    Well i do like that game, and it's a good game, but The greed can't be justify, plus on my end there is a weird bug that causes a Square artifact to be on my monitor.!

    But this is just a other game being ruined by greedy developer, and unnecessary DRM in a single player game.     I'm not jumping on the bandwagon but this game is such a huge disappointment.
    After what seems like an age what has been delivered to us is a half-baked excuse for microtransactions.
    After completing the single player game in 2 days you're left wondering what's left.
    I regret adorning £70 on my pre-order.

    Imagine paying full price for a game to only get a fraction of it's content. I thought I was enjoying the game but I've just been farming for credits for hours and realised that's not fun at all. The mclaren f1 is on sale for 17 million credits and I've only managed to accumulate 1.5 million in a weekend of grinding.

    Honestly I wish I could get a refund. The new update completely ruined the game. It’s super hard to get credits, unavailable for 24+ hours at a time, and generally unplayable cuz you won’t gain any credits to buy cars smh so sad this game really lost its appeal it’s a trap buyer beware

The rotating Legends shop and invitation-only purchases for some cars are manipulatively designed to increase FOMO and drive microtransactions. Car prices are inflated compared to previous titles, and payouts for race wins are much lower. Also, the game is largely unplayable at the current time for maintenance that was meant to take 2 hours tops. spoiler alert, its taken over 24 hours now. The fact that its an online game makes it completelyGame looks incredible but the gameplay aspect is terrible.     Después de reservarlo y jugar horas puedo decir que durante su primera semana el juego fue una decepción todo es totalmente caro y difícil de conseguir , sus gráficos dejan ya su realismo en choques etc


    Tras la actualización de hace unos días todo empeoró y ahora ya es totalmente imposible pensar en ahorrar para un auto

The content is completely locked down for any casual user. There's nothing to do but repetitive grinding. And now with the latest updates PD is trying to punish players for trying to access the content the only way we know how. Instead of making it easier to enjoy a variety of cars and tracks like they claim they want for us, PD made it harder and sucked all the enjoyment out of the game.

    Stop monitoring my in game activities and give me the game I paid a premium for that works offline. Give me the single player experience you advertised so I can get good first and then transition to online races.

    Public statements of positive intent are meaningless... Action in the form of game updates that make the game playable are the only thing that will get me to reconsider PD as a company I want to support.

    Right now the game is not worth my time and it's going on the back shelf since I can't return it. I highly recommend people skip this game and if you already purchased it please voice your opinions!    … Expand

GT prides itself on being THE driving sim, yet there are literally ZERO physics in this game. How does a sim have no physics? Then you start thinking about the games economy with ridiculous mtx that wereThis game feels like development focused ENTIRELY on the cars.     Me gustaria decir que el juego es increible porque la verdad me ha gustado, la jugabilidad es buena pero solo hasta eso. Este juego es un gran tributo a los fans del mundo del automovilismo y es muy bueno para las personas que les gusta la simulación. Ya lo probé en una ps4 y tambien en el ps5, el juego se ve identico en ambas consolas, no existe una simulacion real del mundo que rodea aMe gustaria decir que el juego es increible porque la verdad me ha gustado, la jugabilidad es buena pero solo hasta eso. Este juego es un gran tributo a los fans del mundo del automovilismo y es muy bueno para las personas que les gusta la simulación. The payouts from races are absolutely appalling and have just been made worse so earning credits is a woefully slow painful grindy and unpleasant experience (oh and its also CAPPED at 20million). But dont worry they have made sure to get the MICROTRANSATIONs in place and you can buy as many of those as you want without that pesky cap of 20million for earned credits. They have utterly ruined the hype I had for the game and the franchise. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!!

    Story is wayyyy too short and grinding for 10 laps for 50k is absolute rubbish when the car you want is three million! 90 quid for the deluxe paid and now I have to pay 30 quid to get 4 million credits to buy a car I can't use if the servers go down. Hang your heads in shame PD you're scumbags!

