    It seems its either a 0 or 10 the way the reviews go, so giving it a zero. In its current state its about a 4.

    For starters the game seems to have lost hits charm humour wise, although maybe its just because I have grown up a bit. Their seems to be a lot of corridors and exploration doesn't seem as open as BL2. The reason this game is only a 4 is that the technical issues including    It seems its either a 0 or 10 the way the reviews go, so giving it a zero. In its current state its about a 4.

    Everyone's pretty much mentioned all the technical issues. I'm pretty sure the game was rushed because the optimization is terrible. Graphics aren't anything to write home about so I'm sure the game shouldn't be running so poorly on a 2080ti. I hope they fix it soon, who knows.     Игра крупнее, веселее и (внимание тофтолология) масштабнее. Новые механики, отличная графика (для стиля самой игры), интересный сюжет (лично меня захватило). Подкачали лишь два фактора:
    1) Эксклюзивность EGS.
    2) Оптимизация. Но снижать из-за этого оценку такой шикарной игре, ну как-то совсем по-варварски.    Игра крупнее, веселее и (внимание тофтолология) масштабнее. Новые механики, отличная графика (для стиля самой игры), интересный сюжет (лично меня захватило). Подкачали лишь два фактора:

    2) Оптимизация.

    Собственно здравствуйте снг сегмент борды. Наиграл за 2 дня больше 16 часов и могу поделиться мнением.
    Игра явно не 10 из 10, но въебал такую оценку так как тупые пендосы не умею ждать и терпеть как мы, так что ставят 0 из за того что им блять управление машиной мышкой не зашло (малолетние дибилы).

    Далее +:
    Улучшенная стрельба по сравнению с другими частями.
    Большой автопарк, ахуенная кастамизация всего в игре (вспоминаем опять же предыдущие части).
    Графен подтянули, а кто говорит что нет видимо либо не играл во 2 часть, либо ебаный крот.
    Завезли персов из старой борды. (РЕНДИ СУКА ГДЕ САЛЬВАДОР)
    Да и во всем остальном игра стала явна лучше предыдущих.

    Крч моя оценка, как фан серии 8 из 10. Пусть пиздят что игра это борда 2.5, это их мнение (осуждаю). Лучше вам самим поиграть и решить для себя    … Expand

    I honestly can't fathom how they think that having DRM that requires constant uploads to some third party website is acceptable, not only does it make the game run trash but it also trashes your internet

    Mayhem returns. Borderlands 3 received new worlds that are not similar to each other, received new gameplay mechanics, returned heroes from previous games and added new ones, but bad optimization, as well as not very good jokes compared to the second part, but I liked the game, new graphics more like a comic book, a lot of action. my verdict, I was not in vain waiting for this game.

    I don’t understand why there is so much hatred towards this game. Yes, the game has glitches, poor optimization (for some), but still the game is not so bad. Why do people underestimate the game because it will not be sold on Steam? After all, in fact, what's the difference where to buy and play the game ..

    Absolutely unplayable. Stared at the main menu for 2 hours. Got it to start once, crashed immediately in the first mission.

    Best game continue you could get! Fresh, new, beautiful, bringing all you loved polished and shining. It didn't transform in something different, it just kept what made it unique and pleasant and what people loved about BL 2. I didn't need a Battle Royale or Souls-like, I just wanted a new BL universe experience and enjoy new characters.

