    "5,000 Credits" at all level of award tickets are unforgivable, making cars so expensive and hard to earn credits, really WON'T help people to like cars, and player.
    This is not a EA or Activision game OK ??
    "Single Player" mode should be able to play OFF LINE, really, player are not thief or cheater.
    And reduce some race award are also unforgivable.

    1- Requires always online connection with un stables server and most of the time game is no playable. last time server was off for more then 1 day.
    2- You pay USD 70 for he game the USD 40 for each car to purchase.

    No career mode like previous titles, push users towards microtransactions by nerfing rewards, almost non-existent offline mode. 100% would not recommend!

    Been a Gran Turismo gamer for 20 years, always enjoyed the game, always look forward to the next game in the series. GT7 was no different and the quality of the game has been let down by faults at launch, glitches, trophy compatibility issues between PS4 and PS5 versions and worst of all slashing rewards compared to previous GT's. The car values have not changed, but rewards are sometimesBeen a Gran Turismo gamer for 20 years, always enjoyed the game, always look forward to the next game in the series. GT7 was no different and the quality of the game has been let down by faults at launch, glitches, trophy compatibility issues between PS4 and PS5 versions and worst of all slashing rewards compared to previous GT's. The car values have not changed, but rewards are sometimes less than 25% of previous, why? Kaz claims, in his apology for downtime, that he wants everyone to enjoy the cars, how when it would take 10-15 hrs of serious grinding to get enough credits for one of the 20m unicorn cars, that is not enjoyable gameplay. I am more than willing to 'work' for the cars I want, but when you only have 1-2 hours per day for gaming time I ain't spending it on this. It will no doubt be another 5 years before the next GT, but unfortuntaley I won't be waiting in anticipation next time.… Expand

    As much as I love Gran Turismo series and this game, I am really pissed about the need to be connected to internet and those absurd decreases of money payouts. I wanted to play the game, but my internet connection isn't great and basically I cannot do anything in it. I will be returning the game because it's unplayable to me :(

    Je suis un joueur de la première heure sur gran turismo, jadis on achetait le jeu et on pouvait avoir accès à tout le contenu sans histoire de connexion et encore moins d'achat ultérieur.. c'était si simple.. Bon sang nous avons payé le jeu et la console bien assez cher pour pouvoir profiter de tout le    80 euros dépensés et je n'ai même pas la liberté d'y jouer à ma guise.. incroyable.

    Sinon très bonne simulation de conduite, mais pas de course : toujours commencer dernier et cravacher pour remonter des adversaires idiots et ayant 30 secondes d'avance c'est d'un ennui...

    I have been playing Gran Turismo since GT2. I am disgusted and ashamed at how they view thier loyal fans. I have always loved this racing franchise and credit them for my love of motorsport.     Micro transactions worse than in a free to play game. Ridiculous high prices for legendary cars, always requires server connection even for single play, a maintenance downtime of almost 24 hrs, race rewards get reduced after a software update and now you have to grind twice as long.

The “random” spins to win “loot” are heavily heavily weighted, if not “rigged” I have no intention to play any longer until this is addressed and if I could I would return and ask for my money back for this money grabbing scheme

    Just can't justify the outrageous price range yet acting like a free to play plagued with micro-transactions. The always online requirement leads to many issues and just general annoyance when navigating menus, pop ups all the time and everything takes that little bit longer to load. Gameplay is great but it's all ruined by terrible business practices.

    I wanted to try Gran Turismo game for the first time but I stopped playing as I saw how bad economy and microtransactions are in this game. I didn't expect these developers to be so greedy!!!

    Many missions and licenses are extremeply poorly balanced. Some has a time diff of 0.5-1.0 seconds between gold and silver. This requires nano-second precision and is just stupid since none of the events/races requires this kind of precision.

    The AI is cheating. They rocket propell and drive faster during the last lap. Even though you manage to easily overtake them in the first few laps, they magically catch up with you again in the end. Every single race is also a rolling start with you in the last position, and it's built so that you're only meant to take the lead on the last lap.

    The roloutte rewards are a plague. Through the whole campaign I got one single car. The other times I got the worst possible reward EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's basically a spit in the face.

    This game clearly shows that GT is a long dead series. Many other games like Forza Horizon is just so much better.    … Expand

    Been an avid fan since 1997 but lost all respect for the franchise with the choices Kaz made with GT7. Online only and bloated with microtransactions. The spirit of Gran Turismo died with GT7.

