    With all my heart I love Warcraft 3. And Reforged for me was like a second breath when they announced it. But promises was broken and nothing was implemented. Hereby I put 0 score to Blizzard and not to the Warcraft 3 itself. The game is awesome as it was 10 year's ago. I hope if the players unite and everyone of us will leave the review we can force them to get this beautiful gameWith all my heart I love Warcraft 3.     This isn't Blizzard, this is Activision with Blizzard IP. Now that the official launch has graced us, we know that Reforged was just an embittered move to keep an opportunity like Dota within their grasp. Original Blizzard would have been proud to have fostered a development that added to the culture of gaming, Activision cringes on their bed of money.

    chat can be better but beside that, the game is amazing and fun with friends :D

    I don't know what game the Critics are playing, or if they are under pressure from their companies to leave a good review, but it's evident they haven't play WC3 reforged for more than a few hours, My Review: 1.     I don't know what game the Critics are playing, or if they are under pressure from their companies to leave a good review, but it's evident they haven't play WC3 reforged for more than a few hours,

    My Review:

    1. The game is buggy as hell, from glitches in terrain, to sound turning off and on randomly (ambience for me) and colours sometimes switching or 'sticking'.

    2. The cutscenes we were shown at Blizzard demo's over the past few years, ARE NOTHING like they are in-game. In-game they are clunky and awkward.

    3. FPS issues abundant. I have a high-spec PC and I get FPS issues, it's ridiculous.

    4. UI looks s***.

    5. No new Cinematics as Blizzard promised.

    I''ve been a Blizzard fanboy since I first played WC2 in 1994, it was my first ever game I played (alongside Dune and Lemmings), back when they released WoW, I thought of them as pioneers and visionaries, Activision and the 'Shareholder' culture has infiltrated this once great company like a cancer.

    I hope Blizzard collapses, it'll be a brilliant example of why companies shouldn't ignore the core audiences they've built up over decades, nor treatment like doormats.

    - Graphics (reflections, shadows, ambient, terrain are terrible, models are ok but lack of every other graphic thing excepture the textures and models wich are fine but look dead.)
    - 30hz animation, this is one of the worst things
    - Single core optimization, yeah there is no new optimization, the game run terrible too.

    The game should used the sc2 engine and make a much better wc3 and keep the wc3 TFT look the same but with new battle net things and nothing more, this would be much better for new people and normal people too, when the people look the game say meh and also feel very old because of the 30hz and the single core optimization, the game is a disaster.
    - Tons of bugs and unfinished, they delayed the launch but ????

    That was a really great idea to make Warcraft 3: Reforged, however, now we can see that it is failed. I am very disappointed with the game due to a huge amount of lags, bugs, and lies that Blizzard presented us with the current release. I think that it was a big mistake to make the release with such poor and raw game.

There is problems connecting to a game, where it keep auto kicking and then the game decides you are offline. I play FPS games online on my PC and they run fine, so I know for a fact my internet connection is not the issue, plus it seems like dozens of people in the lobby were experiencing the same problem. Overall I feel sorry to have paid for this game. I used to think Blizzard means polished games but this just feels a bad rip off of WC3 and Frozen Throne.… Expand

Графика очень даже симпатичная, не могу понять тех, кто утверждает, что она хуже чем в оригинале. Новая русская озвучка хороша, вполне в духе WOW и без отсебятины, как это было в старой (с ужасом вспоминаю дворфов с грузинским акцентом). По катсценам да, БлиззардУже несколько дней взахлеб играю. По катсценам да, Близзард не стали делать их так детально как это было в демке про Стратхольм, но тем не менее - новые ракурсы, анимации разговора на самих модельках, а не только в портретах, мелкие анимации, которые вносят разнообразие в катсцены - в целом все выглядит приятно.     I wish this score could have been higher as i grew up loving WC3, but i just can't support a company who blatantly lies and takes advantage of their adoring fans by giving them fake trailers for a game they can't play. If i wanted a reskinned version of the 2003 game, i would have downloaded a texture pack instead of shelling out $60. Very disappointing.