After reading the kids moaning about the platform its on, how it doesn't run smooth on their netbook and how its repetitive made me get defensive over such a good game. Honestly my specs are 2012 mediocre specs. Honestly my specs are 2012 mediocre specs. Way below the min specs for this game, its crashed twice in 11 hours of gameplay, it sometimes gets low fps and my cpu occasionally makes the game stutter. I am very very picky with how my computer performs with games and often quit and wait it out until i can bother saving for a better pc. But this game is worth every fps drop, every freeze. It's completely worth it. Slight bugs and by slight bugs i mean you complete a mission, you done something a bit strange like open a echo right before a cut scene and your character is still displayed on the Radio com instead of the person talking bug. The worst bug was just before as i ran through an area i already cleaned out half hour before hand and they came through the sky again. And it really didnt bother me, i knew what happened next so i saw it as free xp. Yes the AI can sponge bullets but that's because the players aren't bothering with the side quests (WHICH OMG THEYRE SO GOOD, IM EXCITED TO COMPLETE THE GAME AND PLAY THROUGH THEM) which is what i done. Hell i mustve died 30 times on a big boss battle and it was frustrating but i eventually done it. It felt very very rewarding. The guns are just so so fun to play with. On borderlands 2 money was worthless and as soon as you got lucky with a gun it became boring. But because the AI do big jumps expecting you to go up a level or 2 each main mission, your weapons become useless and you start becoming a lootaholic. Then the frustration not being the right level comes up. What did I do? I done the side quests which again are amazing. Honestly the main enemies are very interesting, the enemies themselves have had a complete rebuff and the jokes in the game make me laugh. Borderlands 2 kind of over tried with jokes but they really took that into consideration. There's alot of puns from the old borderlands games, infact one really cracked me up. You complete a mission and everyones saying how nice a calm it is now and claptrap says "There's actually alot of rest for the wicked" and my god I died considering borderlands 1 got me into cage the elephant who made the opening song to the first game. I'm going on and on and thats because i could straight up talk about this all day I'm obsessed with it. I'd never pay £50 for a game, especially off a third party launcher that shares fortnite. But ofcourse im not waiting just so i can look down my nose at people who actually cared about the game. All the bad reviews I could disagree with completely. When they say repetitive they arent considering so was borderlands 2 when you had used most of the guns in the game. They are just angry they had to spend all their money on a game without checking the minimum specs required. It's honestly my favourite game and Iv'e been going through alot of phases of all types of games with completely different concepts but this game just ultimately relights the borderlands fire again which is what kept me playing it over and over until i just wanted to kill myself trying to kill that bloody Hyperion boss bot on bl2. I have something to keep me going in work, this game is just incredible. And I was fairly bored of borderlands too! Just the guns are so good, the players are so good. Im playing as zayne and you really need to take into account your strategy. Zayne has a shield and hologram, those two work together well. You can use them as time windows to shoot a hard boss. But if you cant be bothered learning new skills and tactics, getting satisfying kills with their new mechanics, weapons, bullet sound effects, skill upgrades and sliding around or free running/climbing to better positions. Then this game isnt for you. OVERALL This game requires patience and skill. When your getting shot at you crouch behind cover and keep a distance depending on your playstyle. Aim for crits. Dont run in guns blazing at a inconvient time. If you do that and rage that you keep dying saying how the game is awful because you cant aim or have patience to take cover and think of a strategy, then your lucky that fortnite is 4 clicks away.… Expand

    Negatives: Game needs a few patches, graphics driver updates, epic exclusive for six months.

    Positives: Story, gameplay, guns, parkour, sliding, characters, boss fights. Tons and tons of loot.

    Eu simplesmente achei o jogo incrível, as músicas, as ARMAS, e o todo do game, tem alguns bugs em certos momentos do jogo e no multiplayer split-screen, mas no geral o jogo está ótimo. Como algumas pessoas estão dando zero só por estar sendo lançado primeiro na epic games, eu acho justo fazer o meu 9 virar 10

    I think they lost the spirit of the borderlands series. I've lost this "liberty" feeling I had when walking around the BL2 map. Now every map is an hallway. You just press W or Z, depends on your keyboard, left mouse click. Do not even think about "exploration" everything is thought as if it was an hallway. No more "hidden boss" everything is shown on your map. No need to farm forI think they lost the spirit of the borderlands series.     BL 3 takes the best from BL1 and BL2 and adds a lot of new stuff. New improved graphics (new engine), new characters, old returning favorites, more bosses, more planets, more vaults, new gun mechanics and of course even more guns! Its still Borderlands, but if you liked BL2, you will like BL3!
    Don't read too much into the negative comments, most of them are probably steam lovers that    BL 3 takes the best from BL1 and BL2 and adds a lot of new stuff.     To everyone that's saying this game is just more of the same, they need to replay it. The polish on the movement, gun-play enemies, and environment are a huge change and deserve more credit. The story isn't too great, but the fun I'm having dwarfs the issues. Obviously the bugs and glitches in the game are problems, but if they are patched out this review should stick.

