    Where on the box or in digital description does it say this game can ONLY be played if you have an internet connection? Whether playing online or offline modes....there is no offline! Don't make the same mistake I did and skip this game...HARD!!

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Yikes. This should have been a free to play mobile game. Cannot qualify to be anything but last place. Multiple races I was holding the lap record and cannot somehow get anywhere near the first 3 places. Cannot play this game without being connected to the internet. Game broken for 30 hours. Game appears to abruptly end out of nowhere. There are 6 classes of licenses, 3 of which the game only uses as challenges, which do not unlock further content which makes no sense. Daily mileage requirement to get a reward which is often very little is complete trash. Microtransactions for credits, when most races offer very little credits, and the ones that do have ridiculous amounts of laps. Game patches out high credits races and exploits. All of this completely tarnishes the experience, making me not want to play it again. Honestly beat all content in maybe 24hrs of gameplay. No formula racing, or meaningful game modes that aren't just annoying. Formula racing offers multi-millions of "credits" when an athlete wins, so the low credits is just complete bs. Sport Mode takes TOO LONG to match. Many achievements are arbitrary or ask you to do ridiculous amount of repetition which it obviously expects due to the low credit count per win. Wow. Do not buy, honestly just play Gran Turismo 3 on an emulator its the best one. Some of the cars are timed buys and literally sell out. How can you get all the cars with such mechanics without just spending hundreds on credits?… Expand

    Always have blind requirement to play a single player game. Disgusting.
    I won’t go over the usual issues that everyone has already covered- except to say ‘agreed’
    I know 1.09 will lead towards fixing some of the other issues, but always online HAS TO GO.

    I didn’t pay $120 to have a game I can only play if I have internet AND Sony have servers online.

    I like this game, but the price of this version of the game car is too outrageous. It costs the price of buying out the game, but also spends extra money on stored value. If you want to play in such a design way, then this game should be is free to download

    Literally unplayable as its been down for more than 30+ hours. It's more unplayable as you have tk spend hundreds of dollars just for 1 car or spend hundreds of hours replaying the same map for a measly amount of credits.

Apart from the micro transactions which is something that satisfys the shareholders, the fact that a single player game cannot be played offline is a major factor for me and I strongly advice everyone not to buy games who go with this method.

    Think something, not only a downtime, you bought a product any consumer one and in order to use it you need the companys approval to do so. What if the company shuts down its operations. im not purchasing the product im actually renting it. But I got a purchase receipt of a product not of a service.     Premium price tag, freemium feel. You pay £70 for the base game and then it ask you to either grind for dozens of hours for 1 car or pay £160. Not what you expect from one of sonys flagship games series but maybe you should in the future...

    Nunca pensé que le daría un 4 a un Gran Turismo. El principal motivo son los micropagos y la dificultad de conseguir moneda IN GAME. Es absurdo pagar 80 euros por un juego y que te hagan pasar de nuevo por caja (Indefinidamente) Para mi esto le resta 5 puntos y otro punto por que los gráficos cumplen sin más.     Simulador dicen,puedes ir a 200 por hora chocar lateralmente y seguir como si nada.La conducción no se siente,es ir sobre unos raíles y que decir de las físicas que parecen de párvulos.Gráficos de PS4 pro y no de actual generaciones de Sony es una vergüenza

    i like gt7 as it is a fun arcade style racing game with fun gameplay that i can enjoy both in single player and co op with friends. It is cool to see how much community designed liveries and race suits there are, and a huge amount of racing cars and legacy cars that all feel quite decent to drive. i bought it on sale after launch so i am not too sure why the reviews are all negative, but ii like gt7 as it is a fun arcade style racing game with fun gameplay that i can enjoy both in single player and co op with friends. It is cool to see how much community designed liveries and race suits there are, and a huge amount of racing cars and legacy cars that all feel quite decent to drive. i bought it on sale after launch so i am not too sure why the reviews are all negative, but i had alot of fun on this game it was a decent story mode but nothing super special.… Expand

    I have played every Gran Turismo game since GT1 on PS1. in my opinion this is the best game in the series I wish it wasn’t always online and that you earned more credits for races. But despite that the car handling and physics are great highly recommend this game for any racing fans out there

    This game lives up to the hype. The world concept and art are some of the best I've seen in a decade, and the performance optimization is nothing short of miraculous for a startup company founded to make this game. The gameplay is also a well rounded FPS action game that is reliably fun.

    Despite the awful use of microtransactions, the game itself is close to being perfect, considering that the game is playable in VR. The cars was great, the atmosphere was insane, the presentation, while similar to Sport, is great, and overall, if you ignore the microtransactions, it is the perfect racing game experience for the PlayStation 5, especially because even on PS4, it is still aDespite the awful use of microtransactions, the game itself is close to being perfect, considering that the game is playable in VR. The cars was great, the atmosphere was insane, the presentation, while similar to Sport, is great, and overall, if you ignore the microtransactions, it is the perfect racing game experience for the PlayStation 5, especially because even on PS4, it is still a great experience that you definitely need to play in VR especially as a exclusive.     The first game itself was 10/10. It was created by crazy people who were into cars. So many details and what an incredible atmosphere. Microtransactions a not necessary at all, they are so common everywhere nowadays I can't understand people's complaints. It is the gamer's fault that microtransactions are everywhere!!! not dev, es[esially who delivers products like this.

