    It ain’t that bad, y’all. Yea, it’s tough to make money with the update. But this game best graphics and sense of speed from any console racing game to date. Stop downvoting it for teething issues.

    Gran Turismo 7 is undoubtedly the best entry in the series with good physics and good graphics, but to assume that Sony is being predatory is a bit too far. Micro transactions can become highly addictive to spend your money on, but that's what they want you to do. You can complete GT7 and unlock at least 80 cars by playing through the various menu books and missions. You don't need theGran Turismo 7 is undoubtedly the best entry in the series with good physics and good graphics, but to assume that Sony is being predatory is a bit too far. Micro transactions can become highly addictive to spend your money on, but that's what they want you to do. You can complete GT7 and unlock at least 80 cars by playing through the various menu books and missions. You don't need the most expensive car in the game to enjoy it and the micro transactions are very tempting, but they aren't the only way to enjoy the game. Yes, the server downtime being so long is unacceptable, but the micro transactions aren't the only way, you can still earn credits just by playing through the game, yes it may take a long time, but you can enjoy the game without the most expensive cars.… Expand

    I play all GT except GT1
    I think it may not as good as GT4 But it still a good game The physical the the graph is good For the micro transactions, I don't like the supercar And I am a big fan of JDM, the super car always is not my chooses After playing 1 round WTC 700 with my civic in around 30 minutes, I can buy a lot of JDM with the critical that I win from the    As a GT fan from GT2

I like a lot about the game but I really dislike that it has to always be connected to the internet to really play it and the micro transactions are on another level. It would cost well over $100 to buy some cars in the game and that is just absolutely rediculous.

    Game is amazing, microtransactions suck but this is just pathetic, doesnt deserve this bad of a review cause of a thing they will fix with simple social media backlash. Microtransactions are also optional, whats the fun in a game where you dont have to grind to unlock new things, if you got everything for free right away that would be insanenly boring

I think most people are review bombing this game for the wrong reasons , I preordered this game and have been excited for it since it was announced way back when,and have been playing it since launch ,and yes I was disappointed when the game was “Under Maintenance” for over 30 hrs but I understood the reasons behind it, as far as the gameplay goes I think it’s the best racing game ever created( a Masterpiece, if you will),I have already put in over 100 hrs since launch , I’m addicted to everything from the racing , menu books, customization, tuning , saving up for “Legendary Cars, etc.,and the developers have a lot more planned for those that are mature enough to stick with it,as far as “Grinding for Credits goes , I believe there’s enough variety here already not to have to keep racing the same high payout tracks over&over again and finally the “Micro-transactions are what most people aren’t angry about and in my opinion that’s understandable, but no one is forcing you to buy into them, it’s a choice ,one that I choose to never participate in, the fact the game is always online is starting to be a trend in video games as a whole , and like it or not , everybody should just get used to it , Sony isn’t budging!Thanks for reading , GodBless… Expand

GT Café offers a great look into the history of manufacturers, cars and race series. Though legendary cars might be difficult to obtain for people that don’t have a lot of time, the grinding is something that always played a role in the history of GT games. The online service is not at its best yet, but soon that might be the perfect place for racing leagues.… Expand

    One of the best car games that have come out. The Physics have changed a lot and in this aspect it is a more refined game. Things like temperature affecting the entire behavior of the car, I'm talking about braking, performance, grip. It gives it a touch that its direct competitor hasn't and I don't think it will.     I can confidently say that GT7 has improved in all aspects from GT Sport. Basic car physics has become more realistic yet playable for beginners, brought back the traditional progression with a little sprinkle of stories, and kept all functionality that was in GTSport and previous numbering titles.     Some people complain that few Legend cars particularly the Sauber C9, Porsche 917k, and the McLaren F1 requires over 3000 hours of grinding to buy or spend $200 on MTX. To be honest, the quality of those cars are far inferior than other sim titles like Project Cars or Assetto Corsa. And those cars aren't necessary to play in any mode. GT7 exclusive cars such as Vison Granturismo and millenial cars are still affordable after the updates. So the argument of inability to buy expensive cars are not really an issue for race gamers like me.

    What annoys me the most is that PD or Sony doesn't compensate any credits or other rewards after taking so much time on maintenance. They need to realize that we payed 90ish to get the game and pay extra for PS Plus. People focus on the MTX part too much but MTX is just an option in the game. To be fair to PD, the game is worth 9/10. I put 7 because of taking too much time on maintenance and not giving any compensation    … Expand

    Love cars and love the way the game progresses through from the cafe to themed races. Realism is at the top level. Have not found a fault yet.

