If I had to sum up The Devil’s Cartel in a few words, I’d say it’s all style and no substance. Whereas its predecessors at least tried to be mildly entertaining, this entry has no problem tossing waves of faceless goons at you until you either mow them all down and proceed to the next level or give up and play something else. With this game, I recommend choosing the latter.

And so The Lord of the Rings: Conquest is a disappointing outing.

I'm really surprised how poorly Ghost Recon 2 for the GameCube turned out. Uninspiring level design, terrible squad AI and a lack of multiplayer support all contribute to a frustrating and ultimately dull gaming experience.

Even less, those hunters who have already experienced Carnivores won't see any weapons they haven't before, leaving only the animals and locales as new additions. This lack of new content will have Carnivores fans scratching their heads.

Omerta is the sort of game where if you want to play it at all, you should wait for it to drop well below the $40 price where it is now.

The Game is the best twenty-dollar game you will ever pay sixty dollars for, and in this case you can rest assured that there really isn’t any “more than meets the eye.”

Overall, I didn't particularly enjoy the first episode of Law & Order: Legacies. I tried for a while to get a perfect score, so I kept replaying conversations until I got them right, but even so the episode only took me about two hours to complete, and the case wasn't exactly fascinating. Worse, the graphics are a little too much on the cartoony side, which works better for funny adventures than it does for serious games, and the voice actors all had a tough time impersonating the characters from the show (although otherwise they performed their lines well enough).

The plot is silly, the world is drab (not to mention being stuck in a 640x480 resolution), and the puzzles are too difficult to be any fun.

Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 is an improvement on the original that offers some fun gameplay elements unique to this sequel. While those new to the series might pass it over, it's still a fun game that is both charming and enjoyable. It is not necessary to be familiar with the original game as mk2 will quickly bring you up to speed on the unfolding events. Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 is highly recommended for fans of the original and for RPG fans looking for an engaging, humorous and one-of-a-kind experience.

Some graphical flaws, musical issues, and lightly overbalanced play cast a shadow on the game. However, if you can overlook these issues, you’ll find a good title to sustain you throughout this season.

If a download code for this game came in the form of a sticker at the bottom of your brand new Mr. Spock glass you paid three dollars for at Burger King, it would be an easy recommendation for a thirty-minute whirl on your Xbox. Since it actually costs the “Microsoft Points” equivalent of ten of your hard-earned dollars it can only be recommended that you take that cash down to Burger King and get yourself a #11 combo… with a Star Trek glass.

A Game of Throne: Genesis does nothing particularly well. It's a fairly boring board game at the start of each round, and by the end, it's just plain awful.

A very disappointing one. If you want to get the most out of it, buy it for the new puzzles and not the story mode.

X-Men: The Official Game isn't a terrible game, but it's not any good, either. It managed to dip down below mediocre and into the realm of "Why bother?" It's short, uninteresting, and probably won't keep your attention based solely on the fighting, either. It's an odd mishmash that just doesn't work out the way it was supposed to.

Just a bad game, so bad that while I was playing it I kept wondering if I was wasting my time, and finally decided I was about halfway through. I also ran into a boss that I had no idea how to kill, and it made my decision easier.

It looks great and promising but in the end, it's like the ten-minute sequence we saw in the film - merely a glimpse of what could be done.

While Operation Spy has moments of enjoyable gameplay, it's hampered significantly by repetitive game mechanics found in previous EyeToy titles and a lack of depth to the story premise.

If you’re looking for the worthy successor to Konami’s venerated "Double Dribble," NBA Starting Five isn’t a worthy heir. It really isn’t even a bastard child.

A good-looking game that should've focused on one thing above all others. It might've been a good four-player arena combat game; it could've done all right as a mission-based beat-'em-up; and it's just barely possible that this might've worked as a 3D platformer starring Marvel's characters. As a game that tries to be all of those things at once, it's about as fun as gargling mayonnaise.

187 is one of those titles that you wish went in one of two separate directions: either it focused on the storyline and made an urban crime story, or they made a combat racer with a different theme. As it stands now, neither premise works in this title, and the game really isn’t that engaging.

The idea of two teams of humans fighting it out in the middle of a zombie outbreak is pretty solid, and it's worth exploring further in another game. Operation Raccoon City is more frustrating than fun, though, with one class dominating the others and a lot of seriously questionable choices marring the co-op campaign. It's easy to imagine a theoretical ORC2 being a great game, both offline and on, but this isn't it.
