A courier job in real life is not very diverse or addictive, and it seemed that an attempt to build the entirety of its gameplay on such a routine was doomed to failure from the very beginning. But Hideo Kojima managed to turn not the most interesting occupation in the world into a pretty immersive experience with a caustic satire on a modern society, bogged down on the Internet and obsessed with likes on Instagram. However, Death Stranding is too inconsistent a game to be unconditionally recommended to everyone. The question is whether you can avert your eyes from the many flaws in the gameplay in order to become part of this bold experiment.

Marcus Phoenix is completely old, his Lancer finally rusted. Something needs to be changed, gentlemen. Let's start with new visual effects, complemented by quality developers of all the details - creation of new weapons, completion of fascinating historical and more compelling multi-player and cooperative modes.

Borderlands 3 will be just as fun with friends. All that is needed is that you have to be friends, to be sure that you need a cozy immersion in a rich and vibrant virtual world, the sharing of technologies - incapable enjoyment of loneliness. If “a small fish is better than a big cockroach” - yours favorite speech, this rollicking adventure, unfortunately, has nothing to offer you.

I would recommend this game only to true Lovecraft’s fans. Follow the story and don’t step aside – otherwise, due to a large number of side quests, you may completely lose the thread of the story. You won’t find interesting gameplay mechanics, gloomy atmosphere or something like that in this game. All I managed to find was a simple detective story with elements of mysticism and a bunch of controversial design solutions. I definitely do not advise you to spend money on The Sinking City.

We have to admit that the single player in this game has no potential. Not everyone wants to play all day long, exploring the map, like in Fallout – it just gets boring. Rage 2 could become a perfect Battle Royale experience or pretty simple MMO, but as the game, designed for single player walkthrough, it can keep your interest only for a couple of evenings, perhaps forcing you to come back from time to time to explore all corners of this world.

With every new Mortal Kombat release, NetherRealms makes more and more additions into the battle system trying to create another esports discipline. However, in practice, we get the same fighting game, that we had before it. It's just a simple change of the addends. That being said, Mortal Kombat 11 is a high-quality game that can entertain for many hours, if you are not overly sensitive to violence and have a healthy stomach, of course.

It's obvious that Anthem didn't have enough development time, but had some great potential. It's a real shame, that everything turned out this way. Even now, the game can bring out positive emotions. Hasty climbers have sudden falls. No matter how ironic this proverb may seem, it's incredibly relevant for Anthem.

When one rival put on weight, grew a bushy beard and decided to raise his son in the Northern bewilderness, the other chose a pair of stylish high-heels a couple sizes too small and the third now only appears to smash some oversized ta-tas, Devil May Cry 5 is proving that it is too early to put hack'n slash games out of commission. It's a gorgeous, glorious game of great current interest. A crown jewel from Capcom's most skilled goldsmiths.

Having moved the action away from the dark tunnels of Moscow's underground onto a train, going into the unknown and forced to make stops throughout the journey, Metro Exodus' authors created a memorable interactive adventure consisting of happiness from discovering love and grief from irreplacebale loss, hope of better future and despair from understanding the truth. On top of that one might call Exodus a distorting mirror that reveals the most horrible sins of mysterious Russian soul: heresy and servilism.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is a merciless game that thirsts after the gamer's blood and inflicts physical pain. You will suffer. You will darn yourself, the game and its developers, but you will not be able to stop playing as Sekiro will become an obsession. But as much as it takes from the player, it returns as much with every victory. If you are willing to commit yourself to torture, you will repeatedly experience the feeling close to catharsis or nirvana plunging your blade in the body of the defeated.
