    Great game. I have been enjoying it with a group of friends. We all play at different pace, and yet we still all play together. That is the biggest win for me.

    Really enjoying this edition of Diablo. The look and the feel of the game is great. I'm a long time fan of Diablo II and Diablo III. I think they've captured the dark and gloomy atmosphere from DII and combined it with the ease of playability of DIII and improved upon it with unique skill trees. I'm not a hard core gamer these days but I'm enjoying the story playing a few hours each night.Really enjoying this edition of Diablo. The look and the feel of the game is great. I'm a long time fan of Diablo II and Diablo III.     The Good:
    - Launch. It was one of the smoothest Blizzard launches (PC) I have experienced. No queues, no lags, no disconnects.
    - Story. For an ARPG the story was decent enough. Lilith is a great villain. - Atmosphere! Finally the diabloesque atmosphere is back. It's dark, it's gory. No more cartoons! - Content - D4 got more content than any Diablo before (not counting mods for D2    The Good:

    - Content - D4 got more content than any Diablo before (not counting mods for D2 obviously). Nightmare dungeons, helltides, world bosses, pinnacle boss... while definitely not perfect and could use some tweaking they keep me playing even after reaching 90lvl. Still not bored of either and I play couple of hours every day since launch. Sure it gets repetitive but it is an ARPG so... (baal runs anyone?).
    - The Butcher! What a great addition to the game. Finally an iteration that does the OG D1 Butcher justice. Let's just hope they will add more mini bosses like him.

    The Bad:
    - No map overlay? Seriously?!
    - Mount system. What the frell is that? Terrible in every way.
    - Loot. You can get an item (a unique for example) at 85lvl that is weaker than when you got it 10lvls ago. Items always require the lvl they dropped on to equip making it impossible to gear alts
    - Please... JUST STOP THIS "KILL ALL ENEMIES" BS!
    - A lot of minor things are bad or could be tweaked. Usually of a QoL variety. Almost in every aspect of the game. Stash, inventory, map, crafters, traversing to name a few. No "refund all" button for paragon points when there is one for skills?
    - As per usual with like every game/company the devs are VERY fast to nerf positive things but hibernate when some bugs are affecting the players in negative way - druid loot table for example. That being sad I personally haven't encountered many bugs.

    The Ugly:
    - Monetization. Yes, there are MTXs. No I don't consider them bad because they are good for game's longevity. D3 has nothing of the sort (let's not bring that abomination that was RMAH into this...) and the serious lack of content is very noticeable. I also don't consider them straight up good because it depends on how the devs will use the money. If they keep sucking the money without giving us any new content then yeah they bad.
    - Druid and sorc cosmetics

Diablo IV is now ranked 2nd on my MMORPG list (come afters FFXIV), and the 1st on Roguelike game.

    If you have read other negative comments here, and getting worried about if you should get Diablo IV, I'm telling you that Diablo IV has not been treated fairly in this time. If Hogwart's Legacy is getting praised on its openworld design, Diablo IV should earn the same credit too. Although the roguelike nature of this game might limit how player explore the world, once again, they nail it in its own genre.    … Expand

    I would normally give this game an 8/9 out of 10 but the amount of 0 that people are providing is silly; if you want the most honest feedback about this game look up wudijo he has multiple level 100’s and was world first in many categories while providing everybody in the world the data and things that are bad and things that are good.     If you’re playing the game and not relying on builds that were clearly a problem you actually have more of a fighting chance now for just playing the game like a game.

    Sigh.. i want to provide an honest review but it’s not like it matters nobody is going to read this and if they do wether you like the game or not the only people you’re going to listen to is your favorite content creators.    … Expand

    I am posting review sfter more than 20 hourd of gameplay.
    The game is awesome! I played diablo 2 and 3 and the remastered d2.
    This one is great. Storytelling, voice acting, cinematics, graphics etc. Boss fights are fun, at least most of them. But hey nothing is 100% perfect!
    The gameplay mechanics are quiet similar to D2 so no comment on that one.

    All in all, frest game Blizzard!

    I have been having a lot of fun with the game and working on my build. I really don't understand all of the hate as I think this is a really great game. Runs perfectly, haven't had any major glitches and it seems very polished. Seems like a significant amount of replay-ability with the time it takes to level a character and the option to use different classes.     Playing this game is like a Hollywood movie that you are starring in. With some of the audio. And the final battle with Lilith in the main storyline, you feel so involved in an epic battle. The graphics are also great, similar to Diablo immortal, but more grassy terrain that will make you feel like you are in an upgraded version of Diablo 2, and they seem realistic.Would highly recommendPlaying this game is like a Hollywood movie that you are starring in.     One of the best Diablo so far. Great mechanics, open world, fun to play with friends, optimized, amazing and great story, cut-scene, animations.
    Very fun to grind, a lot of things and challenges to do.

    By far the best game in this category.

