    I’m changing my original review because this game has grown on me and deserves much more credit. I loved the first game, which time has proven to be a classic hit. The original game released to mixed reviews and landed in the 70s on metacritic. Dying Light 2 continues to surprise me at almost every turn. There is much more beneath the surface than what it seems. Yes, there are some bugs,I’m changing my original review because this game has grown on me and deserves much more credit. Yes, the game should perform a little better and at a higher resolution, but that could be improved as well. The game has great parkour mechanics and combat action. When you run and jump, a high pass filter is applied to the music. The 3D audio is pretty damn good, and the art style is definitely unique. I’m enjoying the game and looking forward to improvements in upcoming patches. … Expand

    Giving it a 10 because everyone is review bombing because no Italian. Would really be an 8.5 because of the story is a lacklustre at times. Graphics are really good on ps5 don’t know why everyone is **** about the graphics I mean have you looked at halo? Now that’s some **** graphics

    There was really nothing wrong with DL2. Could it have benefited from Avellone's writing chops? Yes. But, he killed that option himself by not Staying Human. Anyway, the story is sufficient. It's no marvel of skill, but more than adequate, and with an eye towards a big fun, if cliched adventure. Pacing was excellent.

    The actual quests all made sense, and side quests were sensible.    There was really nothing wrong with DL2. Could it have benefited from Avellone's writing chops? Yes.     The actual quests all made sense, and side quests were sensible. Gameplay though? Gameplay was on point. Parkour was awesome, drop kicks were as hilarious as expected, and the parry riposte system was perfect. Weapon selections were cool. City design was also great, and factions, while not as vast as were planned with Avellone, definitely had an impact on the city and the gameplay.

    Graphics and audio were also on point. No complaints there either.

    Was it as gritty and no nonsense as the first game? No. Was it better from a parkour standpoint? Yes. Plus the gliders were really cool as well, and combat was equitable. From my perspective, listening to reviewers jaded about the lack of Avellone is a mistake. At least at this point in the game's life, it is unquestionably an excellent experience. I'd really look at reviewers trophy counts/gametime before giving them any traction. The review bombing on this title was definitely in play.     Took about 45 hours for me to complete the game on normal difficulty with a fair amount of side quests complete. Double my gametime if you intend to complete everything. There's a lot to do and it never gets boring.    … Expand

    Oby inne firmy również poszły droga Techlandu i przestały dodawać ten śmieszny język makaroniarzy do swoich produkcji

    Awesome game on many levels! Very interesting story. Good graphic and fun parkour. There are some bugs but I'm sure that next patch will fix it.

    Za brak włoskiego Dubbingu 11/10, ale niestety -1/10 za zabezpieczenie Denuvo. Ostatecznie i tak wyszedł dobry wynik.

    Bardzo dobra gra, widać że sie postarali. Co prawda nie grałem ale sam wynik starań widać po tym, że nie dodali włoskiego dubbingu. Wiadomo są pewne przeoczenia jak włoskie napisy ale pewnie zostanie to naprawione w którejś aktualizacji. + Polska gra

    Świetna gra, niesamowita fabuła oraz grafika. Śmiało można powiedzieć iż gra przebiła oczekiwania fanów którzy czekali już na tą produkcję 7 lat. Wszystko co było do lekkiej poprawy w jedynce zostało nie tyle co poprawione lecz ulepszone a ogrywając dying lighta 2 nie doświadczycie momentów w których gra wam się znudzi. Warto było czekać te 7 lat. Polecam !

    So yep, I don't have played this game, why I'm even writing a 10/10 review? Only to say that this childish situation must stop. I'm Italian and i don't f*cking care if the Italian dub is not in the game, the game is localized in italian (and some idiots compatriots of mine have written that it is not even localized in italian), i prefer some f*cking subtitles in my language that none.     Dying light 2 builds on what the first game did well. The combat is fun. The parkour is fluid and the world is diverse. The story is pretty predictable as it was in the 1st game but it makes up for it with gameplay. There are some frame issues in the city and the quality of the current generation games isnt what i had hoped for but im holding outbthat these will be addressed in future patches.

    Fantastic sequel - I prefer the nighttime mode/new mechanics, yes it isn't nearly as scary as the first, but I like how you can decide to have a chase or not. Just being in the world is fun, and as other reviews have said - you rarely use fast travel (fun to open up that mechanic though), with just moving around upgrading your parkour skill tree. Based on DL1 and Techlands press releases - support will be good with ongoing contents drops. The only shame is I bought for PS5, but my mate has it on Series X! I had a blast going around the map and finding collectables and just clearing zones. Not having Italian voiceovers is NOT enough of a reason to give the game a zero out of 10. By that logic, we shouldA very solid overall game.     No clue how or why this game is being review bombed. It's got 5 years of scheduled content and the gameplay is some of the most satisfying in all of video games. I do agree the story and characters could use some work but in every aspect this game improves upon an already great experience in dying light and I can't wait to see what the future holds.

