    Where to even start!!! The game is absolutely brilliant. I’ve been playing games for 21 years now and it’s safe to say this is probably one of my favourite already. I’m addicted!

    The gameplay is so pleasing and flows really nice. I’m really liking team play and the gear system too! Everything is so satisfying. I’d highly recommend everyone to check it out!     My first 'review' only due to game being broken and unplayable if you're unlucky. I wanted so bad to love this, and at it's core, I do. Problem is they must not have even bothered testing it. Glitch after glitch, from missing sound effects, to eyes disappearing, to spinning characters, it's insane... Until finally after sinking about 15 hours into it, the biggest glitch of all, endlessMy first 'review' only due to game being broken and unplayable if you're unlucky.     Absolutely empty, pointless and trash. Games have become so bad these days in releasing this sort of thing for $60. This is like physical proof of how anyone can throw anything together despite it being poor and put it out there for sale. The gaming community or audience needs to become even more apprehensive about purchases than it already is

    Esse jogo tem vários extremos , algumas coisas são muito boas e outras muito ruins , o modo campanha do jogo é bom , ao meu ver ele tem apenas dois problemas , um , ele é muito curto (terminei em oito horas e meia) , dois , a khamala é irritante demais , que menina chata , ela não cala a boca e tá presente em quase todas as missões.

    O enredo no geral é simples , porém eficaz , parece um arco que você veria em um desenho animado.

    Os personagens tão bem caracterizados , eu gostei bastante da química que os vingadores tem , o único personagem que eu não gostei é a khamala , pelos motivos escritos no primeiro parágrafo.

    A gameplay do jogo é boa , porém podia ser melhor , os personagens não são fluidos , e no final do dia você vai ficar masetando um botão só , você vai enjoar da gameplay lá pras doze horas de jogo , variar personagens vai fazer a gameplay manos repetitiva , mas não é uma diferença muito grande já que os personagens jogam da mesma forma , até os combos são iguais , as únicas diferenças são as animações , a velocidade do personagem e os golpes especiais , de resto os personagens jogam de forma igual.

    level , as skil trees dos personagens são bem legais , você tem bastante controle de como você quer que seu personagem seja , nada a reclamar nesse fronte.

    Agora vamos falar da parte ruim do jogo.

    As missões secundarias warzones missions e dropzones , essas são missões extremamente chatas e repetitivas , os objetivos são idiotas , essas missões são a definição de fetch quest , depois de fazer três ou quatro você já vai ficar enjoado é muito ruim.

    O loot é inútil , e completamente pulavel , eu nem sei porque colocaram isso no jogo é extremante simples e bosal , anthem tem loot mais elaborado que esse jogo.

    Bugs , eu jogue no pc e no xbox one base , e o jogo é bugado pra caralho , queda de frames é comum e constante , as telas de carregamento são muito grandes , bugs visuais são comuns , nas minhas 16 horas de jogo eu tive 9 crashes , e é extremamente comum os personagens não renderizarem imediatamente , dai acontece aquele bug do ac unity , aquele que só carrega o cabelo e o olho de personagem.

    Monetização , o jogo parece mobile , o grind pra conseguir desbloquear os cosméticos são insanos , em 16 horas eu cheguei no nível 20 de um dos battle passes , sim um , o jogo tem seis battle passes , cada um exclusivo de um personagem , é muito grind , ou você pode desbloquear tudo com dinheiro é extremamente ridículo , e não é um sistema justo.

    No geral o jogo é bem medíocre , pra cada coisa boa tem uma falha 6/10.    … Expand

    I know this review has no substance but I couldn't in good conscious allow this score to be review bombed while metacritic did nothing about the obviously blatant hate based in zero reality. No properly played game is ever so bad that it deserves a zero, every game has at least one or two minor redeeming qualities.

    I love this game. The story is great and the fighting rewarding, great skill trees and the online mode is like Destiny on steroids. I hope they fix some of the bugs (why wouldn't they) and keep the online part with fresh content as promised! Very happy with this game!

    This game has one of the worst level designs I ever seen in a AAA game. The combat is so boring and repetitive. The boss fights in this game are a joke. There is barely any boss battles, despite being a superhero game. The physics are laughable. The pacing is awful.

    The camera in this game is beyond horrible, making the game tedious.     Like most games that involve trolls from the outside that do not even own the game for some reason they will review bomb it. Having played most of the campaign I can see without a doubt that this and Insominiacs Spiderman are hands down the best Marvel games ever made.

    Love the fact that Square Enix released a Marvel game with such beautiful graphics. The story is immersive and the aesthetics of the AIM enemies are true to the ones in the comics. I was astonished by the fact that this game was dubbed and subbed in other languages. A must buy for any Marvel fan! Can't wait to see more characters added!

