    The larger, more tangible improvement comes from picking up the frame rate. Like other boosted ports, the smoother animation at 60fps makes the game better to watch and to play. Combos flow together more smoothly as you pummel robots into shiny, little pieces. And, while I could see some slight differences when I realy scrutinized both versions, you aren't losing any significant detail in performance mode.

    Game is so fun and fresh, not sure why so many hate being thrown at this game? Thanks to gamepass i was able to discover this!

    Cons:
    - One of the worst loot system I ever seen in a Triple A game. I blatantly ignored inventory system, and just pressed LT every once in a while.
    - Side content is literally generic side objectives with trash loot as the reward.
    - Level and enemy design

    This is a rent, just to blaze through the campaign, and literally ignore everything else, then quickly return to get your money back type of game. Gameplay eventually gets old, and gets too button mashy, and side content is more of the same and not worth the extra time. Game clearly had potential. but i think CD focused on GAAS.

    A really good game BUT!!!

    Sound is good too. Sure original lip-sync cast would be great for germany but the actors did a great job.
    I also liked the gameplay besides the not so good loot system.
    But the main factor for the negative score is indeed the exclusive character for sony!
    Spider-Man is an AVENGER!!! How could you sell this essential part of the game to sony?
    I even own a PS5 but I am buying it neither on Xbox nor on PS5 since I am not supporting this at all.    … Expand

It's overall a trash game full of bug's that I wish I could get a refund on and the fact that xbox owners pay the same for less of a game is **** I get that Sony owns the movie rights to spiderman but they don't own the gaming rights or he wouldn't be in fortnite across all platform's,. But he I guess if you want to pay 500$ for a console to play one character on an underwhelming game that could have been potentially great have fun. I don't agree with third party devs telling people to buy one console or the other and it's this bs that's hurting gamers across the board.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It is darn difficult. Don't listen to the guys who say they played it in hard mode coz it's humanly impossible. The easy mode IS the hard mode. Enemies attack at once- both close and long range attacks. 1 bloody missile can severely damage u and all of the Enemies throw missiles. Health is hard to find coz the canisters don't glow. And there's these glowing vents on floors and turrets high up on walls- the game is a severe mess.… Expand