    It's a shame too because at its core this is a well designed racing game unfortunately ruined by greed. People buy racing games so that they can drive cars that they'd never be able to afford in their lifetime. By making your game this grindy, you're pulling that fantasy away from them.     The game's quite good, but gets a 0 by default for its frustrating always online requirement that blatantly serves no purpose other than DRM for the microtransactions. I'll be keeping a very close eye on GT Sport, and if they shut down those servers without patching that game to function offline, I'll be immediately selling my copy of GT7 while it still has some value other than as a coaster.

Reducing race rewards when it was already hard enough to earn credits in the first place is laughable and hypocritical. Like others are saying, you literally have to grind the same races for days or buy over $100 worth of credits just to buy ONE CAR!!! This is completely unacceptable and a huge slap in the face for GT fans and casual gamers who have lives outside of the game and just want to get on and hop into a race. Not only did they reduce the rewards, but the roulette ticket system was already cheap and rigged, and car invitations are very time-sensitive which can create FOMO. Polyphony won't admit it, as we've already seen in Kaz's weak *** apology, but the fact is they are just another GREEDY CORPORATION looking to MAXIMIZE PROFITS by PUSHING MICROTRANSACTIONS that aren't even worth much at all. Thanks capitalism!

    Another huge issue with this game is that it is almost 100% unplayable offline. You cannot advance in story mode or do any missions or license tests which is absolutely ridiculous, because most of the modes in this game are NOT online multiplayer. Not only is this a problem when players want to play during maintenance, but this is another huge slap in the face to players who may not have or lose access to an internet connection.

    Polyphony Digital you have embarrassed yourselves by going against everything we thought you believed in. You wanted to bring new players into the GT series and make it fun and accessible for everyone, yet your product shows that you have done the exact opposite. You never really cared about the players. You only care about profits. Even though the graphics and physics in this game are amazing, you have done everything to push old and new players away, making this game completely unplayable. We will not accept your BS and will continue to fight for what is right for the community.

    Game play to short. After finishing menu books there is no challenge. Achieving legendery cars is a boring proces due to pay out rates and no significant challenges. Only way is to follow mtx path to purchase cars... (one legendary car is approx usd 40 via mtx)

The music is terrible this time around featuring some midi quality sound made on a garbage casio that isn't anything without wesley willis. Polyphony can suck pandas spermy nutsack.oh yeah microtransactions. Iwould just snap the disc but i might get something back on ebay.

    5 years on GTSport with a no Fair colision system and in the First week of Gt7 they patched our money Race(farming) it's not Fair. The car setup on sport mode in gt7 is ALL messed up. No Fair races.And I have to mention the microtransaction mode , to expensive.

The microtransactions! i’m so fed up with, especially after patching and nerfing the payouts! how are we suppose to buy these limited cars if we can’t even spend 6 hours just to grind for 2 million credits, 18.5 million for a mclaren, while yes i get they are trying to be realistic, but you might as well make the payouts realistic, i know damn well a racer who preforms in gr3 classes doesn’t get paid 5000 for 1st place. and don’t even get me started on the roulette tickets. absolutely rigged and you can’t do ANYTHING about it, you cant close the application and spin again in hopes give you a better item, no because the chances of you getting what you want in that roulette ticket, is the same chance of winning the damn lottery, payouts in the roulettes are ridiculous as well, 2000 credits for 1 stars most of the time, 5000 in the two stars, 3 and 4 stars should be giving you parts considering tuning is pretty expensive and it would atleast be nice to get a part for a car you OWN instead of a 1.8 million dollar car which you need to buy to apply the parts for. and my experience with the roulette have been frustrating, on my main account i got nothing but one or two gold bars (100k each) a ton of coins, and an invitation, i passed so many engine swaps it was so frustrating. in hopes to an engine swap, i made another account, spent two whole days grinding the game out, finishing, only to get the same thing in roulettes, only exception was getting one carbon drive shaft… i hope PD sees these critics and heavily changes their game, if they don’t then the game is only going downhill from here.… Expand

