Right now, there’s way too little here to recommend a full-price purchase to anyone. Die-hards should only buy it when it hits the $20-30 range, and everyone else will likely be satiated by a rental. What’s here is done quite well, but there just isn’t enough of it.- Game Over Online

The story is weak, the puzzles are weak, and while the graphics are nice, they pale in comparison to some other adventures on the market, like "Schizm" and "Syberia."- Game Over Online

A limited seasonal play, shoddy AI and an inaccurate shooting mechanic has NBA riding the pine instead of charging the court. Definitely for the fanatical B-Ball player only.- Game Over Online

For those who already know what they are doing and what all the weird numbers signify this might be a ripping good time. Those who may be younger in age or looking for some sort of PS2 equivalent to MechAssault are going to be sorely disappointed.- Game Over Online

It's not deep enough. For starters, there isn't enough depth in the turn-based strategy portion.- Game Over Online

Hunted could really have used another couple of passes just to tighten things up, but what's here is perfectly playable. There are a lot of puzzles and secrets, multiple endings, a design-your-own-dungeon mode, and two different playable characters who fight in entirely different ways. This isn't a bad game, but it's one that could be vastly improved.- Game Over Online

The concept of the game itself (and of the series) is a decent one that’s hampered by a lot of AI and gameplay issues. What’s more, the inclusion of stealth play that is weakly implemented compared to other titles further sheds light on the problems of Black Monday.- Game Over Online

No matter what speed they're at or what font is used, the thrill of destroying cities remains intact, and that's something this series does better than any other.- Game Over Online

Boogie works best as a party game, if you really get into it, but with a $60 price tag, there's just not enough for me to recommend this song and dance number.- Game Over Online

The disappointing part of Armageddon is its length and its lack of variety. You won't get too much playing time to see the visuals and there is no compelling reason, apart from aesthetic appreciation, to revisit some of the locales.- Game Over Online

It’s not a completely horrible game, but it’s a pretty niche market one, so I don’t see the majority of the readers out there enjoying it.- Game Over Online

SVC Chaos also boasts some screwed-up character balance, where four characters--Geese, Zero, Iori, and Chun-Li--can pretty much own the rest of the cast for free, and the single worst case of the infamous SNK Boss Syndrome that I've ever seen.- Game Over Online

Squinch your eyes shut during the movies and click blindly through the dialog segments as quickly as possible, learn to micromanage combat at a high rate of speed, and there is a game mixed in there that is both unique and enjoyable.- Game Over Online

I didn’t love it or hate it, and it seems to be a pretty representative example of what the adventure game genre has become -- a bunch of middling games that spend way more time on their graphics than they do in creating anything memorable or innovative.- Game Over Online

It’s more confusing and frustrating than fun, and since there’s almost no dialogue or story, there isn’t anybody to root for (or against) or care about. As a result, the game was a fairly boring slog through repetitive puzzles, and I was actually happy that it was so short.- Game Over Online

Perhaps the most interesting addition in Tomb Raider: Chronicles is the level editor. With it, you can now create your own missions and scenarios to pass along to your friends in the mod community, but before you get excited, it should be known that this is one complicated tool.- Game Over Online

All in all, Sumioni is a very good game, but one hurt by its limited scope. It allows you to do a nice variety of things with the touch screen, and even made great use of the back panel, but its strict formula gets old pretty quickly. Its $20 price tag feels a tad steep given that, but most of what's offered is done really well, so I think you'll get your money's worth out of it if you like hack and slash games with some platforming and even a touch of bullet hell shooter gameplay thrown in.- Game Over Online

There’s no reason at all to play it alone, but if you can round up a consistent crew to run through the game together, it’s well worth the price of admission.- Game Over Online

I think the game would have worked better if the developers had stayed with the appropriate technology, and if they had allowed players to deal more with the machinery of the Nautilus rather than forcing them to construct bombs (twice) and outwit a deranged computer (numerous times).- Game Over Online

Camera angles during gameplay, particularly those when Tanner is on foot, are horrible for lack of a better term. It’s possible to get the camera stuck in walls or other cars, blocking any view of onscreen action.- Game Over Online

An excellent game for about 20 hours, with open-ended gameplay, a good balance between combat and quests, and an opportunity for real role-playing. But then the next 20 hours feature a long linear march of boring, repetitive and slow combat, culminating in one of the worst endings I've ever seen.- Game Over Online
