    lie on the fact that the game would be a next-gen' game,
    80$/80€ for a cross-gen game with nothing that justifies or is worth the +10$/€, 3 times less cars than in GT6 and almost 2 times less than in Forza Motorsport 7, No new race brought by the game (first time it happens in the franchise !), Microtransactions in-game prices    Internet connection required for the solo campaign (WTF),
    lie on the fact that the game would be a next-gen' game,

    And all the weaknesses of the franchise are still not corrected :

    This is the worst piece of trash racing game I've ever played. Currently GT has at least 4 or 5 franchisees that are way better. For 80 Euros, this is not worth it. Avoid at all cost.

    Hay 2 polos en las críticas, los que le ponen 0 o los que ponen 10, ambos califican fatal, el juego no es un cero, tiene cosas buenas pero ni de cerca es un 10, esta lejisimos, le pongo 3 por sus gráficos, mecánicas, conexión permanente, 40 euros para algunos carros, ridículo juego

    As a former Gran Turismo fan I'm highly disappointed. The progression is significantly slower than in any Gran Turismo before and the AI is abysmal. There are 420 cars which can cost up to 20,000,000 credits. If you win a 30 minute race it will reward you only 10,000 credits! Buying just a decent car for like 200,000 credits takes multiple hours grind, legendary cars even more than 100As a former Gran Turismo fan I'm highly disappointed. The progression is significantly slower than in any Gran Turismo before and the AI is abysmal. There are 420 cars which can cost up to 20,000,000 credits. If you win a 30 minute race it will reward you only 10,000 credits! Buying just a decent car for like 200,000 credits takes multiple hours grind, legendary cars even more than 100 hours - or up to $200. I guess that's the main reason for the ultra slow progression : Microtransactions. In GT:Sport you could buy a premium car for 3,000,000 credit after a few hours of grind or $5. The same car in GT7 will require dozens of hours of grind or a whopping $30.

    That's just insane for a $70 game with a focus on singleplayer. I can't recommend such greediness in any way.    … Expand

    it is seen that the briefcases sent to official critics and game websites by Sony are still working well...a sample are the valuations of this game by many websites ....
    I think the previous version of GT looked better.

    and shameful about the ridiculously abusive micropayments inside the game at ridiculously abusive prices.

    single player mode needing to be online is unavailable

    where in the future the servers can be turned off and all the advance or purchases made in the game will be lost

    I would buy the game but after this policy that Polyphony and PlayStation took I will stay far away from this game

    I don't recommend it until they review this obligation to always be online

    -The game feels rushed, after being delayed, it’s incredible taking in consideration that it is mostly based on a game released 4 years ago and 10+ years have passed since the last main entry.
    -2 weeks after release, they have lowered the cash prizes in order to favor microtransactions.
    -There is no way to contact the developer, 2 weeks after release I still don’t have the preorder bonus and can’t find an aswer for why it’s missing. This game is a scam.

    The good: -In some weather-lighting combinations the game looks amazing.
    -I do love the decal customization system.
    -The used cars market and legends store makes the game more interesting.

    Update after 150 hours played: the game is a money-grab piece of ****    … Expand

    Sony and pd need to wake up a bit. I bought ps5 to play this game. Played a little bit and went back to grid legends. Looks dated, plays dated plus micro transactions. Am giving up on sony, they are really going down the hill. All the high ratings are just a proof that sony pays for the reviews.

    Update 3/19/22: went from 7 to 0 rating due to the update that was just released. The update is obvious attempt to further push people to pay real money to buy cars by cutting the winning in game credits in almost all races at 25-50%. The game is $69.99 and they are making a greedy push to make people pay more for a pay to win experience which not acceptable. This monetization tactic isUpdate 3/19/22: went from 7 to 0 rating due to the update that was just released.     The game looks amazing.

    There are many cars to collect.
    This game is packed with features to enjoy.
    Feels much like old game series with buying upgrades. and taking care of your cars.

    Cons:
    The physics seems spot-on for some cars, but for other like low cheap cars, I feel like I'm driving on ice, for example, the 500 Fiat race, the car's max speed is 55 mph and the turns are very large the car is just skating across the road as if my tires are made of plastic. It leads me to think that they build this game more towards the end game with racecars.

