Asphalt Overdrive's cool 80s vibe, classic cars and different modes will keep people interested, but its stamina system and in-app purchases hold it back from greatness.- Modojo

Considering how disappointed we were with Generations, Lost World is the Sonic game 3DS deserved. The wealth of tricky environments, hidden items and even four-person races for ambitious players make it a worthwhile purchase, even at $39.99.- Modojo

Flash Focus: Vision Training In Minutes a Day is cheap, checking in at $19.99, but even that doesn't seem to justify what you are actually getting here.- Modojo

There is nothing particularly wrong with Worm vs Birds per se, just that it struggles to justify its place on the App Store amongst the likes of Angry Birds, as well as the dozens of extremely competent games that the genre flagship spawned.- Modojo

Considering you don't have too many basketball games to enjoy on mobile - save for the always-enjoyable NBA Jam - NBA 2K14 is a good choice, especially if you're a fan of LeBron and want him back in Cleveland. Fans can dream.- Modojo

Not only is Story Mode deep and engaging, but Puzzle Creation adds infinite possibilities. Thirty bucks is still too much to spend, but considering the value, you'll have fun if you do.- Modojo

No, Gunner Z won't change the zombie-shooter genre as we know it, but it's a solid entry that deserves a download, especially if you like watching black-and-white carnage fly. Destruction is still destruction, after all.- Modojo

Pick it up because you want to spin yourself around the living room hunting for ships, or can deal with the submarine style controls. Accept the game for what it is, and you'll enjoy what it has to offer.- Modojo

DeNa's freemium Star Wars tower defense title sounded like an interesting concept when it first emerged, but having spent some time on it, it's quite disappointing, namely within how generic it feels and the barrage of IAPs thrown at the player within the first few moments of play throughout the entire life cycle of the game on your device.- Modojo

Superman's still mildly entertaining in short bursts. On the flip side, Chillingo could've given this game more attention to make it one of the premier superhero titles on the App Store.- Modojo

SmackDown vs. Raw's atrocious controls make it one of the worst wrestling efforts in recent memory and a textbook example of how not to utilize the DS' abilities. If you own a PSP, go with that version instead.- Modojo

Here it is, the pen and paper classic Dungeons and Dragons represented in videogame form on your PSP. The deep ruleset makes the transistion largely intact, and the campaign itself is impressive in its length. It is what it is. That might have been the best that could have been said of it. If only the results just worked with some kind of grace and style.- Modojo

The overall lack of accessibility knocks Iron Man 3 down several pegs, but considering the unimpressive history of superhero video games, this one still manages to shine, with its intense flying, daily challenges and fan service. Money improves this title considerably, but you don't need to spend it to have a decent time.- Modojo

All of this makes NFL Quarterback 13 a highly accessible and fun game that provides hours or just minutes of amusement. That said, be sure to download it in time for Super Bowl Sunday.- Modojo

Sure, one could make the argument that No Red T-Shirts is strictly for kids, but we'd like to think that even children beyond the age of three would expect a game with more depth.- Modojo

Sim City Build It is a strange mishmash of free-to-play trappings, resource management, and other oddities that don't necessarily make sense within the context of the game as a franchise or even as a stand-alone app. Pass on it and choose something much meatier to spend your time with.- Modojo

Everyday Spelunker isn't for everyone, and some people will simply give up before even attempting the game's later levels. That said, old-school platforming fans - and nostalgic NES lovers - can very happily buy with confidence.- Modojo

We enjoy pulling it out for a quick match of survival, but there's simply not enough meat on this title's bones to warrant long-term appeal, and there doesn't appear to be a thriving community willing to hop online for two-person co-op, but as far as intense iPhone and iPad games go, it's right up there.- Modojo

For Call of Mini: Zombies 2, the more things change, the more they stay the same. There's some good action here for those who enjoyed the original, but hardly enough changes to signify forward progress.- Modojo

There could be, in some way, a niche market that finds the grueling experience that is Lost in Blue 2 enjoyable. Diehard survivalists or the kind-of too old Boy Scouts with a seriously concerning collection of Merit Badges could be right at home with this game. Or maybe not.- Modojo

If one wanted to be truly hateful, it's not unreasonable to say that the "Metroid Prime : Hunters" demo has shown more promise with what the DS can do with first person shooters than the final product EA has given us with GoldenEye: Rogue Agent.- Modojo
