Cloudbuilt is a simple, fast and fun platform that features nice cel shaded graphics and a lot of complex levels to explore. Unfortunately, the controls are so hard that they partially ruin the game experience.

Sucker Punch has added a couple of interesting elements to the inFAMOUS formula, creating a satisfying mix of action and exploration. The karma system adds replayability value with many hours of new content. inFAMOUS: Second Son is a solid game with awesome graphics, poor AI and a good gameplay. If you have a PS4 you should buy it with no regrets.

Almost ten years have passed, but Resident Evil 4 is still one of the most compelling, thrilling and genuinely scary titles of all time. This HD rendition doesn't do miracles graphics wise, and isn't 100% free from small technical issues and hiccups either, but it is definitely worth the price tag for both hardcore fans of the series and for newcomers.

The high tendency of the AI to crash makes it difficult to organize races and championships in singleplayer: the multiplayer could save the day, but the community seems to be too small to guarantee populated servers for Americans and Europeans at every hour of day and night.

Point and click games most of time aren’t welcome on consoles and Adam’s Chronicles follows this rule. Boring and not so optimized, it’s a missed opportunity.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is a step backward for both MercurySteam and Konami. The previous game was a nice reboot, but with this second chapter the developers have ruined a good gameplay with poor stealth segments, a boring set of modern stages and bad designed boss fights (Pan's brother!). The nice combat along with a good enhancing system are still enough to let the game reach a 70/100 score.

Garden Warfare is a funny spin-off of the iOS gaming success. The main concern about the game is that you can only play three modes. We would have appreciated at least a capture the flag.

Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd You Steal Our Garbage?! is not only the game with the longest title we’ve ever reviewed, but it is also an enjoyable adventure/RPG.

The Castle Doctrine falls in its own peculiar category. It can be astonishingly punishing and difficult to get a grip at, but if competition and mental challenge are your cup of tea, you will be able to reap great rewards from it.

Speedball 2 HD has a lot of minor quirks that could be forgiven if only the game had some multiplayer mode to make it up for them. As it is, this remake is not better than the original in any way.

The PlayStation 4 porting of Outlast has nothing to envy to the PC version: graphics, immersion and controls are the same we’ve already seen last September, and now we can’t wait to play the DLC-prequel coming later this year.

Toukiden is a very good Monster Hunter clone, with a better story and a streamlined combat system. If you don't have a Nintendo console but you want to go hunting monsters with some friends, Toukiden is the game for you.

Maybe it is only a transition episode, but after Smoke and Mirrors you are going to love Bigby and Fabletown. It wasn't a simple task, and we will see the consequences in the near future. The writers could use this empathy in the next chapters to bond the gamers for the rest of the season.

Operation Broken Eagle does not propose any new development on the gameplay if not for the fact that the main character can count on a vast arsenal of firearms. Plot is fairly linear and flat, and the first DLC for Dead Rising 3 adds too little to the original game. And the longevity is quite low, with only 3-4 hours to complete the campaign.

A rather plain RPG, not particularly bad nor good, that doesn't make the most of an interesting premise. Coming from Daedalic, it also surprisingly lacks visual appeal.

The European version of Dragon Nest is far from perfect, but It’s really entertaining if you’re looking for a simple and fun MMO experience.

The steep learning curve hides a well-crafted FPS, best suited for those who like tactics and real teamwork more than fragfests.

Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z's combat system isn't as deep as the one from the previous Dragon Ball games. The lack of combos and variety is a huge issue for these kind of games, but the new class system is an interesting idea. If you love Dragon Ball you should look for the previous titles based on the popular Toriyama's masterpiece.

Tiny Barbarian DX is outrageously “old style”, not just in its graphics but in its design and gameplay too. Extremely simple yet fairly challenging, it brings back fond memories of playing games like Rygar and Rastan – but if you haven't played those old classics back in the day (or are immune to the nostalgia effect), then there isn't much on offer for you here.

Dr. Luigi for the series is more a step backward than a leap forward. No four players modes, two game modes too simple and some issues in the online connectivity, are not a good business card for a game that asks 15 euros to be bought. Not the right prescription for Wii U's illness.

OlliOlli is another great indie title for the PlayStation Vita. Even if controls are quite hard to master, the slick gameplay and the great soundtrack make this new production from Roll7 a must-have for every Vita owner.

The real problem is that Spellforce 2: Demons of the Past is a 2006 game. Both graphics and user interface are aged and only few people could remember the plot of Shadow Wars. Despite this, the core gameplay is solid and the mash-up between RTS and RPG is a lot of fun. Maybe SpellForce 3 will be a game that anyone will have to play, unfortunately Demons of the Past is for hardcore fans only.