    It does have a pay-to-win feature that is never accepted by the gaming community. This feature can take away that magic of the made the game feel so rewarding in prior versions which is earning your car through the grind.    … Expand

    The graphics are stunning. The use of the dual sense is some of the best. The car handling is on par with the series. It's the maybe second best at that in my opinion. That's a compliment. There are some great racing games. Forza definitely has it beat in this department but not by that much. Now. If that's where I could end this. This would be an 8 or 9. I'm tired of the certain critics over praising their games just because they've been conditioned to (to be fair Polyphony added the micro transactions AFTER reviews were out.) I don't care about console war bull crap. But it misleads consumers. And that's where it is a problem. This game is barely improved over the best GT games of old as far as game design. However, I'm glad it is actually like those games instead of the awful games in the series recently. This is great. The problem is, aside from graphics, I feel like they just added window dressing to old games. And the menu and unlock system is done very strange. I feel like I'm ordering at a restaurant instead of playing a racing game. I'm being hard on it. I am. But I expect more from not only Polyphony, but Sony. I actually may just stop buying their games (Sony). Unless they go on amazing sale, or are given to me. Because I'm tired of being hoodwinked. Even Forbidden West, why is no one talking about how big of a graphical difference there is between the game and their trailers. All I heard was "Sony doesn't have to fool us, this is what it looks like. And just imagine the fact it's not finished. It'll look even better." And the story in that game. Worse than the first. Sorry this isn't an HFW review. I'm just bugged in general that Sony is getting a pass. People are actually praising some of these decisions. The cars look good in this game. Really good. But that's not unique to the game. Forza and even Grid Legends have great car models. So the gameplay right? Nope. This game feels like a simulator of an arcade racing simulating a racing simulator. I know that doesn't make sense now, but you'll get it when you play it. It is all over the place. It's not awful. But it's not an 8/10 game or a 9/10 game after all that considered. They simply went back to the roots of the series, used the power of new tech to make it look better, changed how they present it all kinda, and now are charging people for fake money to buy these fake cars. Just do a car pass. Don't ever ever ever sell in game currency in games that aren't free to play. It's so bad. And to top it off, the game is a grind. And I can't help but wonder, did they finally go back to the grindy CarPG roots of the series just so they could get people to buy the currency????

    I think so. And you're lying to yourself and us if you say you don't think so. Anyway. 5/10. At best. But I'm giving it a 4 just for the extra 10 bucks i had to spend on this one. And for the awful micro transactions. Oh actually, another point for the always online crap. 2/10    … Expand

    Um remaster do GT Sport, nada de novidade, um jogo monótono, gameplay dura, sensação de velocidade 0, falta de colisão em batidas, gráfico péssimo em comparação a outros jogos do gênero. Realmente uma das minhas maiores decepções do ano.

Incluso El número que muestra la posición en la que uno sale en la carrera es feo, parece que está hecho en letra arial y sólo sale "1.". Es tan mesquino en todos los apartados este juego.
    El catálogo de los autos tiene un diseño pésimo y deprimente, todo es plano, todo es gris. El juego no invita a jugarlo. y para poner la guinda a la torta, el juego está plagado de micro pagos, ya que, para poder conseguir el coche que deseo debo pasarme horas y horas en un juego lento, repetitivo, con malas físicas y feo, para poder disfrutar del coche que quiera. Y la otra alternativa es desenvolsar cientos de dolares para poder "disfrutar" en algo este pésimo juego.
    Juegos como este, son aquellos que desinsentivan a los jugadores a probar juegos de carreras. Es todo lo malo que se le puede atribuir a un juego de carreras, y es muy triste que algunas compañías sigan subestimando a su público y entregándoles juegos sin terminar y sin nada de cariño detrás. Este juego es frío, gris, aburrido y abusivo.