It has pretty dry combat with pretty uninspired level design wrapped in looter systems. Just imagine Anthem but with melee.     Was so excited, then the demo came out and I said ehh. Now I've had the game for 3 days now... What's the point of this game? It seems like a cluster of button mashing. All you do is guard areas and survive waves of enemy's gets oils within hours. A polished hollow game. I'd take my money back and wipe my ass before buying again

And if their priority at deterring the community through micro transactions was a goal then I’d say they did pretty well. The graphics aren’t **** but nothing impressive for end of console generation game, and whilst graphics is a pretty weak scrutiny to make you would expect a Triple AAA developer with a PlayStation exclusive backing and the Avenger reputation to make something that could at least compare to Uncharted 3. Overall a ****e experience, the adrenaline induced hype I had when going into this game quickly died down when I realised this game could be finished in less than 10 hours flat, realistically this is just a **** quick grab cash scheme that has went poorly for PlayStation (who have dominated this generation and delivered some of the best exclusives that have ever been released). I do feel sympathy for PlayStation, but I think it just highlights the initiative to digress from multiplayer experiences, which are low in quality calibre and oversaturated, and instead focus on single player experiences only. The moment you bring multiplayer into the mix it begs the question of how good the overall game quality is going to be as it only causes studio resources to be diverted towards lucrative monetary aesthetic items whilst they could otherwise be supplemented to making the game a better more jubilant experience.… Expand

    Ms. Marvel is one of the best things about this amazing game. I find it interesting that some think she is a new character when she's not. Great game-play and a excellent plot. At least as good as Spiderman. Keep em' coming of this quality Marvel!

    I have wanted a marvel game like this since the first time I played spider-man on PS4. So much fun and if they keep adding new storylines with new missions and characters I’ll be playing for years to come! So much fun!

    Im 15 hours in loving everything about this game truly a top tier superhero game. Some of the best gameplay I've seen in a game. Story is fantastic just overall a very fun game especially for any Marvel fan. Don't let the hate ruin this game for you its a blast

    One of the best hero game I've ever played. The level of easter eggs we can find, the attention they put into details, and the amount of skills and history to come, just make me happy about buying this game. It was totally worth it!!!

    But exclusive costumes and characters, lots of bugs, f2p payment model inside a full priced game and uninspired game-as-a-service missions bring it down to 4.

Unfortunately then come the bland open sand boxes littered with inane objectives from, beat up these guys for a chest, or stand in this circle while things attack you. Remember that amazing comic scene where Iron Man and Thor defended a circle for 40 seconds, yeah me neither. The game is very much at odds with it's source material and the game struggles to really set an engaging pace. The flight controls are a mess, the melee combat lacks impact, and the objectives are boring. The story is kind of interesting but you have to wade through a poor game to experience it.     The first 10 minutes of the game is already blocked by a sign up wall where you are bombarded with advertisements and links leading to their shops, from then on I knew that the game was going to lack heart and style. After finishing the beta it was obvious to me that this is just a money grab game and a horrible adaptation to the comic books. The gameplay feels very generic, and I'm a huge fan of button smash games in which you can see where I've put around a thousand hours into Diablo 3; but this game just felt so bland. In the end I never felt like I could create my own unique play style. There is nothing unique about the control scheme in this game. Maybe the final released version will have some things to uncover gameplay style .

    This was my after thought after the beta...

    I say wait for the actual reviews from critics, and see if this is worth it.    … Expand

    An amazing campaign with an amazing fan service!❤️❤️ Loved the campaign story. Have not played the multiplayer yet. Hopefully they will keep on adding new heroes and content in the future

    Skill trees, great looter, fun combat, each character plays very different everything I expected from this game, wat i didnt expect was how good the campaign story wld be it definitely surprised me, I wld of gave a solid 10 if they wld of finished polishing and ironed out the bugs, but its nothing that ruins the experience

This game has an incredible single player story where you play as all 6 characters. I have seen a lot of moaning and dislike to this game due to Ms Marvel (Khamala Khan) honestly she is a great character with a compelling story, she had always been trying to fit into society even before she was inhuman! And the way she acts around the avengers is relatable because everyone would fanboy Captain America!! The endgame content at the moment is enjoyable they definitely need more game modes with different mission structures but other than that this game is incredible.… Expand

    As an even more direct comparison, I'd liken it to Monster Hunter World, as the game-loop is very much the same. You select an area (which essentially is your arena), there's minimal exploring, and the main draw is: fighting/taking out enemies so that you can get better loot, upgrade your skills, and then fight tougher enemies.