PS4 Pro has too much pop in of trackside objects, textures and shadows at a disappointingly short distance. Sometimes horrible jerky transitions in weather. Frame rate drops.     it should be called credit card simulator instead of racing simulator ... thanks to forza motor sport 7 and forza horizon series the ones who have a huge amount of cars and you can get them only through races and in reasonable ways .. and no need to internet connection

Personally I bought GT7 for collectibles, bought the physical special edition, install the game offline and find that I can hardly do anything with it!     Sans poncer le jeu je terminé tout les modes. Maintenant c’est une succession de courses juste pour débloquer des voitures hors de prix Je suis très déçu. A l’époque sur PS2 le contenu était plus important avec le A-Spec Je regrette d’avoir dépensé 60 euros pour ce jeu et surtout d’avoir été obliger de souscrire au psn pour jouer

    Presentation and career overall are the only positive aspects. The physics and FFB are laughable and also no way to configure/alter settings. Visual FOV - again - can not be adapted.
    And then there is the micro transaction issue that tears this title apart.

    I could not be more disappointed with this entry into the series. Have been playing since GT2. This is borderline EA levels of greed and incompetence. Twice now I've gone to play single player and haven't been able too; I don't have time for this. This rolling start, start at back style racing has killed the game for me.     Rating it a 0 after the 1.08 update since the game has now been ruined by unnecessary grinding and immature decisions by Polyphony Digital. Forcing your playerbase towards microtransactions is a very good way to anger your playerbase

    F**** you, developers and publishers. I just finished a boring race, only for my internet to drop out for a second on the PS4 so it didn't save. WHY THE F****do I need online connectivity. Maybe in the year 2050 when internet connections are faultless, but not now!!!!

    Played every gt but this one takes the fu*ing cake. Always online, microtransactions after consumer release and reviewers didnt know, less cars than gt5 and gt6, made earning credits more difficult to push your microtransaction, no offline play when i have physical copy...... just a big fu to fans

    Avoid!! I really can not recommend the game after patch 1.07. The creditsystem in patch 1.06 and previous was correctly balanced. But Polyphony got way too greedy with their latest push for microtransactions ! Also, the servers went down for 32 hours! That means you can’t play the game basicly.
    So my confidence in the Polyphony is gone as well. It takes days/weeks just to acquire just 1    Avoid!! I really can not recommend the game after patch 1.07.     Don’t get me wrong I like to work/grind a bit for a sweet reward, but this is absolutely ridiculous! And even if you would pay those monster prices of microtransactions where is the fun in that? There is no meaning at all as to why you should play the game.
    The games on PS5 are already more expensive, So I returned the game and got my refund. It’s not worth my hard earned cash after patch 1.07. It’s really sad to see. The game was really great before, except for the tyrebug with the dirt tracks. the dirt races physics are not that great in general, but on tarmac, it was amazing, but like I said, It WAS. Avoid until a much more favorable creditsystem is installed!!
    Don’t believe those official reviewers whom get paid to play the game. Of course they will rate the game a 10/10. But a game is much more then amazing graphics alone. Believe the people!    … Expand

    Before update 1.08 it was hard enough to even buy a car. But now it feels impossible to even buy the legends or a Honda. The menu books are cool till you finish them and after the game feels empty like it’s half finished or just rushed out without the rest of the courses and books. And most if not 80% of the cats in game are useless in single player races.

    From the cat-and-mouse rolling starts on every single race to rigged roulette tickets to the cars that cost more than the price of the game that you've already paid full price for (and require insane amounts of time to grind for, which they've just made even harder), this game is a soulless cash grab. The always online requirement is just the cherry on top.

Also why make it so difficult to unlock legendary cars just so you can force players to pay in cash to unlock them?

    No full-priced single player video game should *ever* have micro/macro transactions or any sort of always-online requirement that prevents the player from accessing any single-player elements.

    Got this game at launch. I was excited to get started, then I had to wait through an unskippable 20 minute movie. Then, I had to drive an old car to music on a path to nowhere with no real explanation as to why before I could get started. The campaign mode started fine, but went downhill. I did it, though, looking forward to unlocking more enjoyable cars, equipment, etc. this morning, I discovered the game creator has decided that it was to easy to make money on those few races, and would rather us purchase in game currency with real currency, instead. He halved the prize money on those races, leaving me to either A) pay more money for a game I already spent a lot on, or B) do literally twice as many of the “grind” races to unlock what I need for the fun races. Dumb. The roulette spins are a big enough waste of time I think I’ll just let them expire rather than waste time pushing “X” 15 times in their menu. Every. Single. Time. I’ll either win the smallest (COMICALLY SMALL) monetary prize, or I’ll win a random part for a vehicle I’ll never, ever be able to afford to purchase. Today I won a stage 5 lightening kit for a 3 million dollar Ferrari. Absolutely useless to me.… Expand

    Phenomenal game. It’s everything I ever expected and more. There are a few bugs I’ve noticed here and there, but nothing that prevents playtime & never interferes with the experience. It’s kept me absolutely glued to my TV since launch. As a car enthusiast, I appreciate everything about this game. Thank you to Kazunori Yamauchi for creating this masterpiece.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