    Muy pocas mejoras desde el GT5, nada novedoso. En las redes sociales se esta comparando el GT7 con FMS7, ambos juegos de simulación de conducción, en donde se ve en el video que claramente el FMS7 siendo un juego de simulación del 2017 es mucho mejor en varios aspecto en comparación al GT7. Lamentable por parte de Sony, en donde claramente se les ve que en los dos últimos juegos como HFW yMuy pocas mejoras desde el GT5, nada novedoso. En las redes sociales se esta comparando el GT7 con FMS7, ambos juegos de simulación de conducción, en donde se ve en el video que claramente el FMS7 siendo un juego de simulación del 2017 es mucho mejor en varios aspecto en comparación al GT7. They literally deleted this game from people who bought it and even played a while. Today they deleted store. No refunds for ps plus.     they totally took the fun out of this game, every race is a rolling start and you catch up to the guy in first in in 1 lap then the game boost the guy in front so your chasing for the last 4 laps by hundreds of a sec its just annoying and predictable to the point i kind of hate this game. Im sure they will not take off online only so this game is junk. i cant play the game cuz my **** wifithey totally took the fun out of this game, every race is a rolling start and you catch up to the guy in first in in 1 lap then the game boost the guy in front so your chasing for the last 4 laps by hundreds of a sec its just annoying and predictable to the point i kind of hate this game.     Grind Turismo is the most apt name for this title. The only worthwhile activities this game offered was the exploits that by this time have already been patched out. The daily "roulette ticket" reward system is probably the most offensive non-random anti-player-biased act I've experienced in a game. The lack of career content in terms of race activities on each of the tracks make for perhaps about 2-3 weeks of viable play time, maximum. Hey, not bad for a $100 title that still hs the audacity to offer MTX! Specialized tuning opportunities are hidden behind a "random-reward" wall that the player won't gain access to, even if he plays the game daily for the next century. The pre-1.18 patch roulette ticket glitch allowed players to circumvent the engine swap aspect of this, but alas this is no longer possible thanks to the latest patch. If this game is offered free PS Plus, I'd happily recommend it, but in terms of value as a premium purchase it's nothing short of a disgrace in spite of its so-called fixes in response to initial player backlash. Something that was designed from the ground up to exploit people for their money, cannot be fixed afterward and still be profitable.… Expand

Mas o porém de não ter uma boa atribuição de minha nota é que o jogo demora demais pra engrenar. Não tem diálogo somente leitura sem interação, você passa muito tempo com leitura de tutorial que demora mais ou menos 30 a 40 minutos pra vc começar a realmente a jogar e sentir a vibe do jogo. Fora que as micro transações está um absurdo de caro, inacessível, problemas de conexão demais pra uma campanha singleplay..… Expand

    I bought the PS5 just to play Gran Turismo 7. I never write reviews but I am so infuriated by this new release that I had to. I had played Gran Turismo Sport prior and was always enjoying it immensely. I was really looking forward to playing GT7. I am HUGELY disappointed. I dislike pretty much everything about this game. Cars feel very heavy, not responsive, and with poor brakes on top ofI bought the PS5 just to play Gran Turismo 7. I never write reviews but I am so infuriated by this new release that I had to. I had played Gran Turismo Sport prior and was always enjoying it immensely. I was really looking forward to playing GT7. I am HUGELY disappointed. I dislike pretty much everything about this game. Cars feel very heavy, not responsive, and with poor brakes on top of everything. My understanding is that you're supposed to tune your cars but hey, I want to race, I want to drive, to have a choice of tracks - THAT'S what I enjoy.
    I am not interested in investing any time in upgrading low grade cars that I'm forced to get in order to progress in the game. The progression is super slow and rewards are dismal. You start with the requirement to win some basic cars that are completely lacking any character and ugly. I wouldn’t buy them in real life and even more so I have no desire to own them virtually. Some gamers say that they love to start modestly and build their way up slowly but I don’t like this idea- it’s not fun whatsoever. I want to race, and I want to drive the unique and special cars without having to own uninspiring models. The characters, static humans that you have to interact with throughout the game are exceptionally annoying and patronizing. The so-called “map” you have to navigate is boring and I certainly prefer the previous menu set up in GT Sport. I was so frustrated with being forced to acquire the basic cars I don’t care for, that I paid too much real money to get some decent cars right up front but no, it didn’t help. Even if you pay real money for cars that are now ridiculously expensive in comparison with GT Sport, on top of purchasing the game for 70$, you still only have access to a limited collection of cars! Used cars for that matter! Everything is still locked and to get access to any additional tracks will still require you to do boring and repetitive tasks to acquire those previously mentioned basic cars which I don’t wish to have to begin with. I don’t want to know or care to know anything about their history and definitely have no desire to tune them in order to make them more decent, especially because you are no longer able to sell cars you were forced to get in order to progress in the game. Also, the tracks themselves look stretched and artificial, there is no sensation of speed and making a turn feels cumbersome and disorienting because the graphics are completely off - your car doesn’t turn but the camera turns instead. I absolutely hate this release and found it sloppy, soulless, dull and overhype far beyond reality. This release is awful and shame on people giving it high ratings because it doesn’t deserve it one bit. There are more irritating things and unnecessary prolonged steps to describe but the list of complaints is too long for me to bother. My general sense is: not only have I not enjoyed the game - it left me furious... especially after reading some of these over the top reviews… are you kidding me?? What planet are these people from giving it 10 out of 10 ?. It’s poorly thought through, poorly implemented, egregiously money grabbing, uninspiring, half baked, overhyped, overpriced piece of software. I am furious. The current world circuit races are ALL limited in one way or another, preventing you from using your favorite car 99% of the time.     The game still lacks content despite add a whopping THREE Group 1 races at the end of May...
    Online play is kind of rotten with people purposely knocking you off the track, which results in you getting a penalty. Or people ramming you at 300 km/h when you're doing a hairpin turn.