    Is the game perfect? No. In particular, the matchmaking (at this time of release at least) takes longer than you'd hope, and there's weird little graphical hiccups here and there (on my OG PS4). But all-in-all I'd easily recommend the game.

    Crystal Dynamics seems really excited to take on the challenge of keeping the game interesting, and they're always asking for player input, which is super refreshing to see.    … Expand

    O jogo começa muito bem em uma forma linear, mas sua qualidade despenca a partir das primeiras missões na Mesa de Guerra, o jogo se torna completamente maçante e com uma narrativa fraca, com mapas cheios de informações na tela, chegando a deixar o jogador tonto...
    O combate é excelente... nas primeira horas...
    Inimigos se resumem apenas a robôs, robôs e robôs genéricos, e são sempre o mesmos que aparecem ao longo da campanha inteira, fora os mesmos 2 tipos de Boss que são reciclados o tempo todo.

    Os objetivos das missões? Geralmente ir do ponto A ao ponto B, matando e matando mais robôs, com alguns “puzzles” simples e porcos pelo caminho apenas para dar uma falsa sensação de diversidade, alem de ter muito grind, tudo é EXTREMAMENTE REPETITIVO.

    O mapas são simples e sem graça, repleto de plataformas flutuando sem sentido, causando uma confusão visual enorme, trazendo uma ambientação tecnológica genérica e o sistema de Gear é desnecessário e raso, tendo que trocar a todo tempo a cada 4 minutos...

    3- EXCLUSIVIDADE SPIDER-MAN

    Gostaria de pontuar um problema que alguns podem julgar como “pequeno”, mas convido-lhes a analisar comigo.

    Práticas de exclusividade em jogos multi-plataforma não devem ser vistas por jogadores como algo “normal” nos dias atuais, pois se trata de práticas ultrapassadas, gananciosas e abusivas, visando apenas lucro das empresas e desrespeitando os fãs. Além de desmotivar completamente a compra do jogo em outras plataformas...

    A Sony ao contrário do que muitos acham, detém apenas os direitos dos filmes do personagem, todo o resto envolvendo Games, HQs, Brinquedos e etc, cabem unicamente a Marvel, real detentora do Cabeça de Teia.
    A exclusividade sem sentido foi anunciada sem aviso ou explicações por parte da desenvolvedora (CD) ou da distribuidora (SE), um dos maiores descasos com os jogadores que presenciei em toda minha vida acompanhando a indústria dos Games, uma completa falta de ética profissional excluir cerca de 60% da Playerbase do jogo, beneficiando apenas a Sony ($$$$).

    Aos que acham besteira toda essa reclamação sobre a exclusividade de um único personagem (é apenas uma DLC eles dizem), eu lhes digo; um jogo ao estilo “Live Service” onde absolutamente TODO conteúdo lançado posteriormente é tão importante quanto o jogo base, trancar um personagem em uma plataforma é LITERALMENTE CORTAR grande conteúdo das outras, tendo em vista que não apenas o mesmo será exclusivo, como também sua missão especial contando com um vilão único.
    além de tudo isso, Spider-Man é o super-herói MAIS popular da Marvel, tentam nos empurrar de que não pretendiam coloca-lo no jogo e então “veio a Sony chegando sem ninguém esperar e propondo o financiamento do personagem”... patético... Apenas vejam como exemplo o LEGO Marvel, Super Heroes 1/2 e Avengers, Marvel vs Capcom Infinity (todos multi plataforma) e também o Ultimate Alliance 3 exclusivo do Switch, o aranha está EM TUDO.
    NÃO ACEITEM ISSO, NÃO ACEITEM MIGALHAS, NÃO APOIEM ESSE TIPO DE PRÁTICA NA INDUSTRIA, POIS SÓ TENDE A PIORAR....

    Fora a exclusividade e otimização porca, nota-se um desrespeito gigantesco com os jogadores de PC.
    Eu nunca me senti tão destratado, apenas por ter escolhido uma plataforma diferente para jogar...

    Marvel Avengers é um jogo medíocre, sem alma e sem amor, feito nas pressas com o objetivo de lucrar o MAXIMO de dinheiro possível, apoiando-se no nome “Vingadores” que é extremamente popular no mundo todo e sugando os fãs o máximo que podem.