    Un très bon jeu de voiture même si j'aurais aimé des graphisme plus poussé pour cette opus sur ps5 fait votre propre avis car il beaucoup critiques en mal surtout par les pro Xbox car Forza a de meilleur graphisme mais personnellement je trouve que la simulation est mieux sur gt7

    I bought this to play on my PSVR2. Its literally the most I've ever paid for a game, but its plain boring. Played 15+hrs on this just because I bought it, but it just isn't fun. The VR part of it is also boring and its not worth it.
    Older GT7 players might like it, but it isn't the game for you if you aren't already a very huge Driving simulator fan and looking for a fun engaging and    I bought this to play on my PSVR2. Its literally the most I've ever paid for a game, but its plain boring. Played 15+hrs on this just because I bought it, but it just isn't fun. The VR part of it is also boring and its not worth it.

    This is a 70$ AAA pay-to-win only-online singleplayer game.

    The driving feels nice, the models are looking good and i like the tracks.
    But that doesn't matter because the game's economy is to broken to have fun with the game.

    Sad, i've been a fan of the series.
    But this is so bad, it will probably be my last GT.

    Super Good! It is truly the best and i mean THE BEST game of the 21st century. I highly recommend this game for anyone who wants to play a good game. The car models and the overall graphics are amazing and the races are super good. The only thing bad is the roulette tickets bc the suck. But still its the Best of the 21st century, except for Nfs Payback and Nfs Most Wanted 05´ but again the best

    El juego es bastante bueno, logra su objetivo principal de ser un juego de carreras de buena calidad. Conseguir autos competitivos/buenos, es fácil, al terminar una misión en el cafe logras 3 autos y dinero. También, sí completas misiones también logras dinero. Además, al terminar todas las misiones principales del juego, puedes vender los autos para lograr más dinero. Con el tema delEl juego es bastante bueno, logra su objetivo principal de ser un juego de carreras de buena calidad. Conseguir autos competitivos/buenos, es fácil, al terminar una misión en el cafe logras 3 autos y dinero. También, sí completas misiones también logras dinero. Además, al terminar todas las misiones principales del juego, puedes vender los autos para lograr más dinero. Con el tema del multijugador también es bueno, hay carreras diarias con el que puedes ganar recompensas (en el apartado sport) y en el modo multijugador puedes crear salas donde puedes jugar con gente de otros lugares o amigos. También puedes jugar carreras con bots, y dependiendo de los ajustes (ya sea penalizaciones, duración, tipo de auto que compite, cuantos autos competiran) ganarás más dinero.… Expand

    GT7 is actually not bad, it was just ruined by microtransactions. THE GT SPORT ALSO HAS THIS PROBLEM, BUT NOT AS SERIOUSLY AS THE GT7. For me, both the GT7 and the GTS are good driving simulators to help me practice my cars.

    There is a wide variety of cars and tracks to choose from. There is something for everyone, from classic cars to modern supercars.
    The new photo mode is a lot of fun. It allows you to take stunning photos of your cars and tracks.
    The livery editor is also a lot of fun. It allows you to customize the look of your cars with a variety of decals and liveries.
    Disliked:

    The microtransactions are a bit too aggressive. It is possible to progress through the game without spending any money, but it will take a lot of time and effort.
    The always-online requirement is also a bit annoying. If you lose your internet connection, you will not be able to play the game.
    The progression can be a bit grindy. It can take a long time to earn enough credits to buy new cars and upgrades.
    Overall, I would give Gran Turismo 7 a 8/10. It is a visually stunning and immersive racing game, but its microtransactions and always-online requirement may be a turn-off for some players.    … Expand

    Nice looking game, especially in VR. Driving is quite fun when you eventually get there.

    However - I bought is on disk (never buy anything from PSN store, they are more expensive and you can't sell to your firends) still on the install I had to download for 2 hours to install - who in the heck decided that you are forced to watch some annoying intro video for 10 minutes before you    Nice looking game, especially in VR.     - Basic UI/UX designer has been probably on vacation during the whole development. I've never seen so much menu diving and so horrible user interface on any game. Why do I have to go through multiple screens every time if I want to tune my car or even buy tuning parts when tuning? Where are all the shortcuts?
    - Why in the heck is the replay always the default option and I had to do multiple presses instead of just going forward? And no, I really don't want to look at replay of those license training sessions where I just accelerate and brake
    - There is always too much screens and all other crap than just driving, you will spent as much time on the menu diving as driving the cars.
    - and of course the worst part: - forced online so they can disable the game from you when they want to and also force you to make micropayments if you want to use this as a normal game.

    Avoid and wait for better games that actually concentrates on driving and not annoying users.

    The game is fantastic until you hit the gr3 cups. THIS IS NOT a race game but a shoot'em up. The leader goes free nad 14 bodyguards try to block you.
    Uninstalled all gT games, never to bother again. Such a huge HUGE dissapointment. Without these cups game is fine though.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