Le end game est satisfaisant pour l'instant et c'est agréable de revenir en jeu pour continûment à perfectionner son personnage. Les avis négatif à l'extrême me fatiguent !     Amazing game I love it best game ever I love the loot system and combat wt1 challenges me but I enjoy working on my build I'm hoping to get to world tier 2 soon and continue progressing in the game , this game feels like home

    It's a great game with tons to do and lots of endgame content. Ignore the mindless reviews by the infinite source of (zoomer) drones who love their cancel culture just a little bit too much.

    Controls are great (controller and keyboard an mouse), has a cross platform pack and runs great on almost any PC.

    An amazing game, the one game which restored my faith that new Blizzard could produce something dark, serious, immersive, near flawless in gameplay and, most importantly, not splattered with rainbow vomit propaganda all over it. I'm too busy playing it, so I'll give some quick points:

    1) Story - most likely the best on the ARPG market at the moment, it had several weak moments, but    An amazing game, the one game which restored my faith that new Blizzard could produce something dark, serious, immersive, near flawless in gameplay and, most importantly, not splattered with rainbow vomit propaganda all over it. I'm too busy playing it, so I'll give some quick points:

    1) Story - most likely the best on the ARPG market at the moment, it had several weak moments, but overall it's a solid 8/10.
    2) Graphics - best in the genre by far.
    3) Combat - smoothest and cleanest in the genre by far, Blizzard polish.
    4) Build Variety - weak at first glance, much better as you progress to the end game and start dropping particular legendary effects, near infinite possibilities at end game.
    5) Immersion - this cannot be understated, I have never played a more immersive game with a better built world than this, and I've played all other ARPGs on the market, they outdid themselves.
    6) Pacing - slower and more immersive pacing on the contrary of zoom zoom style of D3 rifts and POE mapping, you actually see whats going on on your screen and you're not getting a seizure. Battles feel weightly and impactful. Main reason I love it so much. Note, this changes at the max endgame as the game gets faster, but still nowhere near as POE or D3.
    7) Now for the minus - monetization, extremely greedy box price and store prices for cosmetics, but that's the only problem I see with the game
    8) 0 woke garbage, good marketing, they know their target audience for Diablo.

    This is a must buy if you're an ARPG fan.    … Expand

    Maybe the best one in the series.
    Balanced progression, good story, beautiful cinematics, diverse environments and stunning graphics.
    Simple and intuitive mechanics unlike some other games in the genre.
    All in all great fun, I feel like I will most likely spend too much time in it, going through nightmare dungeons, grinding gear and leveling.

    I played this game for 30 hours over the course of 3 days and I have to say, it's amazing! The music and art are both incredible and really add to the overall experience. I'm so happy that Blizzard has finally returned to their roots and released a game that truly lives up to their standards.

    I'm really impressed with the realism of the graphics in this generation of games. The open-world map is very engaging as well. What I especially love is that the game supports cross-platform play, which allows me to connect and play with my friends (I'm on Xbox while my friends are on PC).     Как по мне лучший Диаблоид, хорошая графика но при этом не высокие системные требования. Синематики и Кат-Сцены на высшем уровне. Сюжет отличный.
    Классы, навыки и прокачка хороша.
    Но больше нравится Мировые боссы, а также сайд-квесты. Надеюсь когда нибудь ещё и рейды добавять.    Как по мне лучший Диаблоид, хорошая графика но при этом не высокие системные требования. Синематики и Кат-Сцены на высшем уровне. Сюжет отличный.
    Классы, навыки и прокачка хороша.

    I am a new user of the Diablo series. Diablo seems to have brought the advantages of many popular games. The in-game sound and cinematic footage and especially the terrifying atmosphere of the entire map were enough to fascinate me. I'm looking forward to the future growth and I'm very excited because I promised a steady update for each season

    It's fortunate that the production team heard users' stories about the points that were pointed out in Diablo 3.
    I think the parts that were problematic, such as the art, game atmosphere, and storytelling, are now back in place.

    I've waited this game for a very long time and for me it paid off. Sure, many things are unbalanced, off charts and so on. In time it will only get better. My concern will remain about mtx tobremain on cosmetics only.

    But here are the things this game does best imo :
    The activities are quite varied and you always have at least 3 different things to do that don't feel like a waste of time. Basically, you are free to hop from one thing to another and still feel like you're making great progress.
    Customization is amazing : the glyphs, talents, the absence of sets and the abundance of different legendary passives create a ton of different ways to optimize and try stuff, even within one particular gameplay, which is great when you compare that to previous Blizz titles such as Wow or Diablo 3. Of course, min-maxers will always find that one combination that performs 1% better than all the rest, but most players will just enjoy to have the freedom of choice to find what they enjoy best.