    Game runs completely fine on a budget AMD build with a RX 560 and Ryzen 5 2600. Still looks great even on low, running above 60 fps. A few hiccups every now and then but not to an annoying level. No bugs encountered. A solid FPS experience 20 hours in.

    This game is absolute perfection. The characters are top notch, the sound design is breath-taking, and the gameplay refines all the best aspects of the previous two games and perfects it. Easily the best game of 2019.

The thing is so does my wife, it’s the first and only game she’s played with me, so BL3 was going to be a family event.

And if your playing online, I’m sure it’s fine, but... local co-op is broken. On a PS4 Pro it chugs if to much stuff is going on, or heaven forbid you open a menu. Add to that you only can use Vertical split screen and the HUD and any font not subtitles are stuck at eye hurting size. On a 55 inch Samsung 4K 8000 series I have to get 3 inches from the screen to read. I literally missed how to slide as it was in a small box I didn’t notice. For now it’s fun for a bit, but I can’t keep playing in co-op, and when that’s why you buy a game, it sucks.    … Expand

    Given that it is re-treading old path but with the same gameplay, it should be good for old fans. But really not truly innovative. Lackluster characters and story, more FPS than RPG and bugs and glitches reported in the typical gearbox manner,

    It is better to give this a pass first until it is improved.

    I don't know why the hell people are still okay with this. This is essentially the equivalent of 2K20. A reskin with an updated roster. The roster update is just the guns. Everything else is the same. I hate that people are okay with reskins for some franchises but not others. This is just as scummy as 2K and FIfa. How am I supposed to recommend this game when I can just tell you to play Borderlands 2 and have a better launcher, the same variety of loot, better optimization, much better price tag, and much better humor. This game is Borderlands 2.1. I wouldn't even qualify it as an expansion, just some additional guns. Don't buy this game. Just buy Borderlands 2 for a third of the price.… Expand

    It's better than previous entries and a blast to play. I assume the negatives are due to the Epic store, but I created an Epic account just for this game and I do not regret it one bit. It expands on everything that was good about BL2 and there is plenty to do.

    Ah....the only issue thats ive encountered so far (give or take 6 hours of gameplay) is frame rate dropping at certain point. Most noticeable during boss fights...

I turned down graphics settings to bare minimum, enabled full screen and v-sync (because for whatever reason borderless windowed and no v-sync was default), and fiddled with settings to no avail until I almost hit the 2 hour mark that would signal the end of my refund-window.Barely got passed the first mission because of dropped frames and stuttering, even on my mid-high range gaming rig. Going from the boring deserts of Pandora, to the Utopian city of Promethea makes the game feel like a whole new experience. The guns in this game are the best guns have been in Borderlands. Having a gun that walks around and kill enemies, a gun that shoots guns, a gun called the Buttplug, and many fan favorite returning legendaries such as the Conference Call, Infinity, Lyuda, and the **** make this games weapon system the best. The humor from the past Borderlands games is definitely not gone as my friends and I constantly found ourselves laughing our asses off throughout the main story. And for you review bombers, go **** yourselves and just because a game is not on steam and you can not get over 100 FPS with your piece of **** PC does not make the game bad. I would definitely buy this game as a new comer to the Borderlands franchise, or veteran like myself.… Expand

    Holy hell is this bad. Its like they didn't have a story idea since borderlands 2. The networking is somehow worse than the pre-sequel. I expected better game play or better story and i got the same game play as pre-sequel and worse story than borderlands 1.

    Looks just like the higher resolution borderlands 2 but plays terribly on my top of the line rig. Shuttering is terrible. How can they sell a game that plays like this.

Да у игры есть фризы иногда и некоторые проблемы, но играется в неё очень классно и интересно, при чем я играю еще и со стримом. Почти 10 часов прекрасно проведенного времени. 1070, i7 4770k, 16GB. Ну а DX12 я не использую он не особо что то меняет обычно а оптимизацию срет, да и они указали чтоНе знаю что люди делают со своими ПК, что у них без стримов и прочего такие проблемы с игрой.     I made the mistake of trying out the DirectX 12 beta mode on my PC, it made me wait as Claptrap danced (aka the initial loading screen) at the bottom of my screen for 10 minutes or more then crashed my video driver. It took me several attempts to finally be able to switch if back to DX11 mode so I could actually play the game.     Pay no attention to the '0' reviews. review bombers are just trying to take down a great game because they can't play it on Steam yet. And for the performance issues? I have a mediocre PC and this game is playing flawlessly. Bottom line, if you're a fan of the BL series, then you'll love this new one. Go buy it.

