There are a million offices to search, but 99% of them are locked and, super spy that I am, simple office locks are beyond me. Fortunately everything I’m looking for has been left in unlocked offices, or offices to which I find conveniently discarded keys, or, worst comes to worst, offices with a window that I can break and climb through.

All glittery golden on the outside, soulless, sucking void on the inside... The thought of a trilogy of games this bad is really and truly mind-boggling.

The game's players look great but don't play great. The lack of follow through in so many departments should urge buyers to look elsewhere for a game of tennis.

I had been hoping (and kind of expecting from the trailer) for a sort of Arkham City combat structure in the form of a more classical RPG. This is not that game. The melee combat engine, while interesting, doesn’t actually balance well, and it results in combat that feels ridiculous and clunky where Arkham was fluid and dynamic.

And so it’s difficult to recommend The Spiderwick Chronicles. It’s not an awful game, but it’s nowhere near a good game either.

And so, overall, Face Noir isn’t a game I’d recommend. I don’t really like dumping on the debut effort of a new developer, but there just aren’t many positives to work with here.

Without a linear storyline to back it up, Share the Pain brings a limited amount of its humor to the multiplayer world.

What could have been a great game is hampered by a frustrating control scheme and rather bland design. FPS fans are better off waiting to see if anything else comes down the pipe that will sate their bloodlust.

One of these days, Hudson's going to get its act just a little more thoroughly together, and a Bloody Roar game is going to be the sleeper hit of some future year. That year's not now, though, and Bloody Roar 4 is only decent.

If Capcom's aim was to create a simple turn-based strategy title in the vein of the original Defender of the Crown, it succeeded. There's no doubt about that.

One would think that racing against others online would be the best part of this game. Unfortunately, the online mode is subpar and barely playable.

The concept of taking on the LA streets to get your property back or restore your good name could've really gone a long way, but the spotty race mechanics, the absurd amount of traffic and a number of useless or nonsensical features makes L.A. Rush really run out of gas.

It's not a lot of fun to play, and it's not even enjoyable to sit and watch. But if the concept of the game sounds intriguing, and if you don't mind old-style 2D graphics, then I'd suggest you try out "Railroad Tycoon II" instead.

This game could be improved 3000% just by allowing me to skip stages I've already completed when I start a new game. As it stands, the later stages are fun, but not worth the tedium of the earlier stages to get there.

Overall Rainbow Six: Lockdown isn’t a bad game. I was just disappointed considering all the hype and the past record of excellent games in this series.

There is an initial rush and glimpse of Tolkien's novel in the early going. The ensuing action lacks punch and never arcs to a point to make any of the combat substantial.

Simplistic gameplay aside, the game is honestly funny when it’s not being too lowbrow. Well, even when it’s lowbrow there are still quite a few amusing moments.

Crystal Key 2’s story is a snooze, the graphics aren’t fun to look at, and the puzzles are sort of annoying.

I really liked the look, the atmosphere, and the story behind Murdered: Soul Suspect, but I really hated the interface and the game elements.

Ιncluding Doom and Doom II, the remastered version of Doom III is a very good opportunity mostly for home console gamers to see what the forefathers of the FPS genre is all about, although stiff competition and natural evolution of the genre may put off a large chunk of modern day gamers.

Alpha Prime takes a little from each game but has a hard time carving out its own identity.

It’s simply not that fun to play, and is not what gamers should expect from a next-gen title.

The gameplay is more than a little unforgiving, there are a handful of speed-decreasing roadblocks in the game’s physics, and Riding Spirits won’t be winning any awards in the graphics department either.

Technically correct but uninspired, unbalanced, and lacking in some production values.

No better than the sum of its parts. The real-time strategy mode recycles ideas from Warcraft II and the role-playing levels do the same, only with Diablo. The potential for success is certainly present, but a number of issues arise throughout the game, among them a lack of a save game feature.

Above all, I’m surprised that even on the drawing board someone thought Anthem looked like a good game.