    Anyways, I bought the PS5 JUST for GT7 and it did not meet my expectations so I sold my PS5.
    Edit: it's been a few days since my review. I've played daily and accumulated ~5000000 credits grinding two races. The Trial Mountain championship, and the American Championship. I played WoW for 17 years... I'm ok with a bit of grinding... However, I'm now faced without knowing what car to buy.     Pretty boring game after completing all menu books. Endless grind. It’s not fun in local multiplayer, 2nd player is handicapped with drive assist. And the “You can feel different type of road surfaces with a PS5 controller” is pretty bs. You better off looking at virtual car images online rather than wasting your money on this game.

In fact, theres an INSULTINGLY low amount of tweaks you can do in this game. You cant even do something as mandatory for all other racers as to change the steering lock to 90°. I cannot believe the level to which this game is manipulated to waste your time and money. They spin you out through commands. I'm not joking. You'll just be driving, and if youre doing too well, they'll spin your car. No reason. Whether its the ai literally losing time in order to spin you out, or your suspension literally disappearing suddenly, whatever, the game SPINS YOU OUT THROUGH MANIPULATED CODE. I am a veteran sim racer. I know what a car is doing. I know what should and shouldnt happen. There are literally FORCE APPLICATIONS TO THE TRAJECTORY OF YOUR BACK END LMAO.     Игра просто бомба! смена динамической погоды, смена времени суток, графика, физика, фишки Dualsense просто на высоте. Режим карьеры сплошное эстетическое удовольствие! GT7 лучший автосимулятор как был таковым и остаётся по сей день, чувствуется проработка и любовь к деталям и мелочам, это настоящая интерактивная автоинциклопедия.
    Физика просто шикарна и влияние атмосферных явлений на нее, парк автомашин и трасс радует и попадает реалистичность и детализацией.
    С обновами завозят бесплатно машины и трассы дополнительно и игра обрастает ещё контентом не хило, хотя итак контента более чем предостаточно! Тюнинг и его возможности радуют как эстетикой так и возможностями, автосалон поддержанных авто, сдача лицензий тоже очень радует что 7 часть вобрала лучшее из серии за 25 лет.
    Вообще отложил прохождение других игр, и просто залипаю в режиме карьеры неспешно играя и пополняя автопарк, катаясь в удовольствие на разных машинах, улучшая их постепенно.
    Люди хейтящие игру и пишущие комменты либо те кто не играл в игру и не собирался даже ну или те кто посмотрел обзор ixbt в котором гореобзорщики привели футажи из версии с ценами для японского рынка которые всегда были выше ибо там лишних несколько нулей) и назвали это донатной помойкой, а теперь зайдите и посмотрите на цены европейского и американского региона)

    I was really hoping GT7 would be a return to form after the disappointment that was GT Sport, but ultimately all we got was pretty much the same game again. Except Sport actually has more events. As it stands, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this game, even to die-hard GT fans; unless you’re only interested in online races. Wait for a sale, or more content to be added, or both. In the meantime, maybe go play GT 4. Despite coming out well over a decade before GT 7, it has twice the cars, tracks and over three times the events, and it remains the best GT game by a long shot.    … Expand

