It’s great to have so much in one game, but in the end you’ll play "Burnout 2" if you want to race and "Soul Calibur 2" if you want to fight, not True Crime.- GameCube Europe

It’s an RPG with battles! What more do you want? But it does have its down points, one of them being a high level of frustration endured in some places and don’t forget there being no mini games.- GameCube Europe

Lifespan is the main issue here, as everything else is in place. It took me a week to finish Race and Showoff mode with one character. There is loads left, though, so the potential for a long lasting game is there, it just really depends on whether or not you want to go through it all again and again.- GameCube Europe

Best served with 3 mates and a cold beer, great fun and easy to pick up. Only down side is it’s not the ‘No Mercy’ many of us had hoped for, and it’s already out of date which cant really be helped with such a dismal ‘create a wrestler’ mode.- GameCube Europe

There are a few annoyances like bridges you can fall off a little too easily, the AI that's quite clumsy in places and the fact that it does get repetitive in the end. It doesn’t look as hot as the Cube-exclusive Resident Evils but you get used to the visuals pretty quickly.
