    Such a waste of the Diablo name to be attached to this unfinished spaghetti mess. Live-service gaming has ruined game models like Diablo when under the direction of this Dev team. Shame on them, and I hope they are let go from their positions for such poor quality of work. SHAME ON BLIZZARD!!!

    I am just a casual D4 player. I play after work since the launch. I had a lot fun until the last patch. After the patch, my character suddenly died many times and I was wondering what's going on. I did change a new armor last night, was that the issue? I changed back to older armor and still died very quick. Then I checked and found out Blizz nerfed everything.     People are saying there is no End-Game.... There is end game and this occurs around level 50, when you have nothing else to do in it but uninstall.

    Once again, because Battle.net servers are down, no one can even login to play this game. There needs to be an OFFLINE option so that I can play my game without relying on Battle.net's incredibly unreliable servers. I should not be locked out of a video game due to requiring it to be online. Especially when Battle.net can't keep their own servers online and in good working order.

    Hardly anything positive to say about the game. Brought it same as I did with Diablo 3 and regretted it all the same. At least for Diablo 3 it took me longer for the regret.
    Diablo 4 is a slow start slog fest very unfun until about lvl 40-50.
    From those levels up to about 70 the game is decent at best. After 70 is it another slow grind slog fest. At lvl 92 killed Lilith on Nightmare.    Hardly anything positive to say about the game.     Season patch with not only the nerfs(regardless if they revert them is just not fun).
    This game should had never been released it feels like a late alpha game or early beta game.
    I'm going to let them polish it up for 4-6 months and maybe give it a look again.

    I cannot accept the company using all of the method to wasting my time in game. I don't the 5 second to help me escape from the dungeon. And please add all the portal on all dungeon. I don't want to waste time on walking.

    This is a horrid game designed to look like a diablo one, but its complete crap. Bad gameplay, limiting builds, horrible end game, and OC a cash shop. The devs have obviously never played an arpg and it shows. Long gone are the glory days of Blizzard North and this cheap arse activision crap is nothing worth buying.

    So they ruin every build and expect players to restart a character every 3 months. But I can’t use multiple characters cause they trashed them. Am I recommending a game I’d take a refund on right now. No. They are not willing to move fast enough. So until then I’ll just trash the game. Good luck recovering

A necromancer class that isn't even viable summoning minions? Blizzard could have paved the way to next-gen, but fell short of even providing basic functionalities like a matchmaking system for a multiplayer game.... lol. They didn't even fix balance issues based on Beta data or a test realm. They are patching imbalances using paid player's time. They release a massive power nerf to get players to buy a battlepass and regain the powers they took away. Oh and don't forget the treasure goblins don't even have a treasure realm to enter anymore haha. We loved that, but now they just drop more useless loot. The player in the dungeons or in the open world are slow and suffer from widespread lag or rubber banding (stuttering). The mounts also get stuck on every little thing. The overpriced cosmetic items in the paid shop are awfully designed and silly looking. Even the main story was boring and felt rushed to a sudden end. The hardest boss in the game takes a ton of preparation and time to defeat and gives garbage loot as a reward. Nightmare dungeons (like greater rifts perhaps) are useless past tier 50, reward for effort are gone after that point. In summary, I stuck it out with this game because I loved diablo 3, for a few weeks past when my friends already quit playing. Game has great potential but might take a few years of implementing feedback to realize it.… Expand

    Making XP grind worse to push to 100.     But we have a fix for your teleport out of dungeon, now its 5 sec cuz why not. Oh how about a Wraith one shotting you through 2 walls while you cant see it, you're welcome.
    Did we forget about the content, we'll just slow everything down to a crawl so players feel like there is soooo much content, they'll be fine.
    Lets also reduce defense, cuz everyone is mostly using offensive spellsstats, looks like its not needed, should be all-right. Stash tab problems, lets give them MORE Vicious Hearts that don't stack, thats a nice Season incentive. Sorcerer is relying too much on cooldowns to do anything, well, lets reduce the cooldown stats on items, make them wait a bit more, cuz we dont like that class, we were forced to add it by the Community. Its the players failt that we have to add the nerfs, they do too much damage with Vulnerable, so we'll reduce it, but now they'll need it more than ever, but they shouldnt rely on it, but they really should if they wanna do decent damage.

