The big reason why this game received a two out of five, though, is because it crashed multiple times at random moments, forcing us to restart the system. Bottom line, we find this unacceptable.

Does an excellent job building suspense, and so long as you have the proper lights, works quite well. Not exactly the game that'll save AR, but after several years of failure, it's a step in the right direction.

Unfortunately, Frogger 3D comes up short. We can see select players having a decent time with it, but the cheap deaths quickly sap whatever fun most people would have with it. Perhaps Konami will get it right another 30 years from now.

Marvel Run Jump Smash! is a pretty good running action game, and has plenty to offer to comic book fans. Unfortunately, it can't overcome the villainy of a rather unfair freemium model. It's worth a try, at the very least.

WireWay is a decent spin-off from its DS counterpart. The pull-string gameplay works adequately, and the Quest and Challenge modes will keep you busy. That said, additional levels (for free) and improved camera options would've made it a better value.

There's barely any new content to sift through in this third chapter, and most of it fails to impress. Nintendo needs to rejuvenate this brand or scuttle it entirely. We're sick of going through dungeons. Show us something new.

The game does try to differ with unique modes, including Story and Score Attack, but with the faulted gameplay and the basic presentation, the game never really gets over the rainbow.

I really love how shallow this game is, but at the same time Namco should be ashamed for even releasing it since it obviously needed more time to cook.

There's a hazy quality to Valhalla Knights that ensures nothing ever become too vibrant or exciting; I guess that's what some people call style. I tend to call it boring.

Although the developers earned high marks for creating a visually appealing experience, the in-ring action plods along at such a slow pace that we quickly lost interest.

Although its developers didn't bring anything new to the table, Strikers 1945 Plus Portable is a satisfying shooter. At $12, however, we wish there was more bang for the buck.

While we're huge fans of the series, WarioWare: Snapped! is a novel tech demo that shows just how far Nintendo needs to go to create a compelling DSi experience.

The biggest criticism, though, is boredom. We just couldn't remain interested, regardless of who we unlocked or what weapons we grabbed.

I admire what Square Enix tried to do with this release, and I believe they did the best they could do with the controls. However, when porting a game this complex, there's not a lot of room for change, and action-adventure is just not a genre that translates well to touch screens.

Ragnarok DS is a huge disappointment, whether you're a casual RPG fan or a tried-and-true follower of the MMORPG series. The gameplay holds little to no interest, the presentation has serious flaws and the multiplayer is nothing more than gimmicky.

With downloadable levels, additional stages and balanced gameplay, Gravity could've really been something special. Instead, this is a puzzle game best left on the shelf.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 has limitations, and something should've been done with the putting game outside of selecting a manual option. Aside from that, it's a decent golf offering for PSP owners, especially those seeking a challenge.

This would be OK had Journey to Hell delivered high quality action, but sloppy execution ultimately derailed what could have been one of the finest shoot-em-ups on the App Store. There's hope for an update, but for now, this game transports users to virtual Hell of a different kind.

An odd overall package. You have a story mode that isn't much fun (but also isn't entirely devoid of entertainment), and a collection of mini games that actually aren't that mini at all. Is it worth $40? Maybe. If you're a fan of Risk, casual-style minigames, and challenging, oldschool action.

There are a few collectibles to unlock in the game, as well as a couple of mini-games that are worth a look, but, sadly, that means having to endure the main game and its unforgivable flaws. Ami and Yumi deserve better than this licensed garbage.

All in all it's good enough fun, but despite the variety of zombie behaviors on display in the game, RIP Rally does represent gaming at it's most primitive - and it's a bit of a one-trick pony. With all that said, the couple of hours you'll spend mowing down the undead are fun ones, and we'd encourage everyone to take this latest zombie shooter for at least one quick spin.

What really kills Jurassic Park, though, are those aforementioned hiccups. The game has a tendency to not only stutter, but briefly freeze, making it nearly impossible to obtain gold ranks per mission, as things have a nasty habit of going haywire right before you interact with a scene. The Quick Time Event pops up, the game freezes and you're unable to react, thus receiving bronze or, if you're lucky, silver.

It's by no means perfect, but it is a refreshing change of pace for tower-building lovers, even if genre newcomers would be better served by other titles on the App Store.
