The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is a magical RPG with consistent and interconnected mechanics. You will make use of each of the gameplay mechanics that it proposes. Nothing is left over. It is a very balanced installment both on narrative and mechanical levels. The designs are simple, but their fluidity stands out. The difficulty level is enough to keep you entertained without getting too tense. Seeing characters from League of Legends lore repurposed efficiently is fantastic.

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection is an excellent way to get into this alternate saga. Its fun and addictive gameplay is still there, although it also becomes more noticeable how confusing these games could be and the lack of innovation in the latest entries of the series.

Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp was developed with much love. The visual presentation is excellent, not to mention how the game mechanics were adjusted so that more people can enjoy one of the funniest strategy series in video games. This is a game that every Nintendo Switch owner should try sometime, mainly since it preserves two titles that are very difficult to play today.

LEGO 2K Drive is a very entertaining video game full of things to do that constantly reward the player. However, the simplicity of its gameplay and the little challenge of its races could diminish its appeal in the long term. However, building your vehicles is undoubtedly a complete addition capable of hooking multiple players.

Forspoken: In Tanta We Trust is a fun return to Athia that allows us to experiment with new types of magic and interesting cooperative combat. However, it's very short, and its story could be a better addition to its extended mythology.

Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores don't feel like the ultimate expansion to the game from Guerrilla Games. However, it does provide just the right amount of fun and expands the story to the point that we feel is good. Burning Shores is not surprising, but it fulfills the mission of bringing us a couple of extra hours to the game and showing us that there is more to come.

Street Fighter 6 is a much more complete experience than SFV. The two headlines that make this game something worthy are the simplification of the combat system for new players and the change in the combat mechanics so that the counters are the new base for the duels to be much more spectacular and dramatic. The arcade and story modes are entertaining but could be improved or extended to make them more fun. Overall, we have a great Street Fighter installment that will be enjoyable for a long time. Capcom listened to the community, and those who buy this video game will feel like they are paying for a whole experience.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has enough arguments to be a great game, not just a simple sequel. Link's new abilities change how players enjoy the franchise, and even the world feels much more open than in Breath of the Wild. The downside is that, at various times, the scenarios feel empty and add little to the adventure. Sometimes the shrines are more challenging to solve, the boss battles are memorable and exciting, and the game invites you to be brave at all times because now, the goal to save the day is more meaningful.

Arkane Austin's game doesn't need to reinvent the sandbox and open-world genre. It just needs to be effective in its proposal. Redfall is a solid production whose best letter of introduction lies in the fun it delivers to the user. The enemies are varied, the exploration is entertaining, and the missions always give something back to the player. It has some performance issues that somehow detract from the gaming experience.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor improves and expands on its predecessor's systems to give us a more complete and engaging Jedi experience. Its visuals are unique, and it has one of the most exciting franchise stories. Despite its technical issues, it's an experience players worldwide should enjoy.

Dead Island 2 is a fun, simple, and entertaining title. There are various enemies to face and modifications to make our weapons deadlier. However, sometimes it becomes repetitive and contains multiple technical errors, affecting the entire experience.

Resident Evil 4 Remake manages to maintain the spirit of the original but gives it a huge graphic improvement and changes to the gameplay that feel like a great success. It never stops surprising and its pace makes you not want to let go of control, even after reaching the credits. Capcom again gives us an example of what a remake should do.

Blanc is an indie adventure whose goal is not to amuse the player but to entertain based on cooperative gameplay that could be more purposeful but with a tremendous artistic section. Its moving story extols the cooperation between beings with little alike, making you laugh, cry and even scream at specific points, but it doesn't surpass other games with similar ideals.

WWE 2K23 takes everything that worked from last year's installment, updates the superstar lineup, and doesn't make any adjustments that take any real risk. In other words, if it works, there's no need to fix it. The game mechanics are still entertaining, and playing with friends will provide guaranteed fun. However, the campaign modes did not offer any extra to differentiate themselves from what was seen in previous years. It could have been better, but Visual Concepts did not even try.

Returnal's jump to PC is a clear example of a commitment to bring PlayStation games to more players. And even though the result could be better, the game still retains the quality with which we met it on the console. It even looks much better and shows that, with the proper hardware, a video game can still look much better.

Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon is a pleasant surprise that Bayonetta fans will enjoy. Its game mechanics are entertaining and fresh, and the witch of Umbra origin story is charming and emotional. Cereza's voice acting is outstanding. Scars Above is a third-person shooter that should have a mysterious narrative filled with cosmic horror involving intense issues. However, even though it develops the essential aspects that are expected from a game like this, it still needs a lot to qualify as a good video game of the genre.

Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe is entertaining at its core. The game mechanics still feel fresh. It should have had a much more notable graphical improvement and valuable additional content because it looks like a repackaging of the same game that came out more than ten years ago. Despite the mistakes, it is a game worth it because it shows the best of Kirby.

Hi-Fi Rush is a clear example that a video game should always aim to be fun and empathetic to a player's need, which is wanting to play something straightforward without silly barriers and unuseful explanations. The musical elements, the animation, the character design, everything delivers an attractive product worth enjoying. We need more titles like these that are published by surprise.

The joint work between Retro Studios plus the experience of Iron Galaxy gave us Metroid Prime Remastered, one of the most outstanding games that the Nintendo Switch can have. Both studios gave new life to a perfect classic that today you can enjoy once again and with modern controls, a much-appreciated detail. This masterpiece came back from the ashes like a phoenix to remind us of the greatness of Metroid.

Suppose you were very patient and hoped that Monster Hunter Rise would come out on PS5. Guess what, congratulations. In that case, you will have a very worthy version of an entertaining video game that, until now, could only be enjoyed on two different power platforms. The battles against the enormous monsters, the duels to defend your village, and even the music make the gaming experience worthwhile.

The result is a very entertaining title that will depend on its community to keep going.