    - RNG Roulette Tickets that always give worst rewards 99% of the time
    - Car prices are very inflated to mimic "collector culture" (you know it is for making people pay for in-game currency)
    - Prize payouts are stingy (AND WORSE after latest patch)
    - MTXs have worsened (GT Sport allowed you to buy a single car for a few bucks; GT7 makes that same car cost about $30 worth in Credits MTX purchases)
    - FOMO invitations to buy cars not in dealerships AND cost almost max currency wallet amount (you usually miss out on these cars due to time limit to raise that absurd amount of Credits needed to buy it)
    - Feels unfinished (low amount of non-Mission events to participate in, making it near impossible to use your cars outside of setting up your own custom races)

    I enjoyed this game the first few days I played it, but this game is a catastrophe. You'd expect better from a game series that is CELEBRATING its 25th anniversary. Now, this game throws away that 25 years worth of trust out the window with a single release. Until they fix all the problems (mainly the MTXs, online DRM, and lack of standard single-player content), I CANNOT recommend this game in good faith.

    You are better off playing GT1, GT2, GT3, GT4, GT5, or GT Sport. Those games at least have a lot of content that rewards your time and effort. GT7 belongs in the trash until further notice.    … Expand

    First of all, the cars included in this game is a lot less compared to previous GT releases. They are mostly cars from before 2017 which is a cool but would like to have a lot more modern cars included in the game. The tracks that are included in the game are extensive and different types of race tracks for every taste.

    Graphics are great in the game menu, the gallery photoshop mode and the replays of races. Although I would say the graphics within the actual racing is not up to standard with the PS5.
    Using the pulse 3d headphones the sound of the engine and cars around you is very immersive. It is also good to hear some of the throwback songs from older GT games included too.
    Driving the cars is great, it feels like you are driving a real car and works very well with the PS5 controller. You can feel the weight of the car when driving around corners and you need to be cautious when driving in the rain.
    The GT cafe would be good as a extra, not as the main "storyline". Personally I think that when you are completing the story it would make more sense to compete in different cups or championships in one go instead of going from one type of championship to another, as you dont feel as immersed in the "storyline". This way you could include some sort of qualification into races and a points system for every type of championship. Sometimes the game is like a catch up simulator, where you cant truly race other cars to win unless your car is much more powerful. Every race you start in last place and its a rolling start to make your life harder.
    Controls are good with the haptic feedback and the new triggers R2 and L2.
    Online play is fun on the GT sport mode where people take the races more seriously. In the normal online mode, you can be spending ages waiting to join races as you scroll through the different lobbies. When joining a lobby it will often say the lobby is full even though this is not the case.

    The AI in the game is a lot better than the previous versions of GT. The AI will fight back more for position in races although it does still feel slight on rails at times. It is still not perfect and comparing to much older racing games it is still not as good.

    The in game menu is a good throwback to the older GT games. It is easy to navigate, but simple things like being able to see the weather forecast before picking your tyres is not there. You can end up on slick tyres when its pouring with rain which is frustrating. Also to change your car when racing other players online you have to come out of online mode and into your garage which is annoying and time consuming when you spend ages of time trying to connect to races.

    Overall the gameplay is good, content is bad, would only recommend if you are a fan of the GT series or if you really like racing games.    … Expand

    I hate this game. Each time I log in, is a gamble if I start the music rally or have to watch the 5 minute intro. Yes, I have turned it off in the settings, still appears after update. I hate it.

    My main criticisms involve game play rewards (roulette tickets) and (hardly) microtransactions.

    I usually grind each day to get two tickets (one for completing a cafe book, another for completing a daily workout). I usually receive 3,000 credits (the lowest amount) or tuning parts for cars I don't own. The most I've ever received was 30,000 credits. Compare this to GT Sport, where each reward brings the chance of winning a car (more than generous). I'd like to see a more reasonable breakdown of rewards - currently, it's usually one car, one tuning part, and three levels of credits. Dump the tuning parts (which is useless unless you own the car) and replace it with another car

    Microtransactions are hardly that. As many cars cost 1,000,000 credits (which is difficult to get through game play), you're pretty much forced to pay $14.98 for 1,000,000 credits (750,000 + 250,000) or $19.99 for 2,000,000 credits. A legendary car can go for upwards of 20,000,000 credits, which is $199.00 FOR A DIGITAL CAR. Until Sony and Polyphony can come up with something more reasonable, it's just a cash grab

    addendum: I dropped $20 to add 2,000,000 credits for tuning upgrades. Lo and behold, just received an invite to purchase a Bugatti. Cost of the car? 2,000,000. Coincidence? I think not    … Expand

    Campaign was realy short, and the game has online drm for a singleplayer game that is unacceptable. Already the game is unplayable because of the drm and people should get refund. this gran turismo is maybe the worst of them all.

