Amnesia: The Bunker introduces a brilliant gameplay with many new features for the series. It is a real survival horror with a great atmosphere and a superb concept. Too bad for the random encounters with the creature, often not well balanced.

Albeit too punishing at times, due to some unjust RNG mechanics, Alder's Blood offers a unique take on the classic turn based strategy formula, mixing up elements taken from other games such as Darkest Dungeon, XCOM and Bloodborne.

Horses is the kind of experience that doesn’t look for compromises and has no interest in pleasing everyone. Santa Ragione plays with incendiary material and does so with a confidence that’s almost disarming. It’s a “small” title, one that inevitably divides, because it demands from the viewer the willingness to look exactly where we usually turn away. And that’s precisely where its value lies: in its ability to dig, provoke, unsettle and, above all, leave a mark.

Playing Blazing Chrome is like going back to the arcade golden era.

Singularity is an entertaining FPS, full of variety till the end credits. It lacks some personality and solid graphics, but if you like the genre, this game won't let you down.

Although this is not Nintendo's best enhanced port for 3DS, Kirby Extra Epic Yarn is a fun and cute platformer, which addresses the major complaint about the original, the difficulty. Still, we would have liked to see the co-op even in this version.

Although it's hampered with some little framerate issues, Vampyr on Switch delivers on mostly every other aspect. Well played.

Senua's Saga is as strong as its predecessor, if not more, and delivers both in its storytelling and on the technical side. The gameplay, however, has still a lot of room for improvements and boils down to almost-QTE combat and boring puzzles. An experience more than an actual and so-called video game, but an experience worth living nonetheless.

It's hard to dislike a collection like this, with ten games (actually six, but it's a lot of content nonetheless) that still hold their own thanks to a solid and original battle system and a right difficulty level. The game are maybe too similar to one another, but they're still enjoyable, especially in portable mode on the Nintendo Switch.

Eternights may not be a game-changer for the genre, but it still offers a solid experience, thanks to a strong cast of characters and an engaging gameplay, especially in its dating sim aspect. It caters to a very specific audience and will likely thrive within its niche; however, if you have even a remote interest in this genre, we recommend giving it a chance: you won't regret it.

It is a port from mobile phones, it has over four years and it shows...but Raging Loop's mix of Japanese folklore and whodunnit story had us hooked until the end, and we recommend it to visual novel lovers.

As far as we are concerned, Atomfall is the most brilliant and inventive title to ever come from Rebellion. It's fun, smart, highly replayable and well written, and almost forced us to begin a second run as soon as we completed the first. The combat system is basic, however (especially lacking in close combat), and the AI routines are limited. A nice try overall, and we hope to see a sequel soon.

Gran Turismo 7 embraces the career mode and presents a whole new aesthetics for menus and competitions. Nevertheless, it is a game that refuses the modernity and chooses to be identical to the first GT in terms of AI inconsistency.

The most complete, durable and rewarding creative tool that can be found, especially on a portable system. Only some A.I. limitations keep it from excellency, and the sense that this is more a creation tool than a real game.

The compilation isn't the most beautiful or detailed addition to the series, but it plays the smoothest. If you're prepared to overlook, or at least work around, the faults, GTA The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is well worth considering.

A very nice and funny game, suited more for kids and families than hardcore players, but enjoyable for fast matches with the famous and lovely characters.

The Survivalists is a survival game that's surprisingly accessible and fun.

Simple, addictive and free: that's enough to download it, even if far from perfect.

Solar Ash is a solid second effort from the talented people at Heart Machine Games, with an intoxicating sense of freedom, good boss fights and a gorgeous soundtrack. It's less polished and less deep than its predecessor, but it's worth your time and money.

Persona 4 has unique style and shows a great balancing between arcade and simulation. Despite some light gameplay issues, this episode will make almost every fan more than happy, mostly for the great narration... Technically outstanding and well localized, this could really be the Playstation 2 swan song.

WWE All Stars is a solid attempt to renew THQ's formula. A solid gameplay, a lot of WWF Superstars and a smooth graphics are going to enjoy every wrestling fan.

3DS - It wasn't simple to bring a gamecube title to a portable console, and at the end of its life, but Luigi's Mansion on 3DS has something to tell on this generation of console. Some problems of the original game remain in the porting process, especially backtracking and clunky controls, but they don't ruin the experience with the game.

Intriguing and fascinating, Call of the Sea is a worthy new addition to Xbox Game Pass.

Champions Online is unfortunately not able to give the impression of depth to 360 degrees, and to enthuse those users looking for a real alternative to addiction to games as World of Warcraft or Lineage II. Unlike the novice player who could find in this title a good way to start, knowing that after a few months with their super hero, they could feel the need to try something more complex and satisfying.

Despite an immense amount of content, Call of Duty: Vanguard feels a bit like a step back for the franchise: a couple of guns need to find a better balance with the upcoming updates and the campaign is fascinating but extremely short and unripe. The game is genuinely fun, of course, but it's not the best Call of Duty to date.

Gomorra is an interesting adaptation: the storytelling works and gives some replay value to the adventure, but the managerial part of the gameplay feels lacklustre.

This is the best version of a timeless classic, treated with respect and with QOL improvements to make it palatable even to younger players. Wait for a price drop and grab it.