Broken Sword 5 could be a nice dip in the past, but the puzzles are too easy to solve and the story waits long before due time to get interesting. There’s the second episode to hope in but perhaps, as in the case of the relationship between Nico and George, letting go of the past could really be for the best.

The narration is excellent and the presentation very charming, but the puzzles are not even moderately challenging. A good adventure, just not the masterpiece everyone was waiting for.

Joe Danger Infinity is a funny game, but is also too similar to the previous Joe Danger game on iOS. The new levels and the various vehicles are not enough to stop us from calling it the classic “more of the same”. Anyway, it’s a very nice “same”.

Assassin's Creed III: Liberation was a good game for PlayStation Vita. The developers did a great job adapting the original gameplay to the portable nature of the Sony's console. If played on a TV, the game loses its original virtues, turning it into a boring experience.

Archangel is a good Hack & Slash for mobile devices that maybe will not be a milestone in its genre but will offer hours of fun for those looking for some action on their mobile devices.

Don't Starve flies too low to take advantage of all that's good in its gameplay, but is a good game anyway, recommended to all those looking for a challenge despite a depressed world and the lack of a true goal.

Wii Karaoke U is a classic karaoke game with a couple of interesting twists. The subscription model is pretty much the same of services such as Xbox LIVE Gold, and the huge track list is a good way to let every kind of player to enjoy the app.

The cast is plausible and the art is nothing short of exceptional, and everything is molded in a coherent, fascinating experience. A great result from Stoic that puts some brilliant out-of-the-box thinking and sheer creativity to good use.

The superiority of the PC hardware compared to old-gen consoles allow Revengeance combat system to shine, making it an excellent surrogate for Vanquish and Bayonetta on this platform.

Taking plenty of inspiration from the likes of Terraria and Spelunky, SteamWorld Dig is nonetheless an enjoyable and very fun indie game, for those who never get tired of digging up the mysteries of the underground.

Knytt Underground isn’t a game for everyone. It is rich and fascinating in its own way, but the convoluted plot and the simple mechanics will surely discourage those players looking for a more canonical experience.

Clever design, brilliant gameplay, well-balanced difficulty and unique visual style: Teslagrad is an excellent action-platformer that fans of the genre shouldn't miss.

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is a nice, entertaining and clever platform puzzler. The developers at Press Play have done a great job creating a fun experience with a bunch of cool mechanics and solid game and level designs. If you're looking for something both classic and different to play with on your Xbox One, this is the perfect game for you.

As a golf experience, Wii Sports Club offers one of the most satisfying gameplay to date, thanks to the clever use of the GamePad and the precision of Wii Motion Plus controller. But it's no more the game you can pick and play to have fun with your friends and family, losing all the casual appeal that Wii Sports series had.

Halo Spartan Assault is not the best debut for the Halo Series on Xbox One. Its mobile roots don't fit the console market, and the lack of any cooperative mode for the story, a flat level design and a linear gameplay, can't enthuse everyone. Halo fans anyway will enjoy the deep link with the series while waiting for the next major episode.

Always a classic, Minecraft is as fascinating as ever on PS3 although limited in comparison to the PC version.

One Piece Romance Dawn is a simple porting of the original JRPG developed for PSP long time ago. Nothing has been done in order to enhance the original experience, which is still as dull as ever. The Italian translation is good news, but that's simply not enough.

AVGN Adventures is a great platform, hard to play but funny, designed for the fans of the show and for those who love real challenges in videogames.

Adéwalé fights like a character from Django Unchained and the setting is still too good to refuse it, but Freedom Cry is another part of Black Flag that makes us want a game just about pirates, slavery and Caribbeans, without having anything to deal with Assassins and Templars. Please Ubisoft, do it!

FX Futbal 2.0 (FX Calcio 2.0 in Italy) is a great improvement for the brand, but it's still not perfect. It's game engine is too raw to sustain a deep football manager experience. Nonetheless casual gamers could love the game for its brilliant design and its fluid gameplay.

China Rising is a competent DLC for Battlefield 4, but we were expecting more from DICE than a normal compilation of four scenarios that we could have played in Battlefield 3 and Bad Company 2. No Levolution, no party!

Zen Pinball 2 for PlayStation 4 is a solid pinball game like the PS3 and Vita versions, but unfortunately there’s a small delay with flippers and DualShock 4 controls. Owners of PS3/Vita versions can automatically download tables purchased in the past at no extra cost, which is nice since Pinball Arcade doesn’t allow you to do that.
