Playing Super Mario RPG is a clear example of wanting to return to the places or moments where you were happy. The dream fans idealized so much in their minds is finally a reality, which turns out to be very pleasant. The music is remarkable, the game mechanics do not require significant adjustments, and the overall experience fulfills its purpose. Sure, perhaps it is a game that is too simple for this gaming generation, but at the time, it was the gateway for many people to a genre that millions enjoy today.

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is a starting point to get to know the series, formerly Yakuza, as it presents the immediate past of a protagonist who guides himself by the values of honor in a world of corruption. The various activities, story, and character development make this title worth enjoying. Sure, it has many cliches and a horrible camera. However, it is still a game that is very worthwhile, both for long-time fans and new ones who have just gotten into the series.

The games in Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 stand the test of time. They remain delightful. However, for the price, Konami should make a more significant effort to preserve these games. Still, it will surely be desirable to fans with its addition of concept art and documents about creating these gems.

Assassin's Creed Mirage takes elements from the modern and classic era of the franchise to give us an experience that works halfway. However, bland combat and a predictable story mean that it fails to stand alongside other much-loved installments and does not allow it to be the triumphant return many wanted.

Sonic Superstars manages to capture the classic gameplay of the saga with some welcome changes. Furthermore, it does so in a graphically fantastic game with varied levels and bosses. Unfortunately, the multiplayer part doesn't feel as well implemented, and the game ends quickly.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is a triumphant return of the plumber to 2D platformers. Its levels are very varied and challenging, and it is evident that creativity flowed with the alterations of the wonder flower. Despite minor problems, it is a game that gamers should include in the collection of any Nintendo Switch owner.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged significantly improves what was presented by its predecessor, introducing new mechanics that increase the fun without complicating the game's flow. The environments are well-created and have the necessary space to build tracks. However, they need to be more to exploit them fully. The number of cars is impressive and will excite Hot Wheels fans, but it is frustrating that the store rotates every so often, forcing you to wait a long time or spend points to find your favorite car. This title controls are so simple that even the little ones can have fun with it.

WarioWare: Move It, like the Nintendo Switch controllers, is far from perfect. However, it is still fun. The mini-games are entertaining, even though sometimes the poses don't work. The game mechanics are brilliant. The motion controls may have needed to be better for a worthwhile gaming experience.

Star Ocean: The Second Story R is a game that will not only attract the attention of players who want to consume something with a nostalgic flavor. Quite the contrary, we are facing the reappearance of a video game that not only takes on new life but demonstrates its value beyond a simple premise and solidifies itself with great game mechanics and a remarkable visual presentation.

Bandai Namco presents one of the most acclaimed niche RPGs on a console that favors this genre. Although the performance and quality of life improvements could have been better, the game stands out as a title that stands out for its unique combat, narrative, and music that will impact more than one player and that no fan of RPGs should be left out.

Kona II: Brume's charm lies in its intense narrative. Its game mechanics follow the narrative of the game. However, it does fail to bring them together. Its exploration lacks dynamism, but the history will keep you playing until the end.

Jusant is a game that promotes a message full of emotion, trying to show it interestingly through a visual and sound environment full of clarity and detail. Jusant generates a melancholic experience but is also brilliant. Despite the stellar and dynamic narrative around which the videogame revolves, the mechanics propose a delightful experience at all levels since they are simple and clean. Playing this title is like watching an autumn sunset, with a compact misty but burning melancholy.

Little Goody Two Shoes is the correct execution of several styles: dating sim, graphic adventure, role-playing game, and much more. Best of all, it is a manageable experience. It has challenges, narrative, and much replayability. It is a clear example that an unrealistic investment is unnecessary for a video game to be outstanding. Its impeccable visual presentation and character design will have you stepping into Elise's shoes to discover what kind of endings are in store for her.

Alan Wake II makes the 13-year wait worth it with a very ambitious sequel. Alan Wake II story is one of the most interesting and engaging in Remedy's story as a video game developer and gives equal weight to both protagonists. This game's decision to go for survival horror gives us one of the best experiences of the genre, with mechanics that take advantage of each of its characters. It's a game that feels like two in one, which everyone should try.

Insomniac makes a notable effort to give Spidey fans a story they will talk about for a long time, as Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is full of drama, mystery, adventure, and plenty of challenge. How Kraven and Venom are featured is appropriate, and the side missions complement the video game's narrative. The result is a solid title, with a design that aims to keep the player entertained and busy in a certainly direct and compact experience that fans will appreciate.

EA Sports FC 24 continues EA Tiburon's hard work that has evolved, especially in recent years. The experience is more fun than before and the learning curve feels shorter than before. Sure, many vices cause many errors in the game, but that does not make the video game inoperative. Electronic Arts soccer game is going in the right direction and is worth enjoying for what it is.

Detective Pikachu Returns is not only a game that has much charm thanks to the world where it takes place or because its protagonist has all the personality in the world. The exercise of research seems very simple, even essential. However, it is still challenging. Each of the mysteries to be solved becomes more complex, and the challenge is always there.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty fixes many of the base game's errors and gives us a new mission chain worthy of James Bond himself. The change in the talent trees makes the character build more friendly for new players since it encompasses the talents you need depending on the characteristics you decide to enhance, whether stealth, hacking, brute force, or weapons. The strong influence caused by the Edgerunners series is noticeable, of which we will see several references, especially in the use of Cyberware. In short, CD Projekt Red does a good job and gives us the experience we should have.

What we saw with Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai was very particular because, despite certain shortcomings, it is a game that will significantly entertain anime fans. From the first minutes, you can see that it is a video game designed for those who watched the anime or read the manga and that the development of the narrative is very well planned. The combat system is solid, and the character progression, although tedious at times, is entertaining.

Lies of P is a title that perfectly replicates the soulslike formula while giving it its personal touch with Pinocchio's arms and weapon making. Forza Horizon is visually a masterpiece. Its audio is excellent. The production used all its resources to demonstrate all its graphic potential. The point is that as a simulation game, it is terrific but could be more excellent and as accurate as its direct competition. We do not mean that Forza Horizon stops being an enjoyable and entertaining experience. We have one of the most attractive titles that can be played on an Xbox Series X or S, which is the most important thing.

System Shock does an excellent job of resurrecting the 1994 game. Its graphic proposal and mechanics take you directly to the past, and therein lies its biggest weakness since its mechanics feel too outdated for 2023. Blasphemous II is far from abandoning its original essence, but that's not a negative since it's not just another sequel that implements boring recursion. Instead, it is a video game that takes advantage of its predecessor's heritage and optimizes its features to go further. Blasphemous II is balanced and extraordinary gameplay, proposes a story full of symbolism that will keep you attentive to every detail, and preserves its sound and graphic quality. It is the definitive sequel.