    The next, somewhat predictable installment in the GT series. Raises the bar, again, in providing a next-Gen racing sim on a current generation console. There’s no surprises, nothing revolutionary or unexpected; it’s what the fan base wanted in the next stage of the 25year Gran Turismo journey.

    Sorry if this seems more of a rant, but I'm really fed up with the lies of people who don't like to sweat it.
    Oh and I never found brands like Forza motorsport to be easier on the grind.
    Oh, and remember that today every game let's you spend way too much real money on it with microtransactions, the difference is, Gran Turismo 7 does NOT need you to, if you want and are determined enough you can get everything in the game by simply playing the game.

    Just about finished the game, not once have I purchased ingame credits because as the game is intended to play you gain everything you need to finish the game just by following the licenses and cafe menu books.     The racing part of it is really well done, but the rallying is worse than GT Sport. And of course, the prize drop and roulette are both bad af. If done well, Polyphony could have made this a 10/10 game, but they shot themself in the foot.

    Yeah this game is not perfect yet, probably due to pressure on Polyphony by Sony, but it stil an awesome game. Racing feels good, cars are beautiful, and lots of improvements over GT Sport. Of course we have to be critical of the MTX system and rewards on the raced, but I'm quite sure this will be fixed in the near feature.

    Yo e seguido la saga desde sus inicios y. Mi última referencia es el gt6 y puedo decir que el 7 a pesar de todas la críticas es un juego de.largo aliento,se las intenciones que quisieron transmitir de que esto no fuera un juego de un día y ya ,si evidente falta corregir muchas cosas pero ái paso con GT SPORT ,para mí juegazo

    After a rocky start, Poliphony finally reverted its approach and delivered on the expectations. The gameplay is stunning but the type of events needs to be reconsidered to be able to do more standing start like in reality and less "start 2 minutes behind and pass them all"

    This game is the best gran turismo i have played so far. It has many cars to collect, a fun campign like cafe menu to play through, fun missions and licenses. The on-line mode is fun to play on. You can play this game perfectly fine without using micro transactions like any other gran turismo game. I have play for 50+ hours so far and have gotten through the game and am buying plenty ofThis game is the best gran turismo i have played so far.     I like that they tried to do a gran turismo 4 wannabe game but the carlist is a bit dissapointing for the launch version, the microtransations are way too overpriced for what you get ingame and the content is bland like there s nothing to do after u finish the cafe menu books.
    Overall i like the new experience but is pretty boring after 8-10 hours and i m sure it ll get better with future updates.

    so fun, feels a little more forgiving than past games, so kinda arcadey but loads of fun, I'm racing all the time i can get in and the AI can be challenging and testy, amazing car graphics, obviously environments are lacking in detail and fidelity but that's gran turismo for ya what u expect it ain't gta but that great lighting in the game helps, use it with a wheel and let er rip

I can't play a single player game becuase it's locked to their terrible servers because they want to milk more money than the £89.99 they got from us.. disgusting behavior!     I have bien a fan of racing games since ever, looking for the most realistic feelint on driving simulaton, and this is not, this game have a very free to play game feeling, becouse while the game play is not bad, this game have couple macrotransaction, and his biggest problem is you to be online to play adventure mode, so it's too expensive to he a gente like this

    Having played several Need for Speed games, and a few other racing games, Gran Turismo 7 is my first racing sim. I was very impressed by the realism, ridiculously high detail, and overall gaming experience, especially on PS5 outputting 4k 60Hz. The photo mode absolutely sick. Easily gets a 10/10 from me.

    Depuis la MAJ du 25 Mars 2022, le jeu est redevenu un "bon" gran turismo ! Après une gran turismo 5 que j'avais try-hard, enfin un Gran Turismo grandiose !
    Un bon choix de voiture, des modes à gogo et un multijoueur fun et amusant (avec du challenge !)
    Je ne peux que recommander ce jeu pour les passionnés automobile !

    Best racing game so far. Visual graphic next level with RT turned on. To those who are crying about credits, start playing instead of crying. This is Gran Turismo, where you have to work if you want any better car. Nothing should come easy.