When you take $4.8 million to be an Epic Exclusive you better make sure that money gets put into development and that your game doesn't come released in an unfinished state.     I’m enjoying the game and feels great. Tighter controls then bl2 and improved animation, idk what people want from this game. I think it’s because people just like something to complain about and with the launch on epic games it’s a good canidate. Most of the reviews I’ve looked at are from people that haven’t even gotten off pandora. Another good boarderland game in my books

    i'm not having any issues, playing on max settings with a i7 + 1070. Although one of our group crashed    i love the range and feel of the guns/gear, i love the humour, love the story. i have enjoyed the game non stop since launching and cant get away from it. There is enough new to keep it feeling fresh and enough familiar keeping the BL vibe, graphics are a nice improvement from BL2.

I’m going on a 2 week biz trip and if this isn’t fixed by then, I don’t even know how or if I can play the game. Please patch this with both vertical and horizontal co-op. ESPECIALLY, the bosses, i have never had such fun and suspense while killing bosses in a borderlands games. No more DOTs that insta-kill just high action with suprising difficulty.     But, this game has gotten severly review bombed. Personally I have absolutely no problems with performance. It holds 50-60 fps while at medium-lowsettings on my D Fx - 8320 and my gtx 970. My only thought on this is that some settings might be tailored to AMD processors because AMD immensely supported this game, so work with your settings if you use intel. Also, the comedy is kinda not for everyone but I sure as hell enjoy how it went for the more bl1 dirty-shock then bl2 crazy-shock humor. And finally, the story is the strongest story I've seeb in a borderlands game (not saying that much but still quite good). So please look past the dumb reviews most just have the -tism.    … Expand

    The performance issues are rampant. Scoped weapons create lag-spikes around 1/10th a second which continue as long as you're ADS, making it incredibly hard to play with scoped weapons or any weapon with more than 2x zoom (which isn't a lot of zoom, even). It's not unplayable, but you have to make some sacrifices while playing; it's not unforgivable, but it's seriously bad. I think callingThe performance issues are rampant.     Underneath the performance issues, though, you've got a seriously good game. They haven't reinvented the franchise, but I'd want to say they'd perfected it, but perhaps that's a bit too strong wording. I'm confident is saying that they've continued the legacy of the last entries in a good way. If the last game was an over-all 9/10, I'd say this one might be an 8/10, excluding the rocky launch. When it comes to mechanics, it's incredibly similar to the previous games, but the things that they have added feel pretty innovative (only one I thought was bad, but it's only mission specific).

    Currently, the most helpful review claims it's a buggy mess with constant crashes, low frame rate, lag, screen tearing, a forgettable story and stupid humor. I've played about 25h so far, and I've encountered a single crash. Performance, I'll agree: it's not a **** as it gets, but it's far from good. Screen tearing? I don't know if this person has been using V-Sync or not, but I have and I've not noticed it tearing once. Forgettable story? Not at all. I think it gets a little stale at some points, but so did the story in the last game, but it didn't last for long then, and it doesn't now either. They've done a lot to spice things up, and there are some really memorable bosses and missions out there. And as for the stupid humor? Really? It's the same as it always was. If you didn't like how it's always been, that's on you, but nothing has really changed.

    Game is awesome. I haven't had one technical issue on PC and i'm playing it in 4k and getting 60fps on a 1080ti. Don't listen to the bad reviews the game is a blast. If you loved BL2 you'll love BL3.

    I have waited a looong for this game to come out and I must say it’s really good. The things that were in borderlands 2 were improved(such as Producer’s specialties) and new things were added (such as alternative firing modes), but important it’s still good old borderlands we all love

    Pure garbage, one of the mostly poorly optimized games I've ever played. Constant fps drops and microstuttering especially when aiming down scopes. What a disappointment, wish I hadn't spent hours messing around with the graphics settings so I could get a refund. Back to classic wow I go.