    Zakup na Playstation 5 . Grałem w pierwsza część i świetnie się bawiłem przechodząc raz sam i potem po raz drugi ze znajomym. Czuje, że z tą też tak będzie, bo im dalej w las bawię się coraz lepiej. Szkoda, że twórcy nie pokusili się, o dodanie wsparcia hdr dla PlayStation. Grafika na PlayStation 5 wygląda jak na PlayStation 4 i za to Techland by się wstydził. Nie rozumie po co zostałyZakup na Playstation 5 . The Traversal is expanded, with a much wider variety of Parkour Moves, Parkour Equipment and Parkour Objects. The Open World is more detailed, with a more profound    Dying Light 2 improves on Dying Light 1 in every single way.

    The Combat is deeper, with different styles of Weapon Mods, a wide variety of Tactical and Offensive Equipment and more choices for Parkour-based Attacks.

    The Traversal is expanded, with a much wider variety of Parkour Moves, Parkour Equipment and Parkour Objects.

    The Open World is more detailed, with a more profound difference between the Day and Night and a wide variety of Looting, Questing and Combat Opportunities.

    But Techland didn't just stop there. Along with every aspect of Dying Light 1 being improved upon, Techland have also added a plethora of new Mechanics to Dying Light 2, including new Enemy Types,
    a new Faction System, a new Infection System and a choice-based Story that is actually interesting.

    Overall, and I wouldn't usually do this, I have to award Dying Light 2 a perfect 10/10 Score. As the Sequel to one of my all time favourite Video Games, Dying Light 2 improves upon the original in every single way and as a result absolutely deserves my recommendation to anyone who loved the Original.

I found the side mission, main story, mechanics, updated graphics, and environment compelling. I loved the main protagonist and found all the characters in the game interesting.     Jak dla mnie gra super, fabuła wciąga, parkour jest mega przyjemny. Walka również na plus. Jest kilka bugów, to fakt ale można przymknąć na nie oko, ponieważ nie ma włoskiego ;) I za to dodaje do 10/10. Tak to bym dał 9 :p

    THIS game is one of the best what I have played.
    1. Amazing and long story mode, it teaches us to make right choices.
    2. parkur and gameplay are full of interesting features.
    3. many interesting said quests.
    4. great chapters with personal story.
    5. beautiful open world.

The gameplay is engaging, the story is interesting, and future patches and DLC could easily fix graphics and replayability, taking this game’s rating up to at least 8. Absolutely worth picking up and putting in 100 hours or more.

    Graphics: 6/10
    Dying Light 2 has some decent overall graphics. Scenery is detailed and pretty, NPCs are realistic enough for a cross-gen game, and combat effects are decent. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of graphics bugs like shaking items, pop-ins, and clip-throughs on release 1.005
    Gameplay: 9/10
    Great, smooth parkour style combat and world traversal. Getting around the city is addictive to the point of distracting and I found myself spending a lot of time just running, jumping, and flying around. Combat can be a tad repetitive if you are not using your different abilities, but just mix it up a bit. Story was interesting and engaging with good voice acting.
    Play factor: 8/10
    Easy to just spend hours exploring or side-questing. The main story is long and interesting, but the side stuff can keep you busy for hundreds of hours. Traversing the city is really fun, and I spent hours just running around.
    Sound: 9/10
    The soundtrack was really well done. The music fit and enhanced the mood perfectly. The voice acting was pretty good, with Rosario Dawson stealing the show. Sound effects were well implemented, and I encountered very few or no sound bugs that I realized.
    Replayability: 6/10
    Dying Light 2 would seriously benefit from a “New Game +” mode. It has really addictive gameplay, but Techland needs to give players a reason to come back for more if they want it to be more than a “one-and-done” game. Beyond mopping up trophies and side-quests in post-game, not much to bring players back.

    Note: You DO NOT need to play the first game.

    Everything feels good, the story is good, but the ending of the story is a little lackluster but it will definitely be leading up to something great with the DLC.

    Pozatym gra jest świetna a w coopie z ekipa nabiera jeszcze wiekszego klimatu i frajdy z rozgrywki.