    Horrendous microtransactions, terrible progression nerfs, always online garbage. Do not support Sony with this hot garbage.

The rewards system is terrible too, pretty much everyone is 5k credit. The car roster is very poor compared to the completion.     This is a studio with a lot of talent and experience in the sector, the decline of this saga only has one person in charge and that is Sony. If only they received more budget, I'm sure they would be delivering unforgettable titles like in the golden age of playstation 1 and 2.

    What a piece of junk riddled with microtransactions. Never before have I felt so duped by a game producer. Sony should be ashamed of themselves, the only reason to buy a Playstation are the exclusives and once they start screwing those up there is not a single reason why Xbox isn't better.

    Da wäre zunächst die Sache mit dem Erhalten der Autos. Es ist fast unmöglich, alle Autos zu erhalten, da viele sxtrem teuer sind und die Möglichkeiten, Geld zu farmen, eher spärlich sind. Einige Autos kann man auch erst kaufen, wenn man eine Einladung erhält. Diese erhält man rein zufällig durch die Roulette-Tickets. Es leuchtet nicht ein, warum man Einladungen erhalten muss, die machen einfach keinen Sinn. Und die Roulette-Tickets sogar noch weniger. Zu 95% erhält man immer den niedrigsten Betrag oder billigsten Wertgegenstand. Der Gewinn steht schon bei Erhalt des Tickets fest, wie in mehreren Youtube-Videos bewiesen wurde.
    Beide Mechaniken verringern den Sammelspaß. Hat man in früheren Teilen Autos als Belohnung für Renn- oder Rennseriengewinne erhalten, ist die Möglichkeit hier nur einmalig und sehr eingeschränkt. Auch die Geldgewinne sind sehr niedrig.
    Die Auswahl der Cups ist auch extrem beschränkt. Mit den meisten Wagen kann man keine Rennen fahren, es sei denn, man erstellt diese selber. Auch die Strecken- und Autoauswahl ist nicht gerade üppig. Strecken wie Apricot Hill fehlen komplett, Autohersteller wie Opel oder Lotus bzw. Autos wie der Dodge RAM fehlen ebenso.
    Die KI, gerade in höheren Rennklassen oder höherer Schwierigkeit, ist extrem schlecht programmiert. Zum Teil versucht diese, in bester Online-Fahrer-Manier, mit Rammen, Stoßen und Schieben einen zu drehen oder von der Strecke zu drängen. Oder sie fährt so, als wäre man gar nicht auf der Strecke. Generell gilt: wenn die KI nicht will, daß du gewinnst, gewinnst du nicht. Dann schleudert es dich von der Strecke, ohne, daß du wieder ohne Probleme zurüczk kannst, du kannst nicht mehr schalten oder richtig beschleunigen, du wirst um 40 oder mehr Sekunden nach hinten versetzt oder die anderen Fahrer sind plötzlich total op.
    Ein weiteres großes Problem ist der Online-Zwang. Des Öfteren kommt es vor, daß keine Verbindung zum PS Network gehalten werden kann. Rennen, Missionemln, Lizenzen, Käufe oder sonstige Tätigkeiten werden nicht gespeichert und der Progress ist dahin.
    Der hohe Schwierigkeitsgrad tut auch sein Übriges. Es sind in den Lizenzen, Missionen oder Rennen teilweise lächerlich schwere Herausforderungen zu meistern. Es ist fast unmöglich, z.B. alle Lizenzen in Gold zu schaffen. Auch hier spielt die KI unfair: je besser man wird, desto unfairer wird die KI. Da wird man selbst mit 20 km/h weit rausgetragen, die Steuerung funktioniert nicht richtig oder man wird disqualifiziert, weil man angeblich die Strecke verlassen hat oder einen ein anderes Auto berührt. Das Game ist hier wohl nur für Halb- oder Vollprofis gemacht. Anfängern oder Fortgeschrittenen wird ein Lernfortschritt extrem erschwert.
    Natürlich gibt es auch Mikrotransaktionen, allerdings ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine Frechheit. 20 Euro für zwei Millionen Credits. Und es gibt Autos, die 20 Millionen Credits kosten...
    Die Online-Rennen bieten das Übliche: wenige Fahrer, die einfach Rennen fahren wollen, viele, die unfair fahren oder andere nur trollen. Das System von Gran Turismo 7, die Fahrer für Aktionen zu bewerten und dann in Hruppen mit ihresgleichen zu stecken, klappt nicht. Man kann buchstäblich alles tun, um seinen Gegner von der Strecke zu bringen, ohne daß es eine Art Bestrafung gibt. Da vergeht einem wirklich die Lust an Online-Rennen.
    Alles in Allem kann man sagen, daß dies, trotz der guten optischen Eindrücke, der schlechteste Teil der Reihe ist. Schlecht programmiert, unfair, mit sinnlosen Mechaniken und ziemlich wenig Content. Das war das letzte Gran Turismo, daß ich mir zugelegt habe. Es ist unglaublich, wie schlecht das Game ist. Man kann nur hoffen, daß die Entwickler irgendwann ein Einsehen haben und das Spiel patchen    … Expand