Combine that with general buggy mess and poor optimization, weird input delay and random crashes. Story wise from what I was able to play it's a cringe fest of memes and off brand jokes that took place of actual story and funny writing.     epic, gearbox etc blows yes, it has had some small buggy glitches, pc seems to be worse off then console. but overall the game play is amazing. new features make the game feel fresh and evolve game play into something truly amazing. ive been having nothing but an absolute blast!

Но для меня есть один минус, это оптимизация. Так что кому нравятся такие игры как Destiny и the division,Игра превзошла все мои ожидания! I dont recommend this game wait until they fix everything and buy it on sale cause this is not worth 60€/$ and the Critics made by top critics were most likely payed or they re friends cause of the high score they gave to this terrible game.

    Runs very poorly on my 1060, the humor is cringy and the writers are obviously pushing an agenda.
    Furthermore, the new iteration of Denuvo the game uses does constant 2mb/s uploads to call home.

    The gun play and movement and general quality of life improvements between Borderlands 2 and 3 are fantastic. I'm glad they kept all the things that the series has always done right instead of bloating the game with unnecessary changes and useless new features. Kept the good things good, and improved the bad things. Simple as that.

I will just state major points which I didn't like in the game and be short. I am not a native english speaker, so sorry for bad language probably.
    1) Graphic style - exaclty style, not quality, it just seems to me too gloss and varnished, and the colors are very displeasing for me, especially the weapons backgrounds ones, launching back BL2 and Pre-sequel - it just better, I loved that smoothess and vividness! And the characters faces seemed somehow awful for me too, especially in cutscenes, so bad.
    2) Player characters skil trees and abilities: I was so hyped for 3rd part from a long ago particulary because of this, I liked it so much in previous two games - the way that you have one skill, and through-out the whole gameplay time, progressing deeper in the colorful (again!, not the modergamesstylegloss like in 3rd part), you start to see it change! And waiting to combine this visual and plyastyle changes from different trees at the higher levels it what maked me play! In 3rd BL I found this new abilities and trees too lame and boring. yeah, you have 2 skills, that's cool, but look how they change! It's soo lame and boring! Maybe summoning robot have some, played her the least time, but I was hyped for beastmaster! And there are not any interesting perks AT ALL! Why not do something crazy? Like summoning a army of monsters to help you with big cooldown in one tree, but getting big mutated monster in another? And all you have is to choose the type of your crag or which weapon will your monkey use? So boring. Just remember previous characters trees! Krieg, Jack Doppelganger, Gaige! For me their talents are so interesting! Or Willhelm in Pre-Sequel - I didn't find his body change skills very useful for myself, but it was so cool seeing your body change, and that nuke passive!
    3) Characters and story - I will say without spoilers and only in general, but I have found a lot of minor characters more interesting that the main ones, a lot of jokes (especially HYPED type ones if you can call them like that) seemed lame for me too. Ending is dissapointing though, the fight is not bad, but I liked Pre-Sequel last boss much more, wanted to see more gigantic bastard as the boss there. Everything which I expected to be cool in the story and have new loot (which I found not appealing too most of the time), be it mysterious Vaults, travelling in space with aliens and such, were all betrayed.
    In the end, all I can think that for now it lives just on hype and on decent reviews from the people who are not the funs maybe not of the franchise exactly, but not of that particular parts and featurer of the game which I liked so much and willed to continue to support.    … Expand

    Gearbox has a problem: the fantastic Borderlands 2 is too good to be beaten. But in the case of Borderlands 3, it is still more than a worthy successor. The filmmakers brought many pop-cultural references, maybe pushing too hard on how they want to be “modern”, but otherwise it's a great game again. [Issue#298]

    Borderlands 3 offers a generous experience, with colourful characters, neat gameplay and a charming universe. Its formula, very close to that of the previous episodes does not revolutionize the show but its small new features bring a little freshness and the scenario makes us want to go to the end of the adventure. Its dynamism and nervousness make it a choice piece for adrenaline-ready FPS lovers and license fans.

    The fun, humorous storyline, some great dialogue and theatrical accents of the diverse characters, beautifully varied locations and the same great gunplay that Borderlands is renowned for, means that Borderlands 3 becomes another must have title in the series.