    The graphics are pretty good the plot is okay as well but playing the game is super repetitive and it’s pretty much like dodge and hit dodge and hit the and then missions are what makes the game feel as if it’s repetitive but definitely I would atletas say give it a try but the game isn’t that great

Lots of hate for cosmetic optional microtransactions that can all be earned in game and because the first trailer had character models that looked off. Who cares if the gear doesn't change your appearance. It didn't in Marvel Heroes Omega and it won't in Godfall either.     I loved the games combat and story even though it was a bit short however I believe the additional free dlc will make up for it the combat is pretty good and you have 4 pages of skill trees which is neat

A lot of customisation for characters and a good in depth combat system with each that adds variety and makes each character feel unique, I love how I can customise my gear and character to fit my playstyle.     The game is just an excuse to put microtransactions. After spiderman, it would be great to have a game which really takes advantage of its characters, and not just this generic looter shooter

Game was great, just beat it, the story was absolutely engaging (I’m a big marvel fan) and side quests focusing on hulk, black widow, captain America, and etc. repetitive missions is definitely the fault of this game as multiplayer missions can be literally the same mission over and over.     I've only played the campaign so far but I am pleasantly surprised at how good it is. The story, graphics (I'm playing on PC with a 2080 ti) are great! I'm only a couple hours into it but so far, so good!

    This is the worst game I've played since Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5, gameplay is so bad it's frustrating and just not fun. I really wanted this to be good but maybe I'm not enough of a marvel fanboy to enjoy a bad game because I like the characters.

    I loved the story, aside from a few plot points specifically designed to make characters do blatantly stupid things. I would've rather watched the campaign as a movie like Avengers Confidential. Mostly because the game play itself is either buggy or inherently flawed. I'm talking about dodging and evading. It seems to not do a damn thing.

    And then there's getting saddled with an underpowered hero for missions. Those were insanely frustrating. Getting hit 3 or 4 times and put down just became annoying. There WERE side quests to try to boost people but let's talk about those next. They're terrible.

    Waves of enemies, capture the point, whatever. The load times don't justify how short and ultimately pointless they are. Then let's toss in some Destiny style bounties that have no good point to them...and a gear system that doesn't add cosmetics (along with being so totally generic, they are meaningless) and you've got a lot of problems.

    I bought for the campaign. It was at least 13 hours long (would've been 10 I think if some of the systems in the game worked properly). I wish that the game play hadn't tainted the story for me because I was really loving it until I had to struggle bus through their bad systems (jumping and wall running was probably the worst).

    I would return this if I could. I'll likely never load it up again. Regardless of whatever 'plan' they have for keeping it going for years, it won't justify grinding with a game play system that's only a shuffle step above Anthem's horrible setup.

    All around, I say this is a straight do NOT buy. Save yourself from the frustration OR let them work out the bugs they should've been working on since the first closed beta but ignored.    … Expand

    I thought this game was going to be my new Destiny. It is nothing like Destiny, the graphics are ok, but I really wish they'd pony up for the real characters. I also wish the combat was more satisfying. It's a little dull and gets stale remarkably fast.

Why not influence the Arkham games or Spiderman on PS4 and make a fun experience but no, they had to completely do it there own way and they gave us this garbage

But i decided to give it a chance and purchased the digital deluxe edition. I really enjoyed the story mode and some of the character’s combat feel/style. It is honestly an embarrassing experience, the live service is joke to steal player's money. There is no creativity, no interesting story or characters, but there is about 10 minutes of fun buried deep in there somewhere beneath the microtransactions.     I don't understand why so much rage towards this game. The campaign is very nice! I like playing iron man the most. After the first mission I thought that I made a mistake buying the game but I was wrong. It's a solid 9!

    It could’ve been a great single player title. The publisher chose to go down the game as a service path though, and those who prefer to play solo need to tackle run-of-the-mill co-op missions. The multiplayer on the other hand is messy, chaotic and in the long run boring. When the developers manage to fix the most pressing bugs and find a way to bring more variety to co-op, this might become a solid game. Right now, I can only recommend it to the biggest fans of the Avengers. [11/2020, p.26]

    This is the perfect example of "Games as a Service" done right. Marvel's Avengers offers up a superb campaign story to play through that is promised to be expanded on in the future. The gameplay may be repetitive, but it includes just enough to keep players interested and invested in the endgame content that is available now to keep this game going until the next step in its roadmap. The possibilities and potential in the future here are hugely exciting.

    There have been plenty of moments during my time with Marvel's Avengers where I’ve genuinely had a great time. But this game keeps finding ways to drag itself down- at times it almost feels like it goes out of its way to do so. There’s just so much here that I can’t overlook, no matter how hard I may try. An unnecessary and broken loot system, a litany of horrible technical issues, uninspired and one-note mission design, and a story that fails just as much as it succeeds- it doesn’t matter how mindlessly fun the combat is, it isn't enough to overcome such a heavy list of problems.
