Developer Respawn builds a Star Wars adventure that constantly reminds me why I fell in love with the Skywalker saga as a child. Fallen Order is a love letter to the classic trilogy, respects the clone wars, and shows me the dark era of the Empire like no other Star Wars story before.- GameStar

Mechanics like the Dragonguard crossbow are a first step in the right direction, but are altogether too seldom used to be really positive. In the long run, the virtues of the game eventually fade away from the uniformity of the scaffolding - and that's just a shame given many good elements.- GameStar

Lonely Mountains: Downhill reminds me of many favorite games from my childhood. Not because it's a game with retro flair, but because it explains what was then due to the technical limits, a virtue - to pour with simple means and no frills a good idea in a fun gameplay.- GameStar

A bit more polish and above all, more time for the fine adjustment in the action passages Pine would have done well and may even make it an indie surprise hit. So it's rather something for fans of interesting thought experiments.- GameStar

For me, it's still not the best Trine, but rather a kind of dignified Déjà vu, a mission CD (who knows that yet?) To earlier parts, a nice reunion without surprises. As meaningful as it may be, the step back in this case also means that you end up back where you were eight years ago.- GameStar

The high random factor in the absolutely necessary restarts in each level, the somewhat too high degree of difficulty for my taste and the associated frustration factor makes from John Wick Hex not a bad, but also not a recommended game.- GameStar

What I absolutely do not think is right: to sell a half-cooked game as a "finished" product - with less content than six years ago! Because so leaves the completely surprising release of Cube World a more than bland connotation.- GameStar

I can only laugh about the casino games because they are so absurd and ridiculous. This kind of thing just does not belong in a serious sports simulation and always distracts me from the actual game, because I want to throw baskets in NBA and not spin lucky wheels. Without casino and VC, NBA 2K would be a much better game.- GameStar

I am disappointed by Control at a high level. In the beginning, the many mysteries and thus my curiosity pulls me through the game, but after a few hours disillusionment is spreading. It may be due to the charming look and the likeable DIY approach of the hobby astronauts of Holzkamin, but Outer Wilds reminds me in the best sense (probably idealized) childhood experiences: the feeling of discovering something new at a ramble, finally on the top of the tallest tree Climbing in the woods or just getting to know something new that enhances your own horizons - I have that feeling in every corner of Outer Wilds.- GameStar

World War Z is a third-person mix of Left 4 Dead and Killing Floor 2 with the biggest enemy hordes I've ever seen in a game. You should know exactly what kind of player you are. If you're like me, Sekiro could be your match of the year for 2019. But you have to be ready to hit your head against the wall in a dead end until the brick wall breaks. Not everyone has such a thick skull. I understand. In that case, you might want to consume Dark Souls as a lighter starter snack. Never thought that I would ever write that.- GameStar