    Talk about an unbalanced beta. They deserve zero for making us pay 100e to be beta tester AND have the blind, mute and deaf attitude toward it’s player base.

    The patch not only nerfed player’s offence capability, but it also nerfed defence . I have to do experiments again in different nightmare tier and reevaluate which enemies can one-shot my character. I can imagine the frustration it brings to hardcore players who cannot afford a single mistake. I had a hardcore monk in Diablo 3, who is still alive today. I have not created a hardcore in 4 yet because I don’t trust Blizzard and this patch is why.    … Expand

It's practically a MMO Running Simulator. See that shiny shrine, or chest? Most of them are cursed and spawn 1 minute of mobs before you can use them.. Buffs are weaker than your skills and you can't cancel them. Run out of potions and you find a potion well? Surprise! Deal with 1 minute waves of monsters to top off your potions! Died in a dungeon? There is a 3 seconds cool down for the respawn button to be active. and the respawn point is more than a 30 seconds walk back.. Mechanics such as shielded bosses and perma-stun elites are extremely dumb and a further waste of time. Loot is extremely punishing and unrewarding. Most chests are a waste of time to open. It's becoming too much of a drag to play.

    Blizzard is dead, it's nothing more than an empty vessel for Activision to milk revenue, and Diablo 4 is the perfectly evident testament to that. Just do yourself a favour, move on, and avoid this totally dull, empty, and messed up game, and forget about Blizzard for life.

    Diablo4's end-game content is almost nonexistent, and the leveling experience is painfully slow, lacking any excitement. This game has been released like an unfinished beta version. It's surprising that they consider this is the final product for sale

    Game was okay when it released but the season 1 patch just made everything slow for no reason, it takes over double the time to level up since enemies are damage sponges now.

    If you want to waste money and time, take this game immediately. There is a chronic server problem and while clearing a long dungeon or fighting against a boss, a mystery server problem kicks you out of the game and resets all you've done about that dungeon or boss. Also, almost nothing new about the gameplay. I don't understand why the Diablo Immortal is free but this one overpriced...

    For me, having played the pre-season, no, the game it's not fun to play anymore.

    Also, I want to say in the past I played WoW and enjoyed it, but after D4 fiasco I read about other f'ups like Diablo Immortal, OW2, ... and to be honest it seems like lately the only thing Activision Blizzard cares is quarterly reports, instead of making a good product for their players (which by the way, if done properly will be visible on the quarterly reports, in a positive way)    … Expand

The dev team doesn't understand their system and is nerfing things constantly in a knee jerk fashion. IF the whole team gets fired and replaced, I may re-evaluate my rating here. You may only play the game the dev wants, and if you don't the dev changes the rules to force you to play the way they want.     I am giving this game a 0 because it is unplayable.

    I only play barbarians but the developers have nothing but disdain for the barbarian class. It is perhaps 1/3 as effective as other classes.

    Even after multiple nerfs and being st the bottom, they nerf the class again by over 50%.

    I wish I could refund my $70.

    Do not buy this game.

    The game content is fine before the patch. Honestly, I would give this game a 5 overall, but I also understand why many people are upset with the game recently. Really dislike some people give 10/10 just because they saw others don't like the game. So I am here to do the opposite to balance it.

    While the future of the game is anyone’s guess, at present Diablo IV is a solid, but strangely unambitious take that fails to bring much new to the table. By the end of my travels, I was more than willing to put it down and take a break — somewhere amongst all the grinding, Diablo IV had unfortunately ground me down as well.