    DON'T buy this game. Imagine a full price console game with more agressive microtransactions than most free mobile games. And mandatory updates which can just halve the price money you receive from events. Mandatory because this is an online-only singleplayer game which you can't play without updating to the latest version. Does this mean we have to experience 17 more server maintenances of this caliber to just afford this one car? Sony's answer would probably be: "You can just spend a couple of hundred dollars to instantly receive the McLaren! No waiting involved in that!" Yes, we're talking hundreds of actual dollars for a single car.
    And if that isn't bad enough, the ingame physics are weird as well. All cars with rear-wheel drive are literal death machines unless you purchase the best tires which by the way are more expensive than some new cars in this game. You expect a 200 HP car to not spin out in 4th gear at 50 mph and half-throttle? You expect a modern Ferrari to be able to turn in about 0.5 degrees at 130 mph without starting to slide and just rotate? You also expect being able to correct situations in which any of this occurs with correct countersteering inputs? Then Polyphony disappoints you in all 3 points. GT7 leaves you more afraid of driving a 300 HP rear-wheel drive car with racing tires than a 900 HP AWD car on sports tires most of the time. So maybe you want to race something else to calm down from your stressful RWD experiences on the racetracks. Like Rally.
    But then you realize that after every single jump (of which there are many on most rally tracks) your car will have an absolutely random and unphysical reaction to hitting the ground. Total loss of control guaranteed in most cases, I hope you like rotating 180° for no reason. The AI does not struggle with this of course.
    Speaking of driving against the AI: In all (!) single player races you'll start the race rolling in last place with all cars spaced out with huge distances between them. Resulting in the 1. place being 30 to 40 seconds ahead of you when starting the race. That's right, if in a 5 lap race you are not consistently EIGHT SECONDS faster per lap than the 1st place drivers, you can't get a win. So the only viable option becomes driving cars which overpower all opponents, turning the race into a time trial with moving obstacles. No actual racing against others involved.
    To repeat my first statement: Don't buy Gran Turismo 7. 95% of the content (cars and tracks) is recycled from GT Sport anyways. Whenever a new Need For Speed or Forza comes out I'm excited to have a look at the car list to see brand new sports cars, facelifted versions and recently released special editions of cars. Try to find any car in GT7 which is newer than 2017, that's a pretty hard task. Does a 2012 Tesla Model S sound exciting enough for you? At least it's more exciting than the visual novel like presentation of the main "campaign" (if you can call it that). Nothing is voiced, just static never-changing images of people with dialogue boxes. Blatant lazyness strikes again and again.    … Expand

    Good game, but much has really changed and upgraded since GT Sports on PS4. I expected much, much more, but it is not even close to Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon.

    I haven't played the game but looking at what other people think about the game I think that It deserves all the negative reviews. For once It is a 70 dollar game with Microtransactions that are just there for that sweet sweet money dopamine Rush for the Devs and Sony.     Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
