    Titanfall is a ridiculous amount of fun. Maybe it’ll be surpassed, but right now it’s the best game on Xbox One and one of the best multiplayer shooters ever.

    We feel like this is next-gen gameplay. Titanfall proves that there's still room for innovation in shooting games, and we've had a blast playing it. It could have had next-gen visuals, though, and then it would have been the bomb.

    It's exactly the game we all wanted it to be. As long as the Azure server infrastructure can keep up with demand, Respawn's idea will continue to work perfectly. Pilot v. Pilot, Pilot v. Titan, Titan v. Titan. All of the possible gameplay scenarios are compelling, fair, and fun.

    Titanfall is a great start to an exciting new franchise. Sure, campaign multiplayer is a disappointment and I wish there was a little more meat on the bones in terms of game modes and pilot and titan types, among other things – but the gameplay is outstanding.

    For a multiplayer-only game, Titanfall should have some amazing options and ways to play. But it doesn’t. It has a very healthy number of maps (15), but the lack of interesting new modes will make you feel shortchanged for not getting a single-player campaign. Hell, even shooters like Halo 2 from two console generations ago offer more in the multiplayer-options department...But what is there is so incredible.

    If you want something more from your video games or if you want to be transported to another dimension to learn the true role of an intergalactic soldier, you should probably hit the books. If Titanfall is representative of man’s aspirations, we’re going no where fast.

    Oh my God! This game is insane. It's really, really, really good! I can't believe in it. I was waiting for a FPS game like this. So manyOh my God! This game is insane. It's really, really, really good! I can't believe in it. I was waiting for a FPS game like this. So many options to combat. And the joystick atualization that they did really make the FPS console game easier than before. You don't even miss the mouse. I recommend for all of you. So excited. There is just one problem, I can't stop playing...and I have to sleep/work/study.… Expand

It has a game balance that even though you're not a good FPS player you can still compete well by using some sneaky tactics and/or movements.     This is an updated review written well and truly after the game release, for starters I want to say that this is the most well balanced andThis is an updated review written well and truly after the game release, for starters I want to say that this is the most well balanced and enjoyable online multiplayer shooter I have ever played, there were a number of ways and tactics to employ throughout this game and one of the best aspects was that it obliterated camping, this is a game where to be any good you need to be able to play. Despite my praise the problem here is that it is only multiplayer only and with the player base having moved on to new things there is only one game mode still accessible and the people who still player generally fall into two categories new and testing it out or veterans who will leave you endlessly frustrated. The game is so cheap now that it may be worthwhile picking up and giving a run but the level of enjoyment is no longer there with the limitations of a shifting multiplayer market.… Expand

It is a only online game which I can understand will put some people off. The parkour ability in this game is generally well implemented, but due to being first person you naturally and occasionally lose your bearings. despite having a apparent resolution of 792p the graphics are generally well done and are fantastically detailed and full of colour. the mech controls feel great to boot and are really responsive, and the amount of things you can do in this game is pretty mind blowing. the guns are fun to use, accurate and look cool as well. you level up as with many games nowadays and you acquire perks/abilities through newly unlocked levels. The only few gripes I have with this game is as many know there is no single player/co-op, when you are in the lobby if the majority of players there are several missions behind yourself, the game will replay a story mission you have already completed, which for me got extremely tedious because I had to replay "there be dragons" chapter 3 times over. And with only a few hours under my belt it has already become quite stagnant and repetitive. Being that there is no single player campaign, there is also no persuasion, storyline, lore, characters, or compelling element to make you play for longer. Not a bad game but not a great one either.… Expand