Heck old Warcraft III was better, but we no longer have access to it. As of now ive uninstalled every Blizzard game and their launcer and im not going back.

    Blizzard Support refuses to refund the game and mutes or bans people on the forums who tell people how to properly get refunded. I was lucky and i got my refund atleast.

    Honestly im highly concerned about Diablo 4 after seeing W3:Reforged.
    Wont buy it until i see reviews.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Blizzard promised changes in the campaign. I don't see them, there are only a few exceptions that are not even good. I'm from Russia, our dubbing has been fully changed. Now it suffers from lack of emotions and too much stupid mistakes in syllabic stresses. The voices don't even suit some key characters. So the campaign has no atmosphere, you can't believe in happenning. The graphics are beautiful but Warcraft 3 doesn't need such realistic models, it shouldn't be so detailed. Moreover, some of its parts aren't completed. The game optimization is buried, I have only 20-30 FPS, my laptop is powerful to it though. There are also a lot of bugs in multiplayer, and the original Warcraft 3 is damaged in this terrible situation. Blizzard made the game worse.… Expand

    W3 was my first PC game that introduced me to online play, and I was in love 17 years ago.
    NOW, I actually CRIED when booting into the game and playing the start of the game.
    Blizzard is dead to me.
    I will never buy another of their games.

    I am giving out my own copy, we are also trying to get multiplayer fixed, cuz go to hell battle.net and blizzard. These guys need a horsedick for what I care, I want my childhood back. Imma just name my copy folder, Reforged Dota. At least my copy works. It ain't filled unfinished work or bugs.

    Warcraft III being one of my all-time favourite games, I had pre-ordered Warcraft Reforged, trusting that Blizzard would elevate that original game into modern times with improved graphics, comfort (online) features and whatever else they could think of.

    Sadly, I was proven wrong. While they did indeed "enhance" the graphics from a technical point of view, it does not compare to the    Warcraft III being one of my all-time favourite games, I had pre-ordered Warcraft Reforged, trusting that Blizzard would elevate that original game into modern times with improved graphics, comfort (online) features and whatever else they could think of.

    Sadly, I was proven wrong. While they did indeed "enhance" the graphics from a technical point of view, it does not compare to the overall art style of the original. It seems stitched together with some colours and textures out of place. The menues are lifeless and uncomfortable to use. Even the backgrounds (formerly animated in 3d) are now lifeless, too. More was promised and advertised, but almost none of that can be found in the final product. So far so bland.

    Concerningly, they not only didn't implement an exactly decent amount of features, they also decided to cut features out that had been in the game for almost 2 decades. For example, playing on a local network is no longer supported; neither is there an online ladder; not can you play custom campaign at all, not even the ones you yourself created (back then... those were the days!). So far so sad.

    But they managed to ruin all the fun of one of the best games of all times by introducing countless bugs, ranging from missing objects during the campaign, losing missions at random, creating lobbies will not work most of the times... So far so bad.

    What puts the crown on this disappointing delivery (or rather, the lack of such): with the release of "Reforge" the old, original WCIII turned into a copy of Reforged via an almost 30 GB patch. Meaning: introducing the exact same, numerous bugs. Stripping the beloved and critcally acclaimed classic game of features as mentioned above. And that is the saddest thing to me, personally. Not only did Blizzard screw up the "reforging" of an amazing game, no - they also ruined a timeless classic. Without anybody asking for that.
    While that last point of course does not have anything to do directly with Reforged, it is an issue that goes along with it.

    0,5/10 points.
    Half a point for the speedy refund (less than 24 hours). Rounded down to 0 though because of how they shut down the classic TFT over night. Huge disappointment!    … Expand

    Deforged right there, the remake was doomed the very second they decided to make it compatibile with the classic wc3, they even had some great futures during the beta that they had to remove bcuz they couldn't fix them (f.e. hero glow being separate toggle for all units, instead of being a part of model), lmao

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.
