Vanillaware has won the hearts of a niche and seeks to expand its audience with new proposals that analyze and improve other franchises' shortcomings. Unicorn Overlord emerges as a unique proposition in the genre, inspired by Fire Emblem and Tactics Ogre. It manages to confidently establish a new pinnacle in strategy games with gameplay that will captivate you immediately.- TierraGamer

Ultros is one of the best experiences you can have in 2024. The mystical ambiance and sound, combined with a story full of secrets, will transport you to another abyss as you flow through exquisite mechanics. One game that you should try at least one time.- TierraGamer

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is an excellent Metroidvania. Its combat mechanics are very entertaining, and the level design is challenging, so ambitious that you will want to finish it more than once because of how fun it can be. This game deserves a chance and stands out as one of the best in the first half of 2024.- TierraGamer

Mario vs. Donkey Kong not only revives that old rivalry for which both characters became famous in the 1980s. It shows us that a game can simultaneously have a simple and entertaining presentation with a challenge that not everyone can overcome. The graphics are beautiful and worthy of this generation. More than one will likely feel frustrated for not reaching the end, but those who do will feel the satisfaction of completing a game without pretensions.- TierraGamer

Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior is a video game that presents a concept of time as charming as all the installments in that narrative thread, but it does not inspire much more than that. Its detailed environments are dull and tiresome. They do not captivate the player but allow you to have a good time amidst echoes that initially seem ideal but wear out quickly.- TierraGamer

Helldivers 2 fully delivers on the primary mission of video games: it's much fun. The game developed by Arrowhead is an apparent rebuke to AAA productions and a lesson about how gameplay mechanics are the most critical part of a video game. It's not a perfect title. It has many areas for improvement and the chance to improve. Community contributions will be key to the medium-and long-term success of Helldivers 2.- TierraGamer

At least Dragon Quest Builders received a port for PC. It is the most dynamic and refreshing experience you could hope for. This installment will have you building your power and the life of a new world. It's worth noting that the latest release runs perfectly on the PC Master Race.- TierraGamer

Foamstars's gameplay mechanics are very good and unique. The map design and scenery are eye-catching, and the characters have much charisma. While we have a very worthy experience, its longevity will depend on how well it treats the community and whether it becomes a game that endures.- TierraGamer

WWE 2K24 not only makes you want to finish Cody Rhodes' story, but you'll also wish to relive all those moments that made Wrestlemania one of the most critical events in sports entertainment history. The gameplay mechanics received the necessary adjustments to feel like there is a real improvement in the gaming experience. The problem is that microtransactions feel more intrusive and unnecessary.- TierraGamer

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is everything a sequel should be, giving us a more complex, varied, and comprehensive game than its predecessor while delving deeper into its characters and making us even more attached to them. With all of this, it becomes an intermediate episode that sets the stage for a trilogy finale that is sure to be epic.- TierraGamer

Atlus did a masterful job with Persona 3 Reload. It's not just a visually appealing game; it breathed new life into an already excellent title. Those who have already enjoyed this game will feel right at home. At the same time, newcomers will have an experience that efficiently blends dungeon crawler elements with a life simulator.- TierraGamer

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is a highly emotive experience as you empathize with Ichiban Kasuga and the honorable perspective of Kazuma Kiryu. The gameplay mechanics are those of a solid and entertaining RPG that feels manageable. Overall, we have a robust video game with many hours of gameplay, but with certain paywalls like the one for New Game + that should be absent, detracting from an outstanding gaming experience.- TierraGamer

When writing this review, Tekken 8 is the most refined combat experience in the market. It features a highly entertaining storyline that develops each fighter's narrative. The online gameplay works tremendously and offers numerous options for all preferences. Adjustments in the game mechanics make combat much more spectacular and offensive. Technically, it is an experience that fans of the series will adore.- TierraGamer

Playing Super Mario RPG is a clear example of wanting to return to the places or moments where you were happy. The dream fans idealized so much in their minds is finally a reality, which turns out to be very pleasant. The music is remarkable, the game mechanics do not require significant adjustments, and the overall experience fulfills its purpose. Sure, perhaps it is a game that is too simple for this gaming generation, but at the time, it was the gateway for many people to a genre that millions enjoy today.- TierraGamer

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is a starting point to get to know the series, formerly Yakuza, as it presents the immediate past of a protagonist who guides himself by the values of honor in a world of corruption. The various activities, story, and character development make this title worth enjoying. Sure, it has many cliches and a horrible camera. However, it is still a game that is very worthwhile, both for long-time fans and new ones who have just gotten into the series.- TierraGamer

The games in Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 stand the test of time. They remain delightful. However, for the price, Konami should make a more significant effort to preserve these games. Still, it will surely be desirable to fans with its addition of concept art and documents about creating these gems.- TierraGamer

Assassin's Creed Mirage takes elements from the modern and classic era of the franchise to give us an experience that works halfway. However, bland combat and a predictable story mean that it fails to stand alongside other much-loved installments and does not allow it to be the triumphant return many wanted.- TierraGamer

Sonic Superstars manages to capture the classic gameplay of the saga with some welcome changes. Furthermore, it does so in a graphically fantastic game with varied levels and bosses. Unfortunately, the multiplayer part doesn't feel as well implemented, and the game ends quickly.- TierraGamer

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is a triumphant return of the plumber to 2D platformers. Its levels are very varied and challenging, and it is evident that creativity flowed with the alterations of the wonder flower. Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged significantly improves what was presented by its predecessor, introducing new mechanics that increase the fun without complicating the game's flow. The environments are well-created and have the necessary space to build tracks. However, they need to be more to exploit them fully. The number of cars is impressive and will excite Hot Wheels fans, but it is frustrating that the store rotates every so often, forcing you to wait a long time or spend points to find your favorite car. This title controls are so simple that even the little ones can have fun with it.- TierraGamer

WarioWare: Move It, like the Nintendo Switch controllers, is far from perfect. However, it is still fun. The mini-games are entertaining, even though sometimes the poses don't work. Bandai Namco presents one of the most acclaimed niche RPGs on a console that favors this genre. Jusant is a game that promotes a message full of emotion, trying to show it interestingly through a visual and sound environment full of clarity and detail. Jusant generates a melancholic experience but is also brilliant. Despite the stellar and dynamic narrative around which the videogame revolves, the mechanics propose a delightful experience at all levels since they are simple and clean. Playing this title is like watching an autumn sunset, with a compact misty but burning melancholy.- TierraGamer

Little Goody Two Shoes is the correct execution of several styles: dating sim, graphic adventure, role-playing game, and much more. Best of all, it is a manageable experience. It has challenges, narrative, and much replayability. It is a clear example that an unrealistic investment is unnecessary for a video game to be outstanding. Its impeccable visual presentation and character design will have you stepping into Elise's shoes to discover what kind of endings are in store for her.- TierraGamer

Alan Wake II makes the 13-year wait worth it with a very ambitious sequel. Alan Wake II story is one of the most interesting and engaging in Remedy's story as a video game developer and gives equal weight to both protagonists. This game's decision to go for survival horror gives us one of the best experiences of the genre, with mechanics that take advantage of each of its characters. It's a game that feels like two in one, which everyone should try.- TierraGamer

Insomniac makes a notable effort to give Spidey fans a story they will talk about for a long time, as Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is full of drama, mystery, adventure, and plenty of challenge. How Kraven and Venom are featured is appropriate, and the side missions complement the video game's narrative. The result is a solid title, with a design that aims to keep the player entertained and busy in a certainly direct and compact experience that fans will appreciate.- TierraGamer