The whole credits issue- it's slightly annoying but that really can't spoil the entire game. This game is speculated to last the next 6-7 years, essentially until the next mainstream PlayStation is to release so there should be lots of content for players to get through, and right now, that is the case. The game is slightly limited when you first start off, but once you're on your way it only gets more fun. This is from someone who got into Gran Turismo only at the launch of GTS, so maybe I'm not entirely correct, but still this is a game worth playing. It's still in infancy too, so there’s still lots yet to see.… Expand

    Impossible to earn credits and you have to upgrade parts in most vehicles to make any race viable otherwise yours took castings no chance making it to 1st in 3 short laps when you start in last position every campaign race. And they announced they're making it harder to earn credits and raising the price of the vehicles even more than its predecessor Gosport.

    Tengo la ps5 y las series x/s y siendo honesto termine forza Horizon 5 y le invertí más 72 horas y no me aburrió y los gráficos no me dejaron con mal sabor de boca, además no pague ni un pedo adicional por jugar el forza en estreno y sin embargo con gran turismo 7 me bastaron 20 horas para aburrirme de los circuitos cortos y el abuso de las microtransacciones.

Imagine my surprise when I paid $90 to pre-order the 25th anniversary edition of GT7, foolishly expecting I'd receive a work of art I could fall in love with all over again like the earlier versions, only to discover that it's now nothing more than a thinly veiled con to swindle unsuspecting, avid fans and supporters out of their hard earned cash. I'm not sure if it's PD or Sony that's ruined this game for me and countless others, but you should ask be ashamed.

    You didn't even have to try for us to have loved GT7. We all wanted to love IT. You just had to do the absolute minimum. Instead you went out of your way to lure us in with trailers and hype and scooped us all up in your net of lies.

    Nerfing the payout for races to kill the grind, LYING about being able to sell our cars, even doubles and triples of the same car, creating fake scarcity for car supply to induce fomo, the god awful gacha roulette which doesn't even pretend to be remotely randomized...all for what? That's right, to see how many people say "screw it, I really want this $20 mill credit Ferrari and don't want to complete 400 races to buy it, let me get my credit card." Because getting $70+ from each of us wasn't enough. And thanks to your forced always online game mechanic, which serves literally no purpose, I got to spend my one day off this week staring at a black screen informing me your servers are down. I'm assuming you're beefing them up for the influx of chash deposits your expecting after update 1.07.

    To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. To say I'll ever buy another Gran Turismo game ever again would be a lie. I hope it was worth it. Good luck s̵t̵e̵a̵l̵i̵n̵g̵ making a ton of money from this one.    … Expand

Another extreme is the handling while going through elevation changes, you can really feel the suspension of the vehicle getting harder or softer when cornering while uphill or downhill. The drastic changes in handling during extreme environment conditions such as rain is very tough and you can feel the fight with the poor grip. The attention to detail is fantastic, for example on a sunny morning track with recent rain, naturally the asphalt dries faster in the sun, so the side of the road that is still in the shade has wet asphalt and worse grip, it’s insane. The dynamic weather and time changes are fantastic. The World Mode menu system was overhyped, it really is just a new presentation of the same menu you would expect. It’s fine, but I find it odd that the based a lot of the hype around this menu system. It almost feels like they added menus and dialogue which take longer for you to actually get into races.

    The graphics are stunning, as expected. I personally preferred the ray tracing mode for this game, because the game automatically shows you a replay after you complete your race, and it’s definitely noticeable in the replays. The sound design actually made a bigger impact than I thought - some vehicles are loud and roaring in the cockpit view, while some of the other vehicles are less loud but you can hear the wind resistance and gravel hitting the underneath of the vehicle more clearly. I wasn’t really thinking of the sound design going into the next generation of sim games, but the acoustics of sound bouncing off of surfaces in tunnels and against tall walls makes a huge difference in the replays. Otherwise the sounds are a relatively forgettable soundtrack and the same sound effects you remember from the other GT games.