    Amazing game from a driving perspective,still a work in progress,but in the right direction.
    Patch 1.10 will come in a few days and should solve all economy-related issues and add more events.
    Haters are doing its thing but they forget to tell when Polyphony does something right,they only talk about the wrong

    Mi nota verdadera es un 8.5, más que nada porque la selección de música durante las carreras no me termina de convencer (ojo, las del lobby están muy bien) y por otro problema importante que a estas alturas me parece que GT no debería tener: las texturas de los circuitos. Siempre GT tuvo este problema y es que los circuitos tienen texturas de la generación anterior. No se ven mal, pero cuando las comparás con otros juegos que incluso son de mundo abierto (ej: Forza) te das cuenta de que se quedan muy atrás, lo mismo pasa con las luces sobre los entornos y los modelados en general salvo en las repeticiones que en PS5 se ven bastante bien, pero aún sin Ray Tracing otros juegos obtienen mejores resultados gráficamente.    … Expand

    This game is a good racer. Though it should not need 24/7 internet connection to play. People are complaining about microtransactions for no reason. It does not shove it down your throat or force you to spend real money. You can simply play the game and get money.

    Fantastic game, sad to see people review bombing it because they can't have a 18 mil right away unless they do microtrans. And it's annoying that people want to win every race and it to be so easy like Forza. The gameplay is fantastic, the graphics and details are stunning. If your a fan of GT this game doesn't disappoint.

    The last time I played GT was on PS2 I think? I remember really enjoying it playing with friends. Since I was able to snag a PS5 I wanted to give it a try. I've been playing for about 5 hours and loving it so far. I was worried about needing to be online in order to play but I haven't had any issues yet.

    The game ist just perfect. Graphics are incredible, its a lot of fun and everything is just on point. The new update just dropped and they fixed EVERYTHING and people are getting up to 50+ mio Credits because of the Tracks they did before the update. The rewards are now fantastic. BUY IT, PLAY IT, ENJOY IT!! Greetingz

    But for me even before that it was greatest racing game ever created. The attention to detail on cars is just breathtaking. No other game offered such a details and love towards cars and car culture! I am really shocked.... Every car sounds good, some worse some better but in general, sounds are great in this game. Sounds of turbo, superchargers. exhaust pops, antilag, wind, transmission.... Just wow... Also every aftermarket exhaust and collectors change the sound note of your car.. Things like rear wheel steering in for ex.GT3 RS are there and they work.
    Every nut and bold, also the chassis, is modeled to the maximum level of detail currently available on consoles. They also went so deep and recreated realistic car paints with corresponding names.
    Another amazing thing is that cars spit fire from exhaust in a very realistic way (It was never done before!)
    Tracks are also really good with some exceptions. But details of tracks and whole lighting/weather is just new quality.

    Of course this game has some flaws, but. to me this attention to detail, today, in this world full of mediocrity, is just simply unheard of . That's why it deserves a 10.

    There was a time that I liked also Forza games ( till Motorsport 4) until they became " fortnite like " games for kids or just for people without any passion towards cars In new forza titles you are constantly bombarded with prizes and free cars, you get money for nothing, and you start with supercars, so you loose all the feeling of progression from very beginning of game. On some cars IN FORZA they just copy and paste sounds from car to car, whereas on GT7 they treat every car individually. Also in a lot of cars in forza they JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT CAR DESIGN, what I mean by that: take Mercedes AMG GT. In forza they just copy front rims and paste them as rear rims. And in reality Front and rear rims on this car have different depth and geometry. Because of things like that, they show they don't care. All they want is to fill your mouth with low quality car models, no details, illusion of good graphics and constant prizes and money for pressing one button ... Forza kind of simulates socialism xD You get money for breathing.

    That's why Gran Turismo 7 and PD in general is so precious and so good. Because they show THEY CARE about car culture, car design, and car enthusiast. I don't care about microtransactions. If you are stupid you will end up buying digital cars in a game. That's it.

    With any new game nowadays, Gran Turismo 7 had a rocky start. The gameplay was more than what was asked for, but greed always likes to show its ugly face. Of course everyone was upset about the predatory micro transactions along with the subpar payouts from each race… but that was then. This is now.     Listen a lot of people were complaining about the game when it first came out and we had a problem with the update at the time. I think we've all moved past that. It's time to give this game the credit it deserves because it is so much fun and there's so much to do and it's endless to the possibilities

You get a whopping 47.000.000 Credits just for completing the Circuit Experiences. 'Nuff said.     Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