    Seriously impressed! I know the game skipped some languages and people are pissed about it but that will be fixed. Other than that this game is smooth, runs great on pc, and after 40 hour’s I’m still playing it. Techland really put the gamers first, unlike most studio’s these day’s. Can’t wait for som dlc’s. (Only complaint is it favors nvidia and I use AMD)

    Gameplay: Hands down the most **fun** I've had in an open world game since...    Open world games have gotten incredibly stale over the past decade--everyone knows it.     Gameplay: Hands down the most **fun** I've had in an open world game since... ever? The traversal/movement system in this game is far and away the new gold standard. Not even games lauded for their traversal, like Spiderman, match the exhilaration that you feel when simply moving from point A to point B in this game. Melee feels incredibly dynamic and kinetic **for a first-person game**. I will say however that in future iterations I would love to see the developers expand the player's stealth toolkit. Considering the obscene degree of mobility and verticality present in this game, I found myself desperately wishing that I could have had more ways to engage human enemies strategically--think tripwires, environmental traps, smoke bombs, etc.

    Writing: I feel like I must be losing my mind, because I keep seeing people talk smack about the writing quality... But the writing is really good? Like, it's no Infinite Jest, sure, but you know that issue in open world games where side quests generally suck? Yeah, that's not a thing here. Nearly every single side quest I've played so far--even short "throwaway" quests--has felt meaningful. Also, be sure to listen to NPCs side conversations when you're walking/running around. It's amazing how much care and attention went into them.

    And oh my god the soundtrack. Absolutely beautiful.

    And the world? C'monnnnn. Have you ever jumped across rooftops in a post-apocalyptic medieval eco-punk city before? Well, now you can!    … Expand

    It's the sequel how it should be.

    The gameplay was perceptibly reworked. Nights in the game now aren't so terrifying.

    The sound design is amazing. I recommend you to play only using headphones.

    A great game, with impressive technical solutions.
    The story is not the best in the industry, but it gets you involved to some extent. The gameplay, on the hand is satisfying, solid and fun.

    My expectations were high and the game still exceeded them for me.

    i'm 29 hours in, and loving it. The soundtrack is awesome and the parkour is satisfying.

    Beautiful game. Not only is it fun but it takes all aspects of the first game and upgrades it. The combat, parkour and music all combine together to make a masterpiece. Although the story is a little dull and there are some (minor) glitches in the game Techland has done an excellent job in maintaining the quality of there games.     A mind Blowing open world !
    Hidden places that you can't reach before a few hours, crafting weapons is a real pleasure.
    I do love this game and the first 15 hours i've spent in.

    Fantastic world! Best map i've played for sure. Story is ok. Characters in this game are something else. The lipsinc is close to perfection and characters details too. Very hard worked title, it shows!! Highly recommend, especially if you liked dying light 1. Navigation in this one feel good af!

    A good game overall, not the best start but the foundation are really good. Let's hope for good updates in the coming weeks. Would advise to wait a couple of month before playing.

    Here's the deal, if you liked dead island or dying light. You'll love this. You can tell the devs put a lot of effort into this game. I haven't run across a bug yet.

    Haven't played the game but this is in response to the numerous "no Italian translation" negative reviews. You know what I do when a game isn't in a language I speak? I just don't play it. Unless Techland promised it and in addition gave you no way to refund your money, then using review bombing for something like this is just sad. Dying light 2 is certainly worth it, if you're looking for a story! fun engaging world, and a feeling of thrill and excitement.     I had my fun with the game, once you level up and master flow of the city and zombies after you. The game gets pretty fun especially in Co-op with the bros and some beers lol. So hive the game a true, it ain't glitch like it was on launch day.

    There are some toppings that should be cooked first before topping a pizza because they won’t cook fully in the oven during the pizza's cooking time. Any raw meat should be fully cooked before adding it as a topping. Also, any vegetables that you don’t want to be raw on the cooked pizza such as onions, peppers, broccoli, or mushrooms should be sautéed first. ++++For non italian dubbing

The verticality of the map, the size of the map, the dense foliage and vibrant colors of the rooftops compared to the desolate, dark sidewalks and roads on-ground.

You will make decisions that DRASTICALLY impact your playthrough. What's even better is that every side quest is substantial and carries weight. Some even impact your main story!

    Good story, very nice combat and parkour.
    Grapics could be better, quality mode should been with 60fps then the game could been 9/10 but it is a bit repetive with all the climbing. Overall very happy to finishing it.

    Dying Light 2: Stay Human looks more like a DLC to the first game than a whole new one. This does not mean it is a bad game, but it is not one that you should rush to buy. It looks and feels like you are playing the same Dying Light from years ago, and despite the storytelling being solid and entertaining, it is not enough to justify buying it right now.

    Delivering a huge improvement on the first title, but lacking with new features, Dying Light 2 Stay Human is quite fun, brutal, rewarding and a game of exceptional quality when it comes to the open world. Minor issues still exist here, but Techland successfully manages to live up to the hype surrounding the game.
