    When paying above industry standard costs for a AAA game, you would expect a game that isn't mind numbingly boring. The scummy battle pass activation is just the cherry on top.

    What the hell is wrong with Blizzard?
    The second they do release a game that isn't terrible at launch, they purposefully sabotage their games.
    All Blizzard releases are terrible games.

    Only good thing about the game is campaign and graphics.
    New art style sticks well with Diablo's gritty atmosphere, it was a relief after WoW clone looking Diablo 3.
    However, Diablo's strong suit has always been the end game content, the power fantasy that you grind your character for which the game fails at so hard. End game lacks content, not enough number of unique items, not    Only good thing about the game is campaign and graphics.

    They even slowed down the progress in Season 1 and didn't make necessary changes to balance/buff the weak classes such as Sorceress. They even nerfed Sorcerss in Season 1....

    Most of the builds are useless if you do not choose the meta.
    Server problems; towns and some outdoor areas gets really laggy sometimes.

    Neverending grinding with not worthy at all rewards.
    Almost every mob has an annoying exploding mechanic and cc without diminishing returns...
    It seems some incompetent/lazy idiots who have no idea about how to make a Diablo game, at Blizzard thought it would be fun and challenge...

    You die a lot in nightmare dungeons, especially after level 40...
    In short, end game content just does not worth your time, doesn't reward you enough to make the grinding feasible.
    I believe the Season 2 will be even more boring.

    Blizzard is not the same company we loved as in our childhood years, they've ruined wow, warcraft 3 reforged, overwatch and now diablo.

    Great job guys, you've become a true master at hiring retards as developers to ruin your most praised IPs, keep going...

    Incredibly boring and repetitive, feels like a grind and cant bring myself to play it any further. I am 100% done with blizzard games.

Well, when you want to charge this much for a game it needs to be right up there. Once you've completed the main quest line is where the game effectively starts. And this is where the game utterly fails in every regard. The end game loop of nightmare dungeons, hell tides, gathering legions and world bosses is at best, tedious. The dungeons are samey and get boring very quickly, the hell tides are just flat out dull and annoying trying to find the one chest which 'might' drop some half decent loot. Gathering legions is zero challenge and lasts a minute or so as several high level players blitz everything as it spawns. The world boss is no longer any kind of challenge either, there will always be several level 100 guys meaning it will die in no time at all, plus, again, there's a real lack of variation. In it's current state this game is worth 20 bucks, or if like me you got it free with a GPU then it's worth doing the story and that's it.… Expand

    Compared to diablo 3 this is like 2 steps forward and 100 backward. ( for a company that has over 10 years in diablo live action games this sure feels like insult)
    Bigest issues list:
    No trade
    No respect button
    No search bar
    Not enough inventory
    No endgame

    The worst Diablo game so far, item customisation is just out right bad, constantly needing to look for upgrades, leveling taking forever which can not complete builds unless you are lvl 60+ which made the game very hard to play, even then you still need the required items to complete the build depending on RNG, or you just forced    Rather go back to play D1 and D2 then this piece of crap.

    The game feels like a beta, not actual finished game. Diablo IV lacks any content from start. Every character that you will create after finishing campaing will feel the same (you will do the same activities).
    Seasons are not worth any time and effort cause it still feels the same. Build variety doesnt exist in this game. almost all uniques are useless.     This is an atrocious mess of a game! Bad mechanics, poor gameplay and after the initial introduction falls flat on it’s face with little to no replayability value at all. Add pathetic cash grab schemes such as a battle pass and an ingame currency that obscures actual cost of purchasable items and you have a game not worth your money or time!

    The worst communist game ever. There is no freedom of play for users, users are shackled and dragged around by what incompetent Blizzard developers full of rotten ideas think is right, and due to their dirty communist-style operation methods, game users are subject to various bugs in the terrible Diablo 4 that they created. You have to experience a game that is at its lowest level of completion.

    before season 1 everything is okay, it's fun to play but when season 1 begin evething falls apart. blizzard can't even keep the server stable, lag and disconnect everytime i play. characters became unbalanced in season 1. It's not a bad game but blizzard destroys their masterpiece.

    Once the main story is finished, the game starts getting dull quickly. Pool balance and gears are hard to obtain for the build, definitely have no motivation to try a new build. Not even motion the **** game experience, painful mazes, tinny carry capacity. The most expensive game I bought and the fastest game I quit, not even worth 1/10 of the money spent.

    I've been a fan of Diablo since its early days in the 90s. The first game was memorable, especially when playing with my younger brother and having LAN parties with friends. Diablo II continued that tradition. However, Diablo IV feels as though it has lost its essence. My entire family shares this disappointment. The recent changes, coupled with the apparent monetization strategies, haveI've been a fan of Diablo since its early days in the 90s.     The game is about hunting items and killing tough demonic monsters that potentially would make your character powerful rich and respected.
    The truth is that there is no items inside the game, there is like 4-5 different factions with 4-5 different units without any special mechanic or AI implemented, there is no trade.

    The best part is that after 1.5 month of release of the game they added a bug where when you teleport you get disconnected, and inside activision forums they blame customers network while this has nothing to do with the customer's network.

    Overall this is an empty map without anything implemented inside, it is literally not even playable because of the teleport bug you get returned to main menu with a disconnected message. If you do not teleport you will not disconnect but that means you will have to really travel long distances taking even like 20 minutes of your time.

    After 3 months of release at the cost of 70 euro without anything implemented or working they announced a yearly paid expansion while the game is filled daily with new microtransactions.

    This game does not even work right now you will get disconnected on teleport.

    The only good thing about this game is combat feel and non Black/white character as Lilith.

    All good hack n slash fundamentals have been thrown away for the sake of cashgrabbing techniques. Have fun being beta testers with annual paid dlcs.

    I have played D1, D2, D3, so I am well seasoned. D4 by comparison is terrible in my personal opinion.

    Surprisingly to me who loves the Diablo franchise 1-3 tens of thousands of hours of playtime, this is a bigger miss than Immortal.

    While the future of the game is anyone’s guess, at present Diablo IV is a solid, but strangely unambitious take that fails to bring much new to the table. By the end of my travels, I was more than willing to put it down and take a break — somewhere amongst all the grinding, Diablo IV had unfortunately ground me down as well.
