    Happy they offered a refund , would of prefered the original to this game , seemed like they effectively made the game worse rather than improve it , really hit home for me when they decided to take morale ownership and claim custom games as Blizzard opportunity as greasy way to potentially profit off their customers ideas

    First of all, let me start by saying that this is game is terrible. I have not played it personally, but I have heard from many friends that it's a complete failure. Blizzard, I hope you burn in hell.

    A lot of broken promises in this one. The worse thing however is that they deleted the older (and better) version of the game. Forcing you to Buy the Reforged edition to play Warcraft III. Utterly despicable. Broken game. Broken promises. Do Not Buy This Game

    A very poor attempt to remake one of the best games ever made. A pre-order 14 months in advance with many many false promises in between. Disappointing that such a large company has completely lost touch with its consumer base.

    I fell for the fine promises Blizzard made, cuz i really liked the Warcraft lore and have grown up playing most of the Blizzard games.

    I heard that they finally released the game so i figured i would go streaming the campaign today and at first i kinda liked it since it had new higher poly models that looked alright. But it was quickly starting to lag and was almost unplayable for a bit    I fell for the fine promises Blizzard made, cuz i really liked the Warcraft lore and have grown up playing most of the Blizzard games.

    I heard that they finally released the game so i figured i would go streaming the campaign today and at first i kinda liked it since it had new higher poly models that looked alright. But it was quickly starting to lag and was almost unplayable for a bit so i restarted the game it kept lagging but a little less, but this don't outweigh all the problems i noticed. Such as all portraits got a shimmer over them like protective spells in Elder scrolls Oblivion. Animations are really bad and unit movement is also lagging even when the rest of the game isn't. Most of the things the community didn't like about the initial models they released was never changed. They also copyrighted all custom maps, that also makes me not wanna finish my map i was working on. i will probably end up deleting it.

    After i ended today stream i also went to see what others thought about the finished version of the game. This is also where i found out about the copyrights and decided to create a metacritic account and to show my dislike of Blizzards "finished" product and the way they handle refunds. So i now called for a refund and if they fail to deliver they wont get another dime from me.

    Hopefully they turn this around.    … Expand

    This is the biggest step back in being a remake/remaster since the Silent Hill HD Collection. Overwhelming shame that Blizzard released this falsely advertised husk of an absolute classic.

    Blizzard the company that was once the pinnacle/beacon of gaming are now unfortunately a fading shadow. Once they joined with Activision slowly almost all the Original people started leaving.     It's a shame, it is nothing i have expected. Thought i will hop into this with brand new cinematics and gameplay experience, turned out to be nothing but lies, game is buggy and doesn't work well.

    -Bad menu UI
    -Dated in-game UI -No internal MMR matchmaking -No custom hotkeys in-game -No option to turn off enemy chat through allied/enemy menu/turn off chat in game. I think you still type /ignore in game....in 2020 -No profiles/no losses recorded. -Linked accounts earn the brand new portraits (really dumb).     You can clearly see lack of resources devoted to the development of this game. A year and 3 months and they barely passed the Blizzcon demo. I think they were waiting for model assets from China for the majority of the year. After that, they fixed some bugs and mostly worked on polishing the art.

    I was so excited for this remake, and after what can only be described as an infuriating unmitigated disaster trying to play on launch, I am sad to say I too when through with a refund. I'm not foolish enough to think we will ever get back to the glory days of Blizzard North, but I can hope we can at least get back to polished enjoyable titles and never see this pathetic excuse of a cash grab ever again.

    Very lazy re-imagine of a classic, can't tell what's hitting what, it is unwatchable in competitive scene, bad FPS due to very bad optimization, cut scene has no remake at all, basically lost all the spirit of the WC3TFT

The game is still there, but it has legal restrictions to modding and it has some ridiculous bugs, such as missing 3d models. They promised we were getting a modern UI, improved unit selection, new reforged cutscenes, new cinematics, World of Warcraft integration, new campaign maps and graphics rebuilt from scratch. We didn't get any of those aforementioned features with the exception of the upgraded units graphics but they look horrendous like ifBlizzard turned a critical acclaimed game into a pile of garbage. They promised we were getting a modern UI, improved unit selection, new reforged cutscenes, new cinematics, World of Warcraft integration, new campaign maps and graphics rebuilt from scratch. We didn't get any of those aforementioned features with the exception of the upgraded units graphics but they look horrendous like if some interns with basic knowledge of animation did it. And I'm not even mentioning the bugs and glitches plaguing this game, constant crashes, black screen, campaigns not loading, units not completed, etc. They even broke WC3 classic. This game, as with all their recent decisions, is nothing but a cash grab. There is no heart, soul, or quality in their products anymore. Blizzard is trash now. So unfortunate.

Tentei todas as configs e nada. Vi as reclamações e tô muito triste com o rumo que a Blizzard tem dado aos jogos.     Honestly, what a disappointment. This was my entire childhood and to see it lowered to this extreme is just saddening. I will always prefer the first Warcraft game, it was a masterpiece unlike this new version. Blizzard should be ashamed of themselves for what they are doing.

The most important one is somehow they screwed up sound playback. It's important that sounds get played when units are created and action is happening...which is not happening correctly.     It takes massive amount of effort to ruin the best RTS of all time, but Activision has done it! Don't waste your money on a high res texture pack.

    He even cheated his players in the blizcon, made us believe in a game that never and will exist, a complete lack of respect with its consumer, Capanha with CGI orrivesis, Graphics a **** for the current standard, bad optimized, and a beautiful dawngrade

    This game is a complete disaster also the fact blizzard didn't even work on it, they outsourced it. 20 years ago blizzard was top tier. Now they are the worst.

    Terrible game. Blizzard is dead. Has been a great run but at this point it is clear that their investors have claimed complete control. They have not kept any of their promises, it's very buggy and even lacks features that we used to have in the original game.

    This game is a complete disgrace to such a legendary pillar of Blizz. Just the AUDACITY of them to half ass and under budget a project of such a scared franchise. Warcraft was my very first blizz game that made me love the company. Shame on them for doing this to the fans.

    Been playing wc3 for almost 15 years. This is definitely a good re-touch on a 17-year-old game. Graphics are good, cinematics are good, the story is nice. It was a remaster, not a new game. I feel like people cant difference the two.

    E impressionante o mar de mentiras que a Blizzard fez com o lançamento desse "novo" jogo , não bastando tomar o W3 original dos usuários e fazendo pegar o nojo que é esse jogo , ele fez isso porque ela tinha noção que quando essa porc@ria saísse a maioria pediria ressarcimento do game , assim "dando" o jogo da tempo para os gado passar pano pra ela , oque ela não esperava e que aE impressionante o mar de mentiras que a Blizzard fez com o lançamento desse "novo" jogo , não bastando tomar o W3 original dos usuários e fazendo pegar o nojo que é esse jogo , ele fez isso porque ela tinha noção que quando essa porc@ria saísse a maioria pediria ressarcimento do game , assim "dando" o jogo da tempo para os gado passar pano pra ela , oque ela não esperava e que a comunidade ficasse tão furiosa como ela esta agora e com razão .… Expand

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
