Directive 8020 isn’t a bad game, but it feels slow and repetitive. The universe is interesting, the atmosphere often works really well, and some sequences are genuinely effective, but I wish the game was more dynamic, more tense, and above all, scarier. It’s a survival horror experience that still lacks the polish and mastery needed to become a true standout in the genre.

Saros offers an intense and highly addictive experience. Its world is impressive, its gameplay is exhilarating and the constant progression finally reduces frustration with each run. Furthermore, it boasts a well-told story, arguably more in-depth than Returnal's, which was already very well narrated. However, it's not without its flaws! Some bosses are less memorable than others, and some biomes are clearly less inspired than others... but it remains a brutal and extremely rewarding game.

Pragmata is a fantastic game with a beautifully crafted world! It offers unique gameplay, with a duality that might surprise some but works incredibly well once you get the hang of the hacking/shooting system. The combat is fast-paced and frenetic, and even if the loop is repetitive, it's genuinely enjoyable, especially since the two main characters are endearing and you'll want to see this adventure through to the end with them. Another great idea from Capcom.

A beautiful and deeply respectful remake of a Japanese horror classic, Fatal Frame 2 Crimson Butterfly Remake preserves the haunting atmosphere, tragic story, and unique Camera Obscura gameplay that made the original so memorable !Its many smart additions enrich exploration and combat, even if some longer encounters make the formula feel slightly more repetitive than before. REANIMAL feels like a natural, brilliant evolution of the Tarsier formula: more mature, more surprising, more layered, with co-op that’s genuinely well thought-out and an atmosphere that gets under your skin. A gorgeous nightmare, unsettling… and brutally effective, even if there’s that slight “been there, done that” vibe that’s starting to weigh on it. Has Tarsier maybe reached the end of what this recipe can offer?

Crisol: Theater of Idols has real personality. Its art direction and atmosphere land, and its core mechanic creates near-constant tension. When it focuses on exploration and puzzles, it shines, but it stumbles with overly long chases, repeated spaces, and a few technical or feel issues. Even so, it’s a strong pick for fans of systems-driven survival horror and exploration, if you can accept some padding and imperfections.

With Black Ops 7, Treyarch isn’t trying to revolutionize the series, it’s trying to master it, to make it more coherent and more generous. An intense, horror-tinged campaign, an ambitious and timely End Game, a sharper and richer multiplayer, and a Zombies mode that remains truly monumental, the formula is complete and effective. With its hybrid perks, consistently modernized gameplay, and unified progression system, Treyarch delivers a dense, coherent entry that feels perfectly tuned for 2025. A modern, fast-paced, intelligent Call of Duty, faithful to its heritage… yet clearly looking toward the future.

Techland proves once again that they're doing a great job, and this standalone, which could almost be called Dying Light 3, does the saga proud. It's just a shame that the difficulty ruins the fun a bit at times... But in the end? The best Dying Light to date. A real beast.

Supermassive's title offers a unique and gloomy atmosphere! We appreciate the general intention, in line with the previous opus, with grotesque creatures and a fascinating overall aesthetic where we will face well-thought-out puzzles. Whether visual or in terms of sound design, we are tense from beginning to end and the universe is neat. It's a shame that the solo offers too much ease, the AI of the second character often spontaneously doing all the work and that the overall is undoubtedly too similar to the first two games in the series. Little Nightmares 3 remains, however, a good game and we have a very good (and horrible) time there.

Ghost of Yotei is an excellent game, worthy of its predecessor, it even surpasses it in its writing! The character of Atsu is formidable and this young woman, touching and strong at the same time, draws us into her vendetta, in the heart of a Japan of crazy elegance. The universe created by Sucker Punch offers a violent and poetic vision, between bloody fights with devilishly effective gameplay and charming traditions... A subtle blend for a sumptuous journey, at the foot of Mount Yotei. The formula does not revolutionize anything but it goes further than that of Ghost of Tsushima and that gives something sublime.

Silent Hill F is a very good Survival Horror and it carries within it the DNA of Silent Hill even if it takes us elsewhere, in this Japan which undoubtedly recalls the atmosphere of the Project Zero series... We regret the general heaviness of the gameplay which makes the fights quite painful and puzzles not always clear, but the overall experience is up to par.

The improvements and features brought to GTA V on this new PC version offer the ultimate experience for one of the best games of all time! We could mention Raytracing, DLSS, and all the optimizations of the Online mode, but above all, the title remains an absolute masterpiece! In terms of writing, rhythm or gameplay, Rockstar signed a real gem in 2013, and we must admit that, 12 years later, GTA V is still as exceptional. Alone in the Dark is a good game, typical of 90s horror experiences. The title from Striking Distance is classic but devilishly effective, it doesn't bother with frills and it works very well like that. A really good "old fashioned" horror game as we like them.

God of War Ragnarök is an absolute masterclass! Visually fantastically beautiful, it offers an adventure with a controlled, extremely generous, strong, human narration, with incredibly well-written characters, reversals of situations and dantesque fights with gameplay that is still just as nervous and even richer than that of the episode preceding it. The quality of Santa Monica's work is once again at the rendezvous with this pure video game masterpiece.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is an excellent opus, which offers breathtaking visuals but which also confirms that the campaigns are still as breathtaking and enjoyable as ever! The game imposes a crazy rhythm through varied and intense missions where the feeling of the weapons and the thrills are still and always at the RDV. [Campaign Review Score = 90]

Gotham Knights is a good game. Gotham is sublime and the four characters offer rich gameplay, with four distinct styles. The narration is mastered and we take real pleasure in discovering or rediscovering the slightly reworked story of the Court of Owls, alongside the well-written heroes. The secondary activities are quite repetitive but others explore the lore pleasantly. Apart from a capricious camera and a few dated elements, we're having a great time there. Even without Batman.

