed, and all other flaws do not influence the fun.- GRYOnline.pl