    For racing sim fans, this is the ultimate package, and it reaches new levels of realism. With that being said, I would love to see the GT team take a shot at something new next time. I really like the idea of a full fledged rally game. Imagine racing through heavily wooded areas in a snow storm with the realism of Gran Turismo.

    Now to comment on what everyone else is whining about. I don’t like the always online, but it doesn’t bother me. I don’t like the the micro transactions, but it doesn’t bother me. The game really increases with the grinding when you start transitioning from the beginner/sports cars to the super cars, they just become very difficult to attain. It doesn’t ruin the experience, but I just don’t have the time to grind hours for one car to move forward. This doesn’t really begin until around 10 hours into the game. I think this was a terrible move, but it can be easily reversed by just allowing you to sell your extra cars like in any other Gran Turismo game. It lowered my score from an 8 to a 7.    … Expand

    O jogo é incrível, joguei o 1 e 2 na época do PS1, e depois não curti mais nenhum, até agora.
    GT7 está maravilhoso, principalmente no Playstation 5.
    Uma pena a empresa adotar esse sistema de microtransação, mas isso compra quem quer, ninguém é obrigado, jogando de boas aqui já estou com 400k no game, e jogo casualmente.
    Se não fosse isso eu daria nota máxima com certeza.

When a companies only way of getting people to buy their system is with exclusives and they do this with their exclusives it says a ton about the company. Xbox is no saint here either, but every game I have owned on both systems has been better on Xbox by miles. GT7 just lost Sony a customer. This game makes games like Elden Ring that much more special. There is a game that has sold 12 Mil + copies without pay to win, selling me extra skins or any of that other crap, and it’s a fun game that I enjoy playing. Proof you don’t need to assault your customers wallets to be successful.     I based my score because of their greed, this is a $60 game or higher and they want to act like its a free to play game. Credits for two of these cars will cost you what you paid for the game and the multiplayer is nonexistent. I'd love to get a refund but that out of the question.

Tuning requires credits. You can no longer sell cars. Cars aren't rewarded at the end of a championship or cup. That paired with tiny payouts is a clear push to buy MTXs.

    GT games back then weren't trying to reach into your pockets again after you bought the game.

    It's not the grind. It's the principle. People don't like feeling manipulated and conned. They made these Microtransactions more aggressive AFTER the sales and good reviews came in.

    There were bugs and issues (force feedback on the wheel is still broken), and their priority was not fixing that, but nerfing credits.

    A shame as the core gameplay is good, but other areas have been compromised.

    10 years since the last numbered GT. Sony first party studio. And this is their code of conduct? This is what they come up with? I expect this of EA, not PD. People expected better. And i don't blame them.    … Expand

    Easily the best in the series. I'm very impressed with the new AI who will put up a real fight through corners on the harder difficulty now. Improved physics although still on the SImcade side but getting closer to PC sims :) Absolutely stunning graphics especially with the dynamic time and weather systems which were sadly missing in GTSport.     Now with the release of the Mclaren F1 at a price tag of 18.5 Million credits, just further shows how ridiculously low the race payouts are averaging around 5-20k for short races and up to a mere 70k for longer races. Some of us don't have that privilege to sit in-front of a screen for hours at a time to simply grind, which is forcing frustrated players to either quit the game entirely or pay up for the micro transactions, which I will never do. IT IS STILL A VIDEOGAME AT THE END OF THE DAY, we should be able to grind for money in a reasonable timeframe and not seemed forced to pay for 2M and still not have enough for the most expensive cars in the game. Get your **** together Sony/PD. So much for biting the hand that feeds you.… Expand

    So disappointed in polyphony, always been a fan of the GT series.
    I have played a fair few hours of GT7 now and it is VERY obvious there is a theme running through the game, engineered senorios to tempt you to spend real money, microtransactions, even reducing price money in a recent patch, shocking. We have a choice not to pay real money but the principle with a £70 game.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
