    I accidentally became a huge fan of the first game after I realized I replayed it three times. 20 hour DLC included. When the first one came out, there were problems. Each time I came back it was twice as good as the previous time. Dying Light 2 has bugs, but that's it. I love everything about the game already, 15 hours in. It's SO...ambitious. From what I played, they nailed about 85%I accidentally became a huge fan of the first game after I realized I replayed it three times. 20 hour DLC included. When the first one came out, there were problems. Each time I came back it was twice as good as the previous time. Dying Light 2 has bugs, but that's it. I love everything about the game already, 15 hours in. It's SO...ambitious. From what I played, they nailed about 85% of what they were trying to go for. I can look past all the bugs besides one. I can't sell any weapons or armor. Well some, but not all of them. I've sold maybe 20 and have 30+ waiting for the menu to register their existence. But thats it! Everything else has been amazing. I know they'll add on a HUGE dlc like last time (specially since they already announced it) and more improvments along the way. I wish it would get a re-review by all the big reviewing publishers in about 6 months.… Expand

    Great game, with good storytelling and equally great side quests, noticed a few bugs, but not significant, rather funny.

    Se nota el trabajo en el diseño y la ambientación de los escenarios pero los npc y zombies carecen de calidad , cumple con entretener, pero la historia es floja, la música y el ruido de los zombies es buena pero la interpretación y diálogos de los npc es aburrido y soso, y sigue siendo un combate monótono

    Really good game the only bad thing is the ragdolls not being as fun as in the first game but i've heard they're fixing it

    The story is bored and stupid. Side Quests - it's trash like "Found for me banana and go away". Horrible optimisation. On my RTX 2070 and Ryzen 5 5600x I have drop fps from 60 to 11 fps in FHD with mid-high settings with DLSS Perfomance.

    But Open World and Parkour very nice

    Was waiting on this sequel since I loved the first one which seemed to come out of nowhere last console generation. Definitely a hidden gem.

Suffers some of the usual open world game design fatigue like many other open world games, however I’ve been playing since release for hours at a time and been having a blast exploring this new playground.

    Sorry to see there is now PVP in this one, (took a point off for that) but hopefully that’s coming in a future update. Game looks great on PS5, in performance mode (60 FPS).

    Have yet to come across any bugs that I can tell, nor anything that has stopped my progression in game.

    9/10 would pay full price again!!    … Expand

    A great game, with impressive technical solutions.
    The story is not the best in the industry, but it gets you involved to some extent. The gameplay, on the hand is satisfying, solid and fun.

    Outstanding game on PC, 1080p with 120 fps with a 3070 looks incredible, great story and gameplay and progression, don't listen to the losers on console crying

    The game has a very intriguing opening and very good world-building that got me invested in what was happening. Dealing with the infected especially at night remains a fun experience just like in the first game. The parkour is absolutely fabulous and feels so fun to just jump from roof to roof or use any assortment of traversal mechanics. The design of Villedor is amazing and feels    Pros-

The parkour is absolutely fabulous and feels so fun to just jump from roof to roof or use any assortment of traversal mechanics. The design of Villedor is amazing and feels very lived in, The choice and consequence mechanic they used in marketing is so well done and thought out and makes me more invested in the story. The choices you make have an impact on the world you are playing in and you can definitely feel it.

    Cons-
    Sometimes the writing in the story feels a bit clumsy and can take away from serious moments. The voice acting outside of the main cast is a hit or miss and ruins the sense of immersion. The skill tree and leveling up system in the game feels a bit unbalanced especially early on in the game (like locking off wall-running or other skills that should have been part of the basic move-set). I also experienced some bugs and a few crashes but nothing game breaking.

    Conclusion-
    The sheer ambition that Techland was going for in Dying Light 2 is something that needs to be praised. This game is gorgeous and is a blast to play. I have so much fun just running around Villedor and taking out infected and other bandits, The story is a bit hit or miss and sometimes the bad writing can let down an otherwise impactful scene but I had so much fun playing the game I can't say it was a deal breaker. If you loved the original then you will love this one and even if you didn't there is so much fun to be had here    … Expand

    В сравнении с прошлогодними релизами 1080p/60fps на новых консолях выглядит как шутка, неужели так сложно было сделать хотябы 2k/60fps??

    Game is soo good story is good combat is so goddamn fantastic and fun parkour. I really dont need talk about parkour because the parkour is a freaking masterpiece

    Around 8 hours in, and I can already say this game is everything I wanted from a sequel to Dying Light 2. Awesome parkour, fun combat, great music and a great explorable environment. I can't wait to see what the rest of the game has in store!

    Compared to the first part it's way to easy and the nights and the whole athmosphere isn't really
    scary like in the first one (nights are not completly dark for example). Too many reused assets all over the town, same random dialouges when walking through the city. Game got more of a FarCry 4 vibe now (conquering windmills etc.) In    Great enhancements in most parts of the game.

    In Total it's too much RPG for me now (healthbars of Zombies, Equipment with bonuses etc.)

    STILL:
    Story and characters are solid, gameplay, parcour is way better than the first one and a lot of fun.

    have only played a few hours so far, might get boring after playing it for too long (same stuff to do on the map over and over again).

    Gonna update my review if it's getting too boring haha

    Another solid entry in the Dying Light series. It improves on almost all aspects of its predecessor without revolutionising anything. If you liked DL1 you'll love Dying Light 2. I believe that some of the small issues as well as 1080p resolution on new generation of consoles take the score down a notch. 8/10 seems fair to me.

    This game is incredible. The soundtrack, the graphics, the gameplay, it is all there. There is so much to do and explore. The multiplayer is also a blast. I recommend picking up this game for sure.

    This game outperforms the last in almost every aspect.

    Dying Light 2: Stay Human looks more like a DLC to the first game than a whole new one. This does not mean it is a bad game, but it is not one that you should rush to buy. It looks and feels like you are playing the same Dying Light from years ago, and despite the storytelling being solid and entertaining, it is not enough to justify buying it right now.

    Delivering a huge improvement on the first title, but lacking with new features, Dying Light 2 Stay Human is quite fun, brutal, rewarding and a game of exceptional quality when it comes to the open world. Minor issues still exist here, but Techland successfully manages to live up to the hype surrounding the game.
