Battlefield 4 is all about multiplayer. Forget the campaign with it's poor AI and it's lack of personality and instead enjoy one of the best online games out there.

The game offers a great view even without setting the graphics at maximum level, and offers a scalable experience, making it approachable even by those who do not have a high-end hardware configuration.

Amid the fierce competition of the infinite Steam catalog Dustforce manages very well to get noticed with original and bizarre ideas accompanied by a sophisticated gameplay and almost impeccable controls, given some rare errors in reading the input. The only ones to which the game is not recommended are casual players, due to the high level of challenge offered by the title. Everyone else should consider themselves lucky to be able to get so many hours of fun at a ridicolous price.

Euro 2012 is a good DLC, enhanced by official licenses, new stadiums and new game modes. We recommend it to all FIFA 12 lovers.

The result, though still a bit 'sour for some graphic glitch and not bug-free, fully convinces and the new features do nothing but add prestige and longevity to a project worthy of praise from all points of view.

Intuitive, faster than in the past and enriched by the brilliant idea of the 3 styles, Mortal Kombat X remains well-anchored to the foundation laid by Netherealm, but manages to improve them and to remain one of the most spectacular and exciting fighting games.

Helldivers 2 is still today a chaotic, hilarious, and addictive cooperative shooter, one that shines thanks to finely polished gameplay and a commendable business model. Despite a technical side that isn’t flawless and a potential repetitiveness in the long run, Arrowhead’s work stands as one of the most genuine and entertaining multiplayer experiences available on the market—and now also on Xbox Series X|S.

Shovel Knight on Xbox One keeps everything that worked so well in all of the other versions, adding a crisp resolution and, most importantly, the Battletoads stage. More than enough to deserve a download.

It takes a lot from Blazblue's combat system, but remains a great game in its own right, due to some brilliant mechanics and a balanced and varied roster.

Brilliantly fragmented, avant-garde, and quite compelling, Her Story is an innovative adventure that we utterly recommend. A well written, well acted, and well thought game.

Gigantic, with a majestic world, a brilliant narrative, great dialogue and characters, The Witcher 3 fails miserably when it comes to pure gameplay. Its simplistic combat system and repetitive quest structure are a monster that even Geralt cannot kill.

We’ve waited over six years, but the wait has been well worth it: Foundation is one of those city builders you never want to put down. Polymorph Games’ title has everything you’d expect from a city management sim, skillfully blending creative freedom with careful planning. It’s visually stunning, enjoyable to play, and its interface manages to keep even the most advanced and complex moments clear. The only real downside is the occasional bug and a few crashes that persist despite the long development time.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 is a vast improvement over its predecessor from a gameplay standpoint. Not so much in the story department. It's a very complex and deep tale, but it's also full of plot holes and nonsense, flaws that make it less meaningful than the old one. Despite this, The sequel to Final Fantasy XIII is a great J-rpg, with an amazing amount of content.

My Steam library is full of Warhammer 40,000-themed titles; very few are passable, a handful are good games, and the circle of excellent ones is very small. Space Marine 2 now joins as well—and it is a feast for the eyes and a faithful reproduction of the universe created by Games Workshop, a dream come true for those who grew up with this saga. The gameplay is a refined version of that third-person shooter and action mix we already appreciated in the first chapter, with a combat system that is much more technical and complex compared to its predecessor. It’s not a perfect game, mainly due to a lackluster AI and overly chaotic moments, with messy situations that lead the player to inevitable button mashing, but it’s the best video game adaptation of Games Workshop’s grimdark universe.

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West is a beautiful journey, highly emotional and protagonized by two memorable characters. Despite some techinal flaws, if you enjoy well written story and you are not afraid to be moved by a videogame, you really shouldn't miss this one.

Graphically it’s an old game and it’s pretty obvious, but this is still a great PC port of a brilliant action rpg. The gameplay is still fun, challenging and rich, the class and pawn systems are original and deep, and you should definitely try it out if you missed it on consoles.

If a well rounded cast of characters and an ingenious plot is all you ask for when playing a videogame, then Danganronpa has you covered for at least 30 hours. Otherwise, it's a nice but wordy ride through the depths of human behaviour.

The Evil Within 2 is a very solid and thrilling survival horror. Despite some not-so-good tension-breaking sandbox sections, filled with unnecessary fetch quests, this sequel is better than its predecessor: better game rhythm, better story, no more frustration and a compelling skill system.

Warlords of Draenor is a candidate to be the new expansion preferred by all the players of World of Wacraft: the impression is that Blizzard has taken a bit 'of time to "ponder" with the launch of Mists of Pandaria, bringing back a great expansion with the central role in the narrative and important in terms of new game mechanics.