Shadows of Rose offers a short but intense experience where tension is at the RDV. The first part is a little repetitive but the second is quite terrifying with very good ideas! It's a pity that the end and the whole do not bring a real conclusion to the story of the winters.

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is an excellent game, which goes further than its predecessor, offering a much more ambitious dimension, with a rich and neat world, which is more of an adventure game than a simple tactical RPG. Its even denser gameplay and clever mechanics make it an absolutely delicious experience.

A Plague tale Requiem is not far from a masterpiece. The quality of writing, the mastered narration and the density of the characters, this intense relationship between Amicia and Hugo offer the game an incredible emotional dimension at the heart of a journey through a world as hard as it is beautiful. The gameplay is much richer than that of the first installment and all the more effective even if the fights are not the most interesting moments of the adventure, especially when you rub against the body. Nevertheless, the title from Asobo is definitely an experience that I would describe as unforgettable.

Scorn is a very atmospheric and unique experience. The game offers an incredible artistic direction inspired by the work of Giger and a fantastic atmosphere, ultra heavy. The universe that the player discovers there is as fascinating as it is disturbing and the puzzles as brilliant as they are incongruous... No dialogues, advice, objectives. The player is alone, lost, like a true explorer. Even if the game is not for everyone, those who play it will remember it for a long time, that's for sure.

The Last of Us is an amazing game with a powerful story and visceral and unforgettable characters. All this is sublimated with this remake which offers stunning visuals but also more modern and more accessible gameplay, not to mention the Audio and DulaSense functions which make everything even more immersive. A monumental masterpiece, and even more so today.

Stray is a good game, with a captivating universe. Beyond its pleasant artistic touch, its atmosphere is delicious, its gripping story and the characters that we will meet there are touching in a certain way. The gameplay mechanics are simple, we would have liked to go further on this aspect, but it works well and we take pleasure in embodying this cat, leading the investigation and going to the end of the adventure even if we would have appreciated its lasting a little longer.

The Quarry is a very good narrative horror game in the vein of Scream but above all it is the worthy successor to Until Dawn. With proven mechanics and a terrific atmosphere, it offers an experience that works very well, alone or with friends. It nevertheless suffers from the same faults as its predecessors with somewhat floating movements and sudden changes in camera angles, not to mention a few lengths in the dialogues. Anyway, it offers a very good 80s horror moment and we love it.

Ghostwire Tokyo is not a bad game but it sounds hollow when we put down the controller after the few 10h of game he offers. His Tokyo is very beautiful and wonderfully transcribed, the power-based gameplay is effective, but it lacks possibilities and we repeat all the time the same thing and the same actions which makes the overall adventure redundant. In addition, it doesn’t tell much... Too bad, because the theme and the atmosphere are there!

The still nervous gameplay offers a multitude of aspects for extremely interesting clashes. Visually, the Guerilla’s title is sumptuous, aside from some technical problems and its generosity makes it an incredible experience. If the narrative is not perfect, the story follows with pleasure.

Dying Light 2 is a great game. Its greatest quality is its generosity, whether in the gameplay but also in the heart of its vast open world. I found it entertaining to the highest degree and intelligent with respect to its mechanics, especially with regard to the Parkour. The characters are all credible and we don’t let them down to the end. The ultra satisfying progression system, the craftsmanship, and the possibilities offered by paragliding and grappling make Techland’s game a very complete experience.

Halo Infinite is a very good game with effective gameplay and a very immersive universe. We appreciate the freedom offered in the world that we take pleasure in discovering thanks to the use of the grapple. The progress of Spartan is satisfactory and the fights are nerve-wracking. However, the sets are not varied enough to travel completely and the activities are repetitive which makes the whole a bit redundant. But what is missing the most are great epic moments that could have made it an unforgettable Halo.

House of Ashes is not a bad game but it will not mark the spirits despite a neat universe and a beautiful atmosphere. Like the previous chapters the game is too short, especially since it takes time to get started, and it suffers from inequalities. The movements are too rigid, the camera angles suffocating and especially the choices seem illusory which removes salt to the experience. In the end we come out with the impression of not having had an impact on the story, even worse of not having really played... Pity!

Resident Evil Village is truly the spiritual son of Resident Evil 4 and 7! This theme park of horror perfectly mixes horror and action and offers an extremely neat universe: the atmosphere is heavy, the bestiary generous, the casting is perfect and the puzzles bring a real cachet to one of the scariest Survival Horror I’ve been able to play in a long time. Unfortunately, the link with the series is not more exploited. Nevertheless, despite a less-inspired last part, what we have here the best Resident Evil since Resident Evil 4.

n short, we find ourselves facing a real nightmare, in a neat universe where good ideas surf on reflection, perseverance and especially on a lot of pleasure. But who says pleasure also says frustration: sometimes, the difficulty is too full in the sense that the enemies too easily manage to catch you which can very quickly seriously annoy. Other small concerns of prospects can also spoil this pleasure at certain times and one could also add in the list of defects that some passages are too short and the or good ideas are not sufficiently exploited or deepened or on the contrary are repeated a little. Nevertheless Little Nightmares 2 offers a very neat universe, oppressing to the possible and its gameplay is very effective.