    There's so much more to say ; in my opinion, the main cons for this game are the lack of space in the inventory and some clarity issues with the attacks of certain enemies that can track and stun you, but that's overall really minor in comparison to the pros.
    The more i play it, the more I appreciate all the choices the dev team made. I'm totally sure that most of the ratings below 5 are people who played for less than 10 hours. D4 definitely deserves a try and it does not disappoint.    … Expand

    I believe the reason why I felt this was a success is that expectations were low. And with those expectations, I am very satisfied. Also, if I honestly rated, it would have been about 8. But, as I saw the rapid zeros, I have changed my mind.

    I'm having a ton of fun with my necromancer and the scaling doesn't really hurt my sense of progression as I unlock new skills and find new interactions that make my character feel way stronger anyway.
    Lot of open world activities, you can go anywhere and test the new build of your character, which would not be possible if there was not level scaling whatsoever.

    its been waiting so long for me for the chinese 4K diablo , i just play the diablo3 on switch for 700hour , cause there are just have chinese in switch not in ps4 or ps5 ,i like to play this game with mt friend on one TV ,diablo4 did it same as diablo3 , and more ditail , beautiful image ,4k ,and it also have more clear ditial than PC , good job billzard!

I dont mind the microtransactions cause they are only cosmetics , they are not forced uppon us ( the armor you get without paying is looking awesome plus you got the wardrobe to make your character look as you want). The 0 ratings involve ridiculous complaints about microtransactions that you never need to even look at. The game is a slower game by nature, in every Diablo game. You can jump anywhere using waypoints & later you can ride a horse with speed boosts to go faster.

    The fights are a lot of fun and require you to figure out what mechanics the bosses use in order to avoid taking too much damage.

    The story is excellent, as expected with Diablo games. There are so many options for customizing your characters made up of the 5 classes that I expect to play this at least 500 hours before I need a break.

    I've had no issues connecting to the server. I've had a few issues with connection drops & getting stuck, but nothing too bad with first week of a game that will continuously get better over the next several years.

    Anyone who gives this a 0 is making some sort of statement that has nothing to do with the fun of the game.

    If I could have rated it normally, it would've been 8-9 as there are tedious things that could be made better. I would like to see a gem tab, because they fill up the inventory too much. I would like to see them adjust the text to never show up as the same color as the environment. Finally, I'd like to see them add the ability to auto pick up and salvage normal & magical items by enabling in settings. That way if we advance beyond that gear we can continue to gather ingredients while not filling our inventory with junk.    … Expand

    Gameplay is classic Diablo with many of its fun ARPG mechanics being enhanced if not perfected in the latest entry. It is also very easy for someone who has never played Diablo or any ARPG to pick up learn from the prolog and easily start experimenting with a build and different weaponry.

    Classes mostly stem from the classes back in Diablo 2 which this game seems more heavily inspired by then the last entry Diablo 3. Classes seem so unique in their own right and their builds are also very customizable as well. From what I've seen most classes have 3-6 builds they can make on just one character. For example, I'm playing as a Druid who is a shapeshifter and uses the natural elements as spells. I could make a Werebear only shapeshifter build or Werewolf only or a combo of both and a combo of all of them combined it is very customizable to your own play style.

    For the open world I think it makes sense for a Diablo game epically their move to a more MMO Destiny type experience where the open world has events and other players roaming around killing Demons! Many may see this as a negative but i see it as a positive especially sense the Dungeons the bread and butter of Diablo's gameplay loop are only for you or your party.

    At the end of the day if you liked any of the Diablo's pick this game up especially if your newer to the franchise, I think many will enjoy it.    … Expand

    A good story,very clean gameplay,the world is amazing,every single quest is voice acted,good end game activities but I hope they add more which they will surely do given the fact that it's a seasonal game and the graphics are simply amazing for an arpg.The launch was rid of bugs and que times were slim to non existent.Blizzard it's finally making quality products again and I am here for it.

I've already spent more hours on this than any other game that's released in the last few years.     The Game is incredible - my wife and I played through Diablo 3 for countless hours on couch co-op and has a special place in our hearts. Diablo 4 has knocked it out of the park - the story is fantastic and the more openworld/partial MMO features are a welcome addition to the game.

    Other than the occasional server outage to be expected around launch for such a demanded game and the odd,    The Game is incredible - my wife and I played through Diablo 3 for countless hours on couch co-op and has a special place in our hearts. Diablo 4 has knocked it out of the park - the story is fantastic and the more openworld/partial MMO features are a welcome addition to the game.

    The launch was perfect no queue or server lag for PC.

    The story was deep and dark and voice acting is spot on.

    The Open world is amazing, with randomised spawns of events.

    The end game is fun with Nightmare dungeons, helltide and more!

    And season 1 will start soon with new content!

    While the future of the game is anyone’s guess, at present Diablo IV is a solid, but strangely unambitious take that fails to bring much new to the table. By the end of my travels, I was more than willing to put it down and take a break — somewhere amongst all the grinding, Diablo IV had unfortunately ground me down as well.
