    Naturalmente, al ser warcraft 3, es una delicia de juego, este juego, es increible por solo ser warcraft 3, sin embargo, como remasterizacion, es un fracaso rotundo, lo unico nuevo que plantea el juego es un lavado de cara, no tiene nada nuevo con respecto al juego clasico, es mas, contiene menos cosas que el juego del 2002, a su vez contiene bugs por varias partes, la jugabilidad peor, yNaturalmente, al ser warcraft 3, es una delicia de juego, este juego, es increible por solo ser warcraft 3, sin embargo, como remasterizacion, es un fracaso rotundo, lo unico nuevo que plantea el juego es un lavado de cara, no tiene nada nuevo con respecto al juego clasico, es mas, contiene menos cosas que el juego del 2002, a su vez contiene bugs por varias partes, la jugabilidad peor, y los graficos, que son el unico punto positivo de este juego, es sin embargo, su punto mas debil, ya que, al ser un RTS, los graficos quedan en segundo plano, los modelos de los personajes que son una delicia, a la distancia de la camara, no se perciben a la hr de jugar, por lo que el juego se ve practicamente igual que el clasico, es un autentico timo lo que ha hecho Activision Blizzard, no cumplio absolutamente nada con lo que habian prometido, parece como que en los practicamente 2 años que tuvieron, no hicieron absolutamente nada, sin duda alguna, estamos ante el peor titulo que ha lanzado Blizzard, y a juzgar por las notas que esta teniendo, estamos ante el peor juego de la historia… Expand

    Blizzard has a paragraph in the user agreement for this game that they have exclusive rights to any custom game which is made in this game. Just unbelievably **** from one of the companies who used to be my #1 by miles. This game does not deliver on what it promises and I am not even going to start on the price (40$) on what is essentially a HD mod.

    Купил жалею очень старая версия не тормозила даже на Pentium lll 900MHz графика не выжигала глаз модели и текстуры и все были в разы проще и лучше можно было за 1.5 года сделать лучше или ремастер того что есть а не это убожество.     You can feel free to ignore the 10/10 reviews on here about the game being a work of art; either it is Blizzard itself trying desperately to get even a 1/10 or loyal whipping boys trying to justify to themselves that this lie is good. It's time to let developers know that their customers aren't to be abused and that we will fight back against a bastardization of an amazing game

    Would love to give it a 10/10 but it has so many problems from not being finished on time, worse graphics and performance then promised.     Reforged upgraded my classic client. Since then: 1. Laggy menu. 2. Campaign mission 3 doesn’t unlock, can’t play campaign. 3. Integrated night elf and undead maphack (mine detector), no fair to play pvp matches. 4. No way to play custom campaigns. 5. Custom games lobbies are disconnecting, can’t start a custom game. 6. No option to play offline. So how do I play the game again?

    To get the short list out of the way, I'll discuss the pros. The reskinning is great, and not only updates the unit models and environment with better graphics, but updates the in-game icons and objects for cleaner visuals and optimization.     Now, unfortunately, onto the real meat: the cons. There are enough cons, with a legitimate amount of depth to them, that I feel Blizzard deserves the backlash 100% for this release. It's borderline bait-and-switch, if not ACTUAL bait-and-switch. The trailers and promos promised - in no small detail - that this would be a revamped WC3 experience - new models, updated cinematics, new voiceovers, and pacing and lore updates to bring it in line with WoW's lore retcons and alterations. It would be WC3, but...y'know...REFORGED as a new version of the experience.

    Out of all the positive, shiny promises made, only the reskinning happened. They walked back voiceovers (to retain the feel of WC3? Yeah, sure...) and there are no alterations or updates to the campaigns or storylines whatsoever. They sold this game on the promises of a handful of core "upgrades", then gave us one. And not only that, they seem to have royally screwed up online play. Connectivity issues and glitches plagued the game at launch, and they added a harsh EULA clause that - understandable or not - basically spells out "WE OWN YOUR CONTENT", which...isn't the friendliest or subtlest way or imparting that knowledge to consumers, and essentially demotivates any potential content creators for their online community - which is a major aspect.

    Not only that, but let's say you aren't a fan of Reforged and you'd rather stick to the old tried-and-true WC3 you've played for over a decade. Nope. Reforged gobbled it up. You can't play the old WC3 client anymore.

    And there are plenty of glitches and bugs in the game that didn't exist in the original, so when people say "they made it worse", they actually have a valid point.

    It's a shame that Blizzard took a beloved classic game and promised to raise it up to modern standards with improvements, only to gut it and slap a shiny new coat of paint on it for those.    … Expand

    Blizzard- AT THE VERY LEAST work on your public relations. I am SUPER wary about everything now. I was planning on preordering Shadowlands and OW2, but now, I'm not so sure about that. You need to have someone who will write your speeches, who can go over what to talk about at blizzcon and what not to. How to appropriately present ideas to the public without lying.

    Even if I disregard the false advert... the new models look like crap. Sure they are more highly defined but they look so damn generic; they lost all the sense of style the original had. It's like they gave a bunch of artists the names of the units and asked them to make generic versions of them without any direction at all. It all seems so incoherent and inconsistent. The original had a definitive style, with some visually comic hints like the crooked human chins and many more. The new style is more realistic and with completely no direction, which also makes it look awful from a scaling point of view. Units next to each other and next to buildings look so out of place. Not to mention the horrendous animation and unintelligible effects and icons/portraits.

    Also another point by the way in the vein of false advertising that I don't see anyone mentioning. In the website they say ''Rebalanced gameplay: We’re making hundreds of balance changes to heroes, units, and buildings to bring Warcraft III’s classic gameplay into the modern age.'' Where in the sam hell is that?? not to mention the famously gutted cutscenes and reimagined campaign. Blizzard is not only dead, it's rotten.    … Expand

All new features are: -30bg of disk space but i'm not allowed to use the all new shiny graphics, campaign is now locked even though i have the original game which i can't install and play, new exciting bugs, TOS says that anything i do in the game editor now 100% belongs to Blizz and i can just **** off if what i do turns out being popular! What aMy game have been UPGRADED to Reforged!     The RTS community was hopeful that Warcraft would be modernized in the same ways starcraft was. This ended up being the same game from 2002, clanky game play , outdated interfaces / awkward hotkeys / bulky design - absolutely heartbreaking, as a childhood fan of the original Warcraft

I was hoping they will give new life to the community maps, mods and such, but they not only underdelivered, they spit their fans in the face.     This is not a 30$ game, this is a poor reskin of an old classic into an unfinished "new" product.
    There is no ultrawide support for modern monitors, the dialogue outside cinematics doesn't even have a subtitle option. Unit group movement is horribly awkward. The Reforged version breaks a game that was fine. It's playable, but quite redundant.

    I was right to not get my hype on for this game. Activision Blizzard lied in the past and were also lying for Warcraft III Reforged. Game itself is very buggy, lacks promised content and they are making very hard to refund it. It is apparent that they reworked it because of greed and not out of love for the franchise and fans. Not worth a single cent. Would rather play original Warcraft III.

I was looking forward to replaying this, but of-course I ran into 2 bugs already during the first campaign. Did they hire one guy to do all that cut-scene 'remastering'?     completly ruins the game i have loved for years. Stops me playing the original and the quality of the upgrade is terrible, laggy and removes loads of features from the original.

    This is how a giant falls. Blizzard used to be the masters of RTS, how could they have dropped the ball so badly? There is nothing of value here and even worse we can't seem to play Warcraft 3 original either. What a disaster.

    I can't pinpoint when exactly they changed, but Blizzard is no longer the company it once was. 2019 was a bad year for them (and Blizzard gamers), and with this release, 2020 is shaping up to be worse.

    This game is a very unfortunate disaster on Blizzard's part. As someone who has been playing classic Warcraft 3 for a long time, I don't see any improvements at all in this "Reforging" process and if given the choice to buy either the classic version or the Reforged one I can confidently say I would buy the classic one to avoid all the bugs and simply unfinished content.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
